I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp and it was great. Whether you get the lo mein or the fried rice, they're both pretty good. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is a little extra, but it's totally worth the price. I recommend the orange chicken or the teriyaki chicken for your other side item. read more

I ordered Beijing beef, orange chicken, fried rice and chow mein. The fried rice had burnt egg like black burnt. The Beijing beef was kinda soggy and had no flavor at all, it's supposed to have a little bit of a kick and there was nothing. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

I recently went to my favorite Panda Express on Eubank and Montgomery and was disappointed. Why? The plate size has shrunk. I usually get the plate with rice and two entrees and am full with that. This past time, it was barely a snack. I was still hungry after eating this measly portion. So I won't be returning. Alright back again for another review went to Panda Express let me first start by saying the service was a joke reason I say this is because the employee who was serving us was rude. Then I asked for the mushroom chicken now the bowl of mushroom chicken was pretty much gone so this server instead of getting a fresh bowl of it the server literally starts scrapping for whatever was left put it on my plate like what the hell. So then he asked us egg rolls veggie rolls or wantons me and my fiance both said egg rolls this guy puts veggie rolls on the plate we tried to correct it several times he just ignored us. The food quality and service at this location WILDLY fluctuates. Sometimes when we order online we have to wait and then the food is burnt, or the portions are tiny. Stopped in on my lunch break. Parking lot and patios were clean and so was the inside. Was served quickly despite 4 people in front of me in line. I had half chow mein and half fried rice with orange chicken and a new wok fired shrimp. This location is the worst I have been as a customer and as a postmates driver and they are so disorganized. There's always something wrong, manager seems really rude and not helpful or caring of the quality of service not food! I hate getting orders from here the food ends up cold or having to wait forever for items. Ordered through the app, arrived at the location when the order was supposed to be ready. My order was not ready then they were out of it teriyaki chicken, so I had to wait a another 10 minutes for them to cook my teriyaki chicken while my other orders where getting cold. I had to end up waiting 20 minutes after the pick up time before my order was complete. This would not be a big deal but many time when I order on the app they don't make the order until after the pick up time. The manager offered me an egg roll. I came in at a very busy time, the staff was welcoming and very friendly. They provided fast service and ensured my satisfaction. The cashier Alex was wonderful, very sweet with a big smile. As always, James was amazing he remembered me from a different location that I haven't gone to in over a year and makes an effort to really connect on a friend/personal level. Usually this place is fairly decent but when they run out of an item, things get weird and they run out of items ALL THE TIME. One time I went to order a simple fried rice with double teriyaki chicken. they were out of the chicken so I agreed to wait. The wait lasted 15 minutes. Then after I got home with my order, I checked it out: no fred rice, just some plain steamed crap. No teriyaki sauce, just a dozen(!) soy sauce packets and of course, no fortune cookie. Pretty awful. So if you go there, make sure you just get whatever's available without waiting and without inviting all the weird crap that happens when these people are challenged to do something out of their routine. read more

This place gets crazily crowded because of its location and tight place for drive thru area-wise. It has the usual menu and I tried the General Tso, mildly spicy, not too bad. I also got the popular teriyaki chicken with rice and that fills my daughter up. I got the broccoli beef, I was not impressed but it got polished off anyway. Maybe because I went after 5 pm that's why the food do not look as fresh as I imagined. It is hard to compete with my active imagination and the photoshopped pictures of food. The place is fine, workers look clean and not going to spit in my food. This is a typical fast food of Chinese/Asian food. Went to Panda Express for supper tonight. I thought that it would be a quick meal but I was mistaken. The drive up line was very long so I went inside to order. I should have been tipped off that this was a bad idea by the fact that there were about 20 customers in the restaurant but only two of them were eating. Most of the people were milling about waiting for food and there was only one person in line waiting to order. After a few minutes, I realized that there were several other customers that were in various stages of ordering their food at the counter although there didn't seem to be anyone helping them. Aside from the folks cooking the food, there were about 7 staff putting together orders from the drive through but only one person kind-of sort-of working the line inside of the restaurant. I gave up and left without ordering after waiting in line for 10 minutes and seeing that only one inside customers had been rung up. The man in front of me had still not had his order started and continued to be ignored by the many staff in the restaurant. read more

Drive thru is always slow. Unless you're the only there at the time you go. It's pretty typical to wait a minute for anyone to even acknowledge you are there at the speaker. Often times the food is luke warm by the time I get home and I live right around the corner. (about 3 minutes) Every time I ask for a side of sweet and sour sauce and I've gotten into the practice of checking the bag before I leave the window because more often than not, they forget the sauce. Last thing, it would be nice to know how much food I should expect to get. Every time there is a different portion of food given. Sometimes it's full like it probably should be and sometimes they are tiny portions of entree and rice. If it wasn't so close to where I live, I wouldn't go here anymore. read more

Unfortunately this is the closest location to where I live but it's gotten to the point that traveling a bit more to another Panda Express will be worth it to receive correct orders and better quality food. It's almost 50/50 on the quality as there have been many times that I have gotten rice and chicken that tastes burnt. If you are going through the drive through I suggest you check your whole order before driving away from the window. You should probably taste it too, the quality is very inconsistent. read more

Came into today, manager was accommodating to our situation however our food was undercooked. It is late however that doesn't mean the quality of food should be any less. We had orange chicken that was pink and the pepper chicken seemed to have a funny taste. We also had broccoli beef that normally has softer broccoli however it was still firm. We got a refund for the one plate and I ate my broccoli beef as is. Panda Express is my favorite fast food restaurant. I didn't discover their food until a couple of months ago. It's tastier than McDonald's or Taco Bell. My favorites are fried rice, orange chicken, Beijing beef, and Chinese spare ribs. The appetizers are also tasty. I like the fortune cookie that's always included and save it for last. On 1/1/17 at 4:00 pm I visited a local Panda Express on the corner of Eubank & Manual in Albuquerque, I will never go to another Panda Express. I was in line behind a group of four. The four had purchased their food and sat down. I was next up to the cash register when the woman from the group before me returned to the food serving line with her to go box of food open and stated to the cashier "my orange chicken doesn't look like that orange chicken (pointing to the food in the serving line)" and asked to exchange the food from her to go box for that in the food serving line. The cashier took her box, minus the fork (it was speared into the food) she was using and proceeded to use the serving spoon to empty the food from her box into the serving line food. I stated "wait a minute, you can't take the food from her container and put it back with that food, that is against food regulations". The cashier stated "she hasn't touched it, its okay". I stated "no it isn't, the food left the serving area, you have to throw it away, not add it to the food serving other people". He looked at the other four employees and a female employee stated "it's okay". I left and will never return again. read more
