This place serves fresh and fast Chinese Indian food. It was clean with plenty of seating. I loved how they have just the right amount of spice to each of their dishes. The hot and sour soup is delicious. You can get it vegetarian or with chicken. It comes out really hot temperature wise. The gobi cauliflower was amazing! I loved how it was prepared. They have the seasoning down! Yum. I would order that on every visit. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommended. The only downside of this place is that they don't use reusable silverware or plates which is something I really don't like when dining it. read more

Love this location of Chinese Dhaba. The employees are so nice and make sure the food is provided within a few minutes. It's nice stir fry option. I love Indian Chinese fusion. This location is near a few other stores like Indian grocery store and a hair salon. It's a great option when you are running errands and get good Chinese food. We have tried a bunch of their things like noodles, soup, beef stir fry, chicken Manchurian etc. The seating is good and it's a clean restaurant. You order at the counter and then they bring food to your table. In to go orders - I feel the quality is not always there and I prefer to eat there versus to go. read more

The food is good but the customer service is definitely not! Beware of their non-sensical catering practices! I placed a catering order a few weeks ago to be picked up last weekend for a party. At the time of ordering I paid for the order in full. The order was not ready when we went to pick it up. They told us they did not place the order since we didn't confirm via phone when they called an hour prior. After showing my receipt they made the food. Although we ultimately got our food, we were delayed for our event. Why would I need to confirm over the phone if I have already paid in full??? And why would you wait until an hr prior to pick up to call for confirmations??? Obviously I was busy running around finalizing last minute details for my party and missed their call. One of my favorite spots for Indo-Chinese fusion. My go to is their chicken Manchurian and chili garlic chicken. I like how I am able to customize the spice levels each time. The two different gravies have a good level of spices and are super filling! They also give plenty of rice with the gravies. Their Global mall location was the original one that I used to go to, but I am happy that there is finally another location closer to me. I have ordered for takeout each time in the pandemic, and they complete my order in about 15 minutes. Went to Chinese Dhaba for dinner. For Appetizer we ordered Chicken Bullet (Dry) followed by dinner which included Chicken Chilli with Vegetable Fried Rice and Chicken Chilli Garlic Noodles. Chicken chilli and noodles are good but only one time worth. The standout dish was chicken bullet (Dry). Amazing dish and loved it. I also ordered beef pepper steak and all you got was an overload of spice and you lost your taste buds after a couple bites of this. Decided to give this place a try based on Yelp reviews and that I was in the area for lunch. I love fusion places and the concept of Chinese with an Indian twist is good if well executed. I ordered the chicken samosa wontons, paneer with manchurian sauce with steamed rice and chicken Lo mein. The positives with some feedback are the staff is friendly and helpful but didn't really offer any suggestions, ask what things I like or explain some of the menu items as I said that I was a first timer. The decor is nice, however, their set-up is a bit confusing as it seems like a dining experience but really is fast to order food where there's pictures at front wall and you place order at "bar". That alone lowered my expectations of food quality and taste. The food is just okay. Not terrible but nothing that stands out. The chicken Lo mein is really Lo mein with some chicken scattered around, tasted okay standard affair. The paneer with manchurian sauce was pretty good considering it was more likely frozen recipe or already prepared meal. The sauce was actually pretty tasty with the cilantro and onions. The steamed rice was standard. The chicken samosa wontons were nothing like I was expecting, no chickpeas inside it, just shredded chicken with spices in a fried wonton with no sauce to accompany it. Each dish was not seasoned enough which isn't the same as spiced enough. There was definitely enough spice and veggies for some flavor but no salt to season it, which left me disappointed. Overall if you want to try something different for take-out lunch, they're nice and quick but don't expect anything to blow you away or make you immediately crave it. I was excited to see indo-chinese food in US. The ambience was nice. Decent options to choose from and the prices aren't bad. I have ordered Chicken spring roll, chicken kabobs and mango lassi. The mango lassi was definetly a win win for the price. The chicken spring rolls were tasty but way too hot, almost burned my mouth. The chicken kabobs were too oily and wasn't upto the mark. These arent your normal kabobs made in clay oven. They are more kinda meat balls, which is a shame to what one would expect. Overall an Ok place. read more

This is not my first time at this restaurant but this location is my new favorite. The food was so good I forgot to take a picture but the service was on point the restaurant was clean. They recommended some plates I never tried which I enjoyed very much so did my family. We ordered Bullet chicken, Pepper steak and Hakka noodles. If you enjoy Indo-chinese food, or have always wanted to try it, definitely check out Chinese Dhaba. We often get take-out from here, and really like the food. The menu is huge, so it's best to order a few items and share them. These are our go-to dishes there: Chili Garlic Hakka Noodles with vegetables: these have terrific flavor, and have a good kick to them. The noodles are a good consistency. There is also a mild version if you don't want the chili. Hot Garlic Paneer: the paneer is good quality and this dish tastes great with rice as the sauce is good. Chili Baby Corn: This dry dish is very spicy, but a good snack to munch on with your entrée. Gobi Manchurian: This cauliflower dish has a good sauce and also ideal to mix with white rice. We order this one with no spice so kids can eat it. In terms of items we don't like, we have tried a few of the fried rice dishes and none of them have been anything special. Also, the tofu here isn't great (especially if you are used to tofu at Thai restaurants). I see a lot of the negative reviews on Yelp talk about the quality of the chicken here, so I've stayed away from ordering meat items. But that's fine as I love the paneer and veggie items. Keep in mind they do have tables to dine there, but there is no ambiance and they use paper plates and utencils. So it seems best as a take-out spot. We had our son's birthday lunch catered from here and the team went above and beyond in making sure the food was awesome and ready on time despite having to open up a bit early. They packed everything so well and the food was piping hot for our party. Highly recommend! Everything I ordered was sodium enhanced to the max and after 2-3 bites it felt like I was drinking 2 ramen packs. Only flavor you get is sodium with a hint of Indian spice to their "quote on quote" Chinese food with an Indian twist. If you want your blood pressure to increase, just eat here! read more

When I first arrived in USA as a bachelor and happened to eat my first chinese lunch in the US, I got a knee jerk, I literally felt like spitting out the food. The Chinese food was not the Chinese we ever ate in India. Where was that Manchurian, the chopsuey, the hakka noodles, the chicken 65 and chilli chicken ? None to be seen on the menu. I thought this was cheating in the name of Chinese food since there was nothing chinese in the restaurant. My ignorance was soon dispelled when I was told that this was actually the Chinese, and what we get in India was a hotch potch of Chinese, rolled in Indian flavor, and those chinese sounding names such as manchurian, hakka noodles, etc. were a result of some person's creative imagination in India when it was first introduced. But whatever it is , what we call Chinese in India was much delicious than the bland chinese of America and my mind was not ready to accept this new Chinese taste. Living in a small US town back then, there was no option to get anything like the Indian version, so years passed by, and the taste buds slowly got used to the American version of Chinese, until I found the Indian version, that was during a visit to NY. Years later, after moving to Atlanta, when I came across the Indian Chinese here, I was excited. There was not one, but many, that served the Indo Chinese, and one among them was Chinese dhaba. Grocery visits to Decatur or loafing around in the Indian global mall in Norcross gave reason to munch on the favored version of Chinese, and we liked it. The excitement peaked when we heard about opening of a new Chinese dhaba in Cumming, near to home, and we wasted no time to go check it out. The first visit was satisfying, food tasted good, we liked the interior - all new and smelling fresh. Today was probably fourth visit and we see the taste detoriate over these years. To our surprise, food ordered was served about the time we were just settling in our seats, which tells that nothing here is freshly made, but is frozen , precooked, fried and served. So, too quick a service is sometimes a bad indicator. We ordered fish chilli, vegg coin manchurian gravy, hakka noodles, hot and sour soup. Fish showed clear signs of frozen and precooked meat, hot and sour soup was too starchy and reminded of dark brown gum we use to stick posters in India. Noodles were ok. Overall, just ok food these days here, nothing fancy or appreciably tasty. The other locations in Duluth and Decatur taste better than here. read more

I past this place all the time and could not understand why someone would try to combine Indian and Asian spices. Well my wife and I gave it a chance and all I can say is it definitely works! The sweet and sour soup is very tasty and has loads of chicken. For an appetizer we also tried the Gobi Manchuria dry which is basically fried cauliflower with a load of spices. We had as an entree the chicken with house sauce and the other with chili sauce. Both had incredible taste and not overly spicy where you cannot enjoy what your eating. Will be going back and try some different entrees. read more

Have been visiting this place very often it's my Togo for An indo-Chinese fix, however lately have noticed the food lacks flavour, the chicken is not tender which tastes like it was pre fired and hardened. You randomly pickup any 2 gravies from the list they taste the same again no difference between the garlic chicken and the manchurian or chilli chicken ginger garlic flavour that is supposed to be over powering in indochinese cuisine is lacking Soups or any dishes you may order have no salt in them I used to get my food from the Decatur location. since it opened so close to home I was excited however with the lack of taste and stale tasting chicken I'm not very happy l. read more

Ok the food is not spectacular but not bad either! The problem was service. We placed a takeaway order and reached the restaurant in time. The order was ready but the staff was not. There were 3 people behind the counter but just one terminal to process payment. One girl was on the terminal and taking an order. She did not acknowledge our presence and went on taking the order. We waited for about 4 minutes. The girl on the counter finished the order and processed our payment. We did not get an apology for the wait, neither a smile! We have been visiting this place for a while now. The place was pretty good in the beginning but the quality of food has degraded since then. Being a vegetarian, I usually order vegetable coins with Manchurian sauce/ Chili Paneer with Manchurian sauce and vegetable fried rice. The paneer dish is good but they could have done better. The vegetable coins didn't have any salt and no flavor. When asked about the salt I was told to either use salt packet or soy sauce which I was amazed to hear. Note - They replaced the vegetable coins with Paneer Manchurian. Thanks for that. In the appetizers, we like to get vegetable spring rolls. But today, I ordered Chinese Bhel. The description mentioned crispy and tangy flavor but it didn't contain any lemon flavor. Again I asked for the lemon and I was told that they don't keep any lemons in the kitchen. Again a big surprise. The faluda is decent and I enjoyed it last time. Hopefully they read this review and make some changes. Otherwise people will keep on writing bad reviews for a place which could have been a lot better if they have maintained the same standards when they first opened at this location. read more

We ordered five dishes including multiple orders of Lo Mein , Chilly Chicken and Chicken Haka noodles. It was completely inedible and the noodles were definitely stale, overcooked and lumpy. The chicken in the chilly chicken also was tasting bad and had a peculiar smell. The entire experience was unpleasant and the food had to be trashed. One can get seriously sick with the meats stinking. Will never go back there again! read more
