I commonly come to panda express this location because I like the food from panda express but as many times as I've been to this specific location on Watson this service is absolutely horrible. Yet again I went to this location JUST FOR CHOW MEIN. And i went through the drive through ordered two large chow meins at 10:56am for 9.18 cents per my physical receipt... they said it wasn't ready and to park out front for just a moment and it would be out. I pull around front and I'm waiting for 15 mins.... i finally go inside and the woman at the register says " what are you waiting for " instead of do I need something or how can she help.. i let. Her know I went to the drive-through and placed an order and was told to wait in my vehicle but it been over 15 minutes and I was still waiting on my food. She had a very aggressive interaction with the woman working the drive-through window who also told her she was waiting on cow mein to be cooked. I asked to purchase a bag of fortune cookies in the meantime. This location NEEDS HELP OR NEW STAFF considering there aren't many options and this location does well, just staff with people who at least arnt rude to customers who frequently visit this location! read more

Never in my life have I had a worse experience. I ordered $50 worth of food to be delivered to my home and noted EXTRA teriyaki sauce. When the food made it to my house, all the food was cold, orange chicken had hardly any sauce on it and tasted hard and old. MY MAIN COMPLAINT: They did NOT include ANY teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki chicken. Un acceptable. So I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to receive my sauce because no body answered the phone after 20 minutes of trying. Upon arrival the manager was not accommodating, didn't believe me and gave me a very hard time. Other staff members were yelling at each other behind the counter and yelling about certain work duties, and who has to do it and who doesn't. Very unprofessional. The teriyaki sauce was NOT ready, and I had to wait longer for them to make the sauce. Nothing was stocked, i.e. forks spoons, straws, napkins etc... The manager is not capable of being in this position, and has run this store into the ground! just look at the reviews on here and google. Level this place and start over. She didn't even offer me a refund or any compensation for having to drive all the way back and get back to cold hard tasteless food. NEVER AGAIN!!! BEWARE!!! I used postmates ( A food delivery service) so that I didn't have to drive, and so that was all just an absolute waste of time and money because I ended up driving there anyways. when the food was received the chicken was fatty and under-cooked, and the orange chicken was dry and little to no sauce on most of it. This location is always out of something when I have been here, usually out of spring rolls or Egg Rolls. Service is not that great drive through orders seem to take priority over in store orders. Rice is usually dry. Food is usually fresh when the do cook it, but your usually waiting because they don't anticipate running out or it they are running low on something. I usually enjoy Panda Express but this location needs some serious management to get things in order. read more

And tried to see if they could remake or refund litterly 10mins after going through drive through and told me I had to come in to the store and fill out paperwork, like what the actual fuck just fucking remake it , I have two toddlers can't just be going in to fill out fucking paperwork for a food remake that the fucked up . Learn how to check you meat before sending it out . Or do better in offering to re fucking make it if you fuck up . It's crazy that for 2 years it's been consistently terrible. Everyone and every business has off days, but that appears to be what they strive for. Total lack of care and customer service. we came in today at around 8, service was good but a bit slow since they were making food. wasn't upset about waiting a few minutes for certain things they apologized for the wait. a situation escalated with a man and the manager handled it well til he couldn't accommodate any further and had to get the guy out of the store. even then he was calm throughout the whole thing and came to check up on everyone else eating. professional manager, u can tell he's dealt with this before. i think all the bad reviews come with every fast food place and people are too picky on everything. like anyplace they'll have bad days and good days but so far we've only had good days read more

I avoid Panda Express. In the past, I've had vegetables that are mush and have felt sick to my stomach. However, with our kitchen being worked on, this was one of the few options for a healthier lunch. I had not eaten from the Buckeye location before. The good: I had the vegetables instead of noodles/rice, and they were actually very fresh and crisp. I was pleased. Nor did I feel sick afterward. The meh: I had chicken and mushrooms, and the Shanghai Angus steak. They were okay. The flavors are so strong they make the meat and vegetables all taste the same. It was all quite edible, but I can cook better at home and for a whole lot cheaper. An acceptable place out of desperation, but hey, I've had worse. read more

However, now it seems they're cutting corners to leave customers with horrible taste and experience. To clarify, portions and containers have become smaller, tastes have diminished, and even availability of simple common condiments as Chinese mustard, soy sauce and sweet & sour sauce has become non-existent. I work for Doordash as a side job, I got to the location at 6:56pm on 11/21/19 it said to pick up order at 7:07pm guess what my order wasn't ready at that time....I waited for about 40 mins for the customers order.
