The honey walnut shrimp was soggy, the staff less than friendly, their new slushie pomegrante drink after a while tastes like cough syrup and they skimp on portions. When we went just recently the chow mein was all veggies and no mein. If you really want Panda Express go to the one near PGE Park or in King City, you'll get a better experience at either location. read more

Wanted something quick to eat. I haven't been in a year or so. The quality of the orange chicken has gone way down. Not sure I will go back.

This Panda Express is in a convenient location for us. We have been regular customers for a few years now. It is always hit or miss on the quality of the food... too early in the afternoon - may get left over lunch items. During the dinner rush they will be out of what you want or you will get a mixture of a little new with dry hard old food mixed together. We do enjoy the fried rice & orange chicken enough to chance it once a week. One night last week we decided to give it a try around 7:00. There was a short line, the rice was pretty full and the orange chicken was just about gone. The server told the customer in front of the line that there would be new chicken soon. Awesome! Yes! Full new pan of orange chicken just arrived! It seemed to take forever for the 3 people ahead of us to be served. Then we realized what was happening... serve one person in line & then do 3 phone/delivery orders! By the time we were first in line, there was only a little of the rice left & barely enough for one small serving of orange chicken. The server said that it would be another 10 minutes for more chicken & rice. This is so wrong to make the customers standing in line wait while phone orders are served! It is obvious that they care more about the people that can't be bothered to enter their resturant. I also have another complaint about the fortune cookie omission. We usually ask for our orders to go & the last 3 out of 4 times they left out the cookies even after being reminded. Do they just resell the ones that people don't get with their meals? We've been here a lot of times to order ourselves lunch/dinner. The other times have been a really great experience however this time there was this new dish that was spicy with shrimp and bell peppers. Since it was new and we had wanted to try it out, we asked the lady if we could have two samples since I was out with my brother and mom. At first she was hesitant about giving the second one, but keep this in mind. There were 3 people that wanted to try the new dish and we only asked for two. My brother had one to himself and me and my mom shared. We bought a to go plate with fried rice, broccoli beef and the spicy shrimp. After we ordered and finished paying we realized that she had only given us 5-6 shrimps. We don't know if it was because we had 2 samples or not but it shouldn't be reasonable to give a customer less food after sampling since it was a new item on the menu and we hadn't ever tried it before. I've eaten at Panda Express before at other locations. Your customer service is good. I just wish that your food entrées are as good as the others. My girlfriend and I wished that the food was warmer. I usually like the orange chicken but today, I had to choose something else. It was too sour and not tangy. The front employee needs to improve their communications with customers skills. Welcoming customer and making customer happy and feel liked welcomed is the important of all. I've been here many times and yet I don't see the improvements on front employees; they gotta start realizing that customers are important. I know their work makes them tired and also frustrated but no matter what, you gotta treat the customers right; welcome customers with a smile and be friendly with them rather than grumpy face and not being friendly. Treat the customers right will make customers visit again. Please the manager of this store needs to acknowledge that the front employee have poor communication with the customers. I can only give it 3 stars due to variations on the stars I would give on the different times I have been here. For the most part the food here is good. It is fresh made and they are willing to give you samples of whatever you are curious about. The pricing is not bad and I always have leftovers for another meal. They have added some things to the menu that made me come back and try them. The angus steak dish is wonderful with asparagus. I was surprised that the asparagus had some crunch to it and we were happy with the flavor combos they have improved on. It is in no way fine dinning but on your way home, you want something quick that is not fast food.... this is a place to consider. read more

Love the great service and people here. The food is delicious and fast. I would recmd using their app if you go during their busy hour. 3rd entrée fro free just using it with code during checkout on your mobile. The atmosphere is super inviting and clean, a lot different than what I remember Panda 10 years ago. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff are rude and unprofessional and they are clearly not trained properly. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! They are constantly screwing up the order and over charging you. This isn't the first time it's happened to me and I'm sure there have been MANY more extra charges that go unnoticed! They don't take the time to fulfill your needs, not sure if they simply don't care or don't want to be there. Anyways, they gave me someone else food along with my order and charged me for it too. (Really shows you the lack of communication between staff/customers.) So after messing up my order they rang me up again AND STILL SCREWED IT UP!!!!! I was STILL over charged even after the first screw up. Not once but twice! I am shocked. All i wanted was rice/noodles and spring rolls. They charged me for a large plate when it should've been a bowl/box. It was a skimpy amount of food too.
