No wait and quick service - as always the orange chicken is the best. All our food was freshly made and servers were pleasant. It was pretty crowded and there wasn't anywhere to sit so I had to ask for a table to be cleaned but once I mentioned it they immediately cleaned it off. read more

Then when I call to ask why and can I get a refund she tells me "he give 7 pieces in the that bowl." Don't even know what to start off with because it wasn't the best experience and our family is huge panda fans. We operate a large hotshot that can't go thru the drive up window. So we called the number listed on the front door because they don't allow walk-ins. Ok, no big deal. We asked the young lady if we could order with her and she said they don't allow call in orders. Why have the phone number on the door then? Would it have killed them to take an order thru the drive up register and then walk it out? So were we supposed to walk through the drive thru to order? Do you see where I'm going with how ridiculous this all sounds? So she told us to order On the app and they'd walk it out. No can do. App wouldn't take our order, because what else?...too late to order. Open until 10, but out of chicken teriyaki and not making more, but it was 8:45. What's the point in staying open until 10?? I can see now why this PE is getting less than stellar reviews. And it's not because of Covid, just terrible customer service skill and the lack thereof. read more

I used to love this this location! Would eat here with my son at least once a week. Over this last month every single visit has been terrible. When I speak to the new manager "Courtney" she just brushes it off. I waited in line for over 30 minutes because they only had one person working the line. That has never happened before and now it's the new norm. Something needs to change because this place used to be great and now it's going down hill fast. read more

After taking several minutes trying to get a lid from under the food counter, they wanted to take our food order. Um yeah if you wash your hands please. She said of course, and proceeded to wash her hands. The other girl who was helping find the lid proceeded to then go over to the end of the food station and wrote something down on a piece of paper. When I mentioned she should wash her hands too, she just looked at me. I said you are touching things that will touch others food. (She was messing with the small portion cups that they serve sauces in.) She still just looked at me. When I said we are just leaving then because I was disgusted by this time. She finally made the motion to wash her hands. I am not sure if she really did wash her hands because we left at that point. Yuck! read more

I came here for dinner tonight and the old man dipping up food was not wearing gloves and he put his thumb in both mine and the girl behind me plate. I don't care if you JUST washed your hands.... Forget it...isn't that a health violation or something. Then after walking out (hungry) we call the store (so not to make a scene during there busy time) and the shift manager offers a free meal? absolutely disgusting...to start with there was a huge hair in my chow mein. thankfully they replaced it but did not even look to see if there was any other hairs in the rest of the chow mein. there were marks of lipgloss/lipstick on the inside of the container my food was in (each of the 4 containers had this). i witnessed an employee cut up chicken without wearing any gloves. there was also a brown liquid dripping from the ceiling onto our table. overall unsanitary place to eat, will probably not be returning. read more

Just don't eat here. You'll regret the time and money wasted. The service is bad ... you can't really blame them though, they have a bunch of teenagers running the place. The food is not fresh. I have gone to this Panda Express before and it has always been pretty good. I will even drive past other Chinese food places because their food has always good. This was the first time that I have used the drive through, and I won't make that mistake again. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food to get done cooking, and if that was it then I'd be more than happy. When I got home the chicken, what little of that there was, was fatty and looked like it was barely cooked. It looked like it was boiled and just hardly safe to eat- Not appetizing at all, and I ended up throwing 75% of it away. I had to try and salvage the little that was left of my meal and my son's, and cook both meals back in My oven for 20-30 minutes after I got home. The rice was fine, and sorry to say ended up consisting of most of what I got to eat for lunch. The whole mess of driving, waiting, and still having a horrible meal wasn't even close to worth it.
