orange chicken, kung pao chicken, noodles, fried rice
    Liyang S.

I liked them in the past, but things must have gone downhill. Their entrees are still delicious (I got the Kung Pao chicken and Orange Chicken), but the fried rice and noodles were bland, dry, and seemed overcooked. I also waited an eternity to get my order due to the massive flood of to-go orders that caused a log jam for those carrying out. But their entrees are still good, and as long as that continues, I'll be coming back when I have a craving for their dishes.

It's Panda Express don't expect much. Beijing beef and black pepper chicken are my go tos. They are still good. Along with the half and half rice and noodles. Service was quick and efficient. They were also friendly with checkout requests of water and chilli sauce.

The service was rude . The young asian girl . I got a cub meal for my child. I asked for low mien & beef n broccoli. There was ONLY ONE PIECE OF BEEF & not much noodles . I asked nicely to add a litte more meat & she refused . Even after asking for a donation & then gave me a bottled water THAT WAS ALREADY OPEN! I got time today because nobody is about to be treated like this!

I'm giving this a fairly high rating considering it's a food joint at the mall. I usually dont frequent places like these because the food is usually old from sitting under the lamps or in a steam tray but in this case I'm pleasantly suprised. I ordered the Shanghai Beef with Lo Mein. It was fresh, hot and very tasty, the steak was good, no fat and was tender and was served in a really nice sauce The vegetables in it were cooked perfectly with crunch and the mushrooms and green beans were fresh no canned. The Lo Mein was also tasty and fresh tasting. Check em out.

Very little food and very unorganised . Waiting in line over 1/2 hours still get the order wrong

DoorDash app only showed five entrees as an option, even though any Panda Express customer knows that there are more options than that.

DON'T EVER USE DOORDASH AT PANDA EXPRESS. The app doesn't work properly. And the Panda Express staff & manager have zero knowledge on how the DoorDash app works, even though Panda Express has a partnership with DoorDash. In trying to use the "pickup" option on DoorDash for Panda Express... The DoorDash only shows a very limited selection of the actual offerings on the Panda Express menu; below, you'll see only 5 items (even though they have about 10 items there fully stocked). The DoorDash app never let me proceed after I chose the chow mein or later the fried rice with two entrees...no matter how many times I hit "Add to Order". I had wanted to use a gift credit, but was never able to order anything on DoorDash. I tried to discuss this with the Panda Express staff, and then the manager, but they are totally ignorant of how DoorDash even works.  How is it that one of your partner firms knows nothing on how to use it!?!? After 20 minutes with the unhelpful manager figuring nothing out, I left any food that I could purchase on DoorDash.  I intend to post on Yelp never to use DoorDash if you want Panda Express, and will post this story and photos.

We started with a few cocktails and couple starters. Sesame Balls were perfectly fried and delicious. The Shuimai was good as well. We ended up with 3 dry Chili dishes: chicken, cauliflower, and tofu. All same flavor but different at the same time. The tofu was soft inside with a nice crispy outer coating. Both chicken and cauliflower were tasty as well. Then there is the chicken with cashew nuts. I liked this one more than I thought I would. Good flavor. Lastly, wow. The Spicy Sour Fish Filet. It came in a HUGE bowl. A little spicy, a little sourness, fish, noodle... what is there not to like. Overall, a good experience.

The dishes had a nice level of heat and depth, and everything was served fresh and well-prepared. The menu has a wide variety of options, so it's easy to find something whether you prefer something very spicy or a bit more mild. The portions were generous and great for sharing. The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable, making it a good spot for both casual meals and group dining. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall, a solid choice if you're craving real Sichuan food in the area. I would definitely come back again.

My waitress said they had taken them off the menu but there was such an outcry they brought them back. The green beans had a very light coating on them and were delicious I can see why people complained about them being taken off the menu It also came with a trio of dipping sauces. The sweet chili was good but the green onion one was amazing. The bulgogi steak was very tender and delicious.

I finally found it after walking back up the street for the second time. What threw me off was that there is an interior street called Bethesda Lane!!! I blame gps for not telling me to turn down this lane because my phone kept saying that I have arrived. But it was worth the walk up and down Bethesda Avenue. I got there before the noon rush and ordered the bibimbap which consisted of bulgogi steak and tofu with spicy kimchi, housemade pickles, bean sprout banchan, and veggies atop crispy rice. Topped with gochujang and a fried egg. It was not too spicy as there was just a dab of gochujang which was enough to give the dish a little kick but not overly spicy. The kimchi was also on the spicy side but again, fine for me. All the ingredients were tasty. I especially loved the tofu mixed in with the steak sauce. My first bite of the tofu actually made me think it was the meat. The rice wasn't "crispy" as described. I think if I hadn't taken it as a to-go order, it may have been prepared in a stone pot therefore giving me that crispy rice. I will need to try a dine-in next time to be sure. The egg was perfectly done.

Was feeling hangry because I had planned on stopping at Hard Times for a bowl of chili -and found out they were closed on Mondays. So, pretty much pulled a name out of a hat and would up at Chuan Tian Xia because, well, Szechuan cooking uses chiles, no? Yesssss! I ordered Signature Dumplings and a bowl of Beijing-style Beijing-style Zhajiang Noodles. The dumplings were outstanding: a mix of shrimp, pork, and chive that were plump, juicy, fragrant with the herbaceous flavor of chives. The accompanying sauce was not too sweet, not too hot, just right as a complement to the dumplings. Yowza. I was a happy camper... ...and then I dug into my noodles. Double yowza! Thick wheat noodles topped with a rich sauce made from (I think) fermented soybean paste and braised pork belly, garnished with cucumbers. The portion was way to big for me to eat after my flight, but I really, really enjoyed it (and the remaining dumplings) for lunch today. Did I say yowza? I'm an adventurous eater so the menu's less Americanized items were what I would have ordered given more time (like Maoxuewang: can you say "pig's tongue, spam, pork intestine, and beef tripe"? Protein is protein, baby!). Just means I need to come back, and I will, as quickly as I can.

There's only free parking on Sundays. Most of the dim sum we selected were delicious such as the triple layer doupi, Beijing duck bao, mini Lion's head, pork soup dumpling, and beef wide noodle, for entrees and lava walnut bao, baked egg yolk lava bun, and mini rice ball in wine broth for dessert. The pork soup dumplings were full of soup. The desserts, roast pork pastry, and pork shu mai were hot and freshly cooked. For soup, I liked the pork ribs and lotus soup better than the fish ball soup which was bland. I've had better cucumber salads, stir fried green beans, steamed pork ribs, and sesame noodles. The honey riblets are good if you like very sweet ribs. There were a lot of servers coming constantly asking if you want to order more. There is a forced 18% gratuity for tip if you choose to have the AYCE. I liked how the portion sizes were small so you can try a variety of dishes.

The location here is near the metro, but seems out of place in a building without other restaurants kind of hidden below the street level. They seemed to acknowledge everyone other than me who was there for takeout, but I finally got mine. I tried a fried rice and was irritated that there was a no egg option but not a no broccoli option (not a Chinese vegetable mind you), which left me with little more than a colored rice to pick through. The tofu with hot peppers hit a nice heat but not the best rendition of this dish I've had in terms of flavor complexity. The best thing I got was a dan dan noodle dish with some vicious sauce and little tofu bites. Overall though, scant portions for the money, and not quite the experience I was hoping for.
