Tried this location twice and both times my choice of food was tasteless. Location very busy and found staff pleasant. I usually order 50/50 on Chow Mein and Fried Rice. Nothing special. Today I had Kung Pao Chicken and Beijing Beef. Both are listed as spicy, neither one was close to spicy and what happen to the dry chiles? Chicken and Beef was tasteless and probably needed more cooking time. Just hope I don't get sick again, had Sonic (Buckeye) last night. So disappointing! We order via the drive-thru. We ordered two meals received one fork, one napkin and one soy sauce. We had to park go and wait at the door for 10 minutes to ask for the items. The people working were extremely rude. It's over 100 degrees. Why are they rude when I'm the one standing in the sun?! Placed an order on line for pick up Wednesday night but the person picking it up could not get there before closing. I called Thursday morning to request a refund since we don't have transportation right now. I explained the situation to the manager, Jai. Get people who care about their jobs. I went through the drive thru today to place an order and when I got home I was extremely upset. The sprite I ordered was actually club soda and when I went to dump it out there was gunk inside the cup. Also, my food was cold and seemed like the put it in the microwave and gave it to me. I will never eat here again. Also, the cashier named Yesenia was really rude and basically threw my food at me. Tragic, this is the only panda in this town. EVERYTIME I have been to this location it's a super long line and when I get to the speaker for them to take my order they take an extra 3-5 minutes before they ask what I want. Last time I was in there I as told I could order just the 2 sides of beef broccoli and orange chicken. I am diabetic and didn't want the extra rice or noodles because of the carbs and starch. This time I went in and ordered the 2 sides. Instead of them being $3.10 each they wanted to charge me $16.43 telling me they were not sides, the we're Entrees. Even if the we're entrees, they are only $4.10 each, not $7.00 each. Last my friend was sick from eating their food. I've been here roughly 20 times but this last time I went was the finally straw. They never can here you through the drive thru and act rude and like your bothering them once you get up to pay. The orange chicken at every other panda is nice and brown the orange chicken here is some weird pale color it looks under cooked. Scared I'm gonna get sick from eating here. 12/13/19 just had dinner at this location. Wow I couldn't believe my ears, the store manager was in an argument with a online order customer. This woman waited patiently, she came in and was told her food wasn't ready I counted three Uber eats came and gone she still waiting, waiting, waiting finally she said something to the manager and he went off on her the restaurant was full of customers and everyone turned around because he was so loud. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I can't believe how poor their customer service is. We came in right before the rush and still waited 30 minutes. Leslie was working on (slowly) washing the counter the food was on, off with a damp rag. She made sure to take her time. When she finished she "washed her hands" which was just a pump of soap quickly rinsed off with water, and then she grabbed the dirty rag AFTER to put it away.... then decided she would join in helping her coworkers. When we finally were able to order lily was the employee who was getting our food. Then Leslie came in as acting manager and said that she would help the person behind us while lily assists us. (I'm assuming she thought it would make it go faster) Then lily walked off and Leslie insisted on helping the person behind us. First of all, if lily was busy Leslie should have helped us first since we were there first. And then once lily jumps back in she should have helped the person behind us. That makes sense right? I spoke up and said we were here first, shouldn't we be helped first and when lily gets back she can help the other guest who was after suit? In response Leslie just stared at me and rolled her eyes. Lily jumped back in and I ordered a bowl, and my boyfriend ordered a plate... she gave us half the normal serving size that is usually given at any other Panda Express I've been to. We had to squeeze back and forth in between the customer behind us this entire time because lily and Leslie don't understand the concept of lines and customer service and prioritizing guests. I also noticed lily got my boyfriends order incorrect and so that needed to be fixed. Part of what took us so long before we got served was her getting others orders incorrect as well. When we were at the register we asked if they had a manager at the time and they said yes and pointed to a woman named Jennifer who was working her ass off in the drive through area. She maybe plated 10 orders in the time Leslie and lily assisted the three guests before us, and ourselves. Just came through drive through. Ordered 2 entree one side. Chow mein beef and brocoli and mushroom chicken and a couple other items. Paid almost $20 for my order they tied the bag up and handed it to me. Got home opened it up and the box had half rice half chow mein and no entrees... very disappointed in this location. I love Panda...but I hate his location. I waited 10 minutes in the drive threw. Finally when I got close enough for them to get my order I was told they couldn't hear me and to wait a little. So I waited, and waited, and no one ever came back on to get my order. So I waited a bit longer to drive on and park. I walk in, no chow mein (it would be a 30 minute wait) and no broccoli beef. My son went to the drive thru Panda Express on Watson in Buckeye Az. He ordered 3 teriyaki chicken bowls and 1 beef and broccoli. Right away he was told that the grill for the chicken was broken and he'd have to choose something else. He had to call me quickly and change our order. We chose 2 honey walnut shrimp and again he was told they couldn't make that either. There were others they couldn't do either. We settled on 2 orange chicken and 2 beef broccoli. While doing this the girl was very rude and I could hear her telling my son to hurry up and get done. We also ordered one chicken egg roll and make sure there there cookies in the bag. Well when he got home the 2 beef broccoli dishes were not good. One had only 3 pieces of beef and one had none. The broccoli was dried up and mostly stems. The orange chicken was so glued together and hard I had to cut it apart with a knife so we could share with the other 2 people. The chicken egg roll was actually a burnt spring roll. No cookies. This so unacceptable. I called but they were too busy to talk. We used to order a lot but no more. We got ripped off. read more

Took the in-laws here tonight and dined in. I have come not to expect extraordinary food from Panda but it usually is not bad. It's quick and you get quite a bit for your money. Things must have changed since my last visit. The portions were considerably smaller. The take out boxes they were using looked way smaller. The dinning room was dirty. The garbages were overflowing. The lo mien noodles were either undercooked or old. Either way they were crunchy. The service was very impersonal. There were no smiles or anything. You cannot come to Panda and expect a gourmet experience, but you should expect decent customer service and a clean environment. read more

Absolutely the worst Panda Express I have ever gone to. I have attempted to buy food from this location 3 times over the last month and all 3 times they did not have the String Bean Chicken or the Black Pepper Chicken which are both staple entrees listed on their menu. Plus the last time I went they didn't even have the Super Greens cooked and I would have had to wait around in the drive thru for over 10 minutes so they can make another batch. I just drove away. Good and quick service! The food is always fresh. My favorite is a plate with half Rice half noodles, Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken, I also like ordering the veggie rolls, they're very good! The staff was friendly and courteous even though the restaurant was very busy. The dining area is pretty clean and well organized. Ice machine broken, no changing tables for babies, food tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for several hours, soda area disgusting and lids all covered in sticky soda, every drink was flat. The worst employees ever. Went in on a Sunday afternoon and there were no customers in line, but 6 people behind the counter. Waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and my order was taken. Then when I went to the cashier she thought it was more important to fill up the sauce packets than cash me out. The kicker was when I got home I noticed she overcharged me for my egg roll. We called ahead on Christmas Day to inquire about their hours. We were told they would be open till seven p.m. We arrived at 6:35, as they were locking their front doors, with about ten cars waiting in the drive through. Their food is not as good as other Pandas, it is always MUCH spicier than any other Panda in AZ. So now I have two reasons to stay away from this location in Buckeye. My very first time at a PANDA Express and the server was very helpful. He told me the best deal was a side and two main dishes. Then he said I could get two half sides so I chose white rice and fried noodles. Both were ok. Then I got the teriyaki chicken which was excellent and the crab Rangoon which was ok. My customer service started with the friendly drive thru attendant that greeted me. She was clear and spoke loud enough to be heard and understood.
