Horrible service at this Panda Express inside the Albuquerque Sunport - do not give them your money no matter how hungry you are.

DO NOT PATRON THIS BUSINESS!! 10/02/22 - 4 Filipinas were looking forward to some rice! Lol My friends and I got in line at this establishment ready to eat. Here at the Albuquerque Sunport with a 3 hour flight delay and we ordered our food. Spirit Airlines offered us food vouchers for the delay so we wanted to apply it to our orders. I was the first in line to pay and the cashier said that she couldn't take the electronic voucher but she'd try. She did and it 'didn't work'. She then said that she could take paper vouchers. We'd have to go through TSA again to go to their counter to get those. Thankfully, a kind airport worker helped us and went to Spirit himself and got those vouchers for us. It was a walk for him so we were most grateful. After 30 minutes, he came back with the vouchers and we went back to Panda Express to get our food. The owner of this franchise refused the vouchers. Seriously?!! Wow. No good karma will come to you for doing that sir. I understand that business is business but all The other food services accepted the vouchers. Thank you so so much to the Airport worker who got our vouchers AND ended up paying for our entire order. Bless your heart. And thank you to Comida Buena food establishment 2 slots down for taking our vouchers and for feeding us. I wish there were negative stars because this Panda Express doesn't deserve even a star.

This is open. Ate here today. Typical fast food with less selection.shrimp and walnuts, orange chicken and sesame chicken was fine since i didnt expect gormet. Soggy veggies and tasteless rice. Hugh portion for good price 12 dollars.

Standard Panda Express stand - can't go wrong with FRESH orange chicken. Anything that's been sitting in the pan for awhile looses it's wok-fried texture. But if you're looking for a quick decent meal, I recommend the chowmein bowl with one entree. Easy to take onto the plane when you're in a jiff.

It's been a long flight and was looking for a place to eat. Haven't had rice in hours and my inner Asian was in need in need of rice. I decided to get half chow mein/fried rice with orange chicken and walnut shrimp. The food was fresh and hot. I always love walnut shrimp. The walnut shrimp here is pretty decent for a fast food quick fix. Customer service was good. I don't remember his name but he was the cashier and was friendly. Best part about Chinese food...fortune cookies!

No teriyaki chicken or kung pao chicken. Fried rice and chow mein sucks. Need to fire the whole crew.

I love Panda Express and I don't think it ever get higher than a 3 1/2. I only give it two stars. The food wasn't very fresh.

It is truly one of those rare neighborhood gems that feels both authentic and incredibly welcoming. The service was impeccable from the start, but the highlight was truly the charming interaction with the chef. He was kind enough to personally walk me through the evening's selections, and we had the most delightful chat! I decided on one of my absolute weaknesses: the Fresh Pork Dumplings. The chef was quite attentive and offered to add an onion paste, but after a brief explanation of my preferences, he was more than happy to prepare them exactly to my liking. It's that level of bespoke attention that I truly adore. The dumplings arrived steaming hot in just a matter of minutes absolutely bursting with authentic, clean flavors. It was a thoroughly wonderful experience, and I shall certainly be making this a regular stop on my Uptown rounds!

Even though its a small parking lot in a strip plaza. Fresh hand pulled noodles are good, which were a little soft for my personal preference, but still good. It may sound strange but things with pork will taste porky. My girlfriend doesn't like pork, but can eat it, but she ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings and it was too porky for her. For me, it tasted just right because this is the flavors I grew up with. The dumpling dough had a nice texture that I prefer. My Ramen had a big fatty pieces of pork which is what I like. They didnt skimp. It was a good bowl of noodle soup. Wouldn't say its the best ramen I ever had, but it was good. Beef roll was good, I would say its one of the better ones I've seen in ABQ where its really filled with beef. Would recommend this. We also got soup dumplings and I will say that we didnt get the proper spoons for them. At first I thought they just didnt offer them, but looking at photos, we never got them. It makes a difference for your eating experience and enjoyment. We will definitely be back as this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area and you really get some real Chinese variety and not your basic generic stereotypical menu.

The wait staff was nice to give us another one cuz we sent it back, but it came back again with the same smell so we were worried but it tasted fine and we didn't get sick hahahaha. Wouldn't order it again tho because of the smell. steam chicken feet 5/5: nicely steamed with a spicy kick. steamed egg yolk bun 4/5: this is the main reason we come here! love the topping on the bun and the flavors of the steamed egg yolk. The soup dumplings definitely had a precooked frozen packaged texture / flavor - similar the ones you can get from the grocery store. BUT! Overall: we had a fantastic experience. The family was very friendly. I think they were surprised how much I ordered. I was excited and happy. And yes, we finished it all lol If you've never had Dim Sum then you MUST come here for the experience alone. They bring out the carts and you pick what you'd like.
