As far as panda goes, this was a fairly poor experience. The food quality was unfortunately the culprit. The chow mein was quite dry, and the orange chicken was nearly all breading (which tasted burnt). Also, all but one of the three employees I interacted with seemed like I was bothering them. We stopped by here when traveling up to Utah for a quick lunch break. I ordered a plate w 2 sides and chose rice with double honey shrimp, and a chicken bowl with veggies. Did a takeout order Sunday around 4pm. Only 1 couple ahead of me so getting in and out was fast. Ordered a 2 item plate of just orange chicken which is always tasty, served with the sides of super greens and noodles. (My husband wanted the fried rice with the noodles but since I made the run, I ordered the greens and they were good.). I also cashed in some accrued Panda Reward points for a small sized entree serving of Kung Pao chicken just to have some more vegetables (it has bell peppers and zucchini with the chili peppers used for spice). Terrible service and food. I went there on 2/29. I ordered a plate with mushroom chicken and kung pao chicken. After I got home opened my plate and noticed they didn't even put kung pao chicken that I paid for. Rice was crunchy as if they were half cooked and no flavor at all. This is a second time I got a bad service from this location. I went there 2/21 around 5:15pm, there was a long line of dinner crowd. There was no fried rice and teriyaki chicken. A lot of people waited including myself. Servers were not attentive as I waited 20mins for teriyaki chicken to be cooked. Both times I went there during dinner time. Instead of having customers wait for items, they should be well prepared so customers shouldn't have to wait too long. Perhaps they need better cooks and/or management. I normally love Panda Express and I went back on 2/29 to give them a benefit of doubt, but it was worse than 2/21. I would give a Zero Star if I could. read more

I've been to this Panda Express many times and have consistently received good service. Im not from this area and I find this panda consistent with other Panda Express. They provide fast service. Only a couple things I would change is the teriyaki sauce is in a packet I don't like cold teriyaki sauce on my warm chicken fresh warm teriyaki sauce would be great. Also there is no brown rice, but I am seeing that note common at other Panda Express as well. It's good good and healthier than other fast food options, low price, and very generous portions my plate can feed two. read more

Definitely got the customer service going well! Was greeted when I came and the place was clean. Employees are very busy, well managed from that point for sure. Nate greeted me and got my order going. I wanted mushroom chicken but they were running low. He apologized And asked if I wanted to wait but instead went with beef and broccoli. I also had the steak, and king pao. All were fresh hot and a fair portion. He offered me a military discount and thanked me for my service. All around great experience! I don't go to Panda Express at home in California even though they are the closest restaurant to my house. Why did I go to this one? It was a long drive, with more hours of driving coming after lunch. Do I backtrack a few exit or go to Panda? Sometimes, super long drives forces me to do funny things as I didn't want to backtrack. Why didn't I backtrack? The food was very Americanized. The chow mein is filled with vegetable fillers to make it look like they are giving you more food. The fried rice is bland and tasteless. The broccoli beef was probably their best dish. None of it resembled foods that I get in real Chinese restaurants. Service was okay. The server was nice. The place was clean. I was desperate, so I can't complain too much. But, next time time I drive through Cedar City, I'm stopping somewhere else. read more

I ordered this to be delivered to my hotel last Friday night. Early Saturday morning I was deathly ill with food poisoning. It's Tuesday and I am still hurting. Your employees need to take this seriously, you are making customers sick. I had to go to urgent care to get iv fluids. We just moved to Cedar City and this is a terrible Panda Express. We ate there last night and my son woke up this morning at 2 am and threw it all up. I felt gross too. I should have known. Huge windows and large CLEAN seating area make this Panda Express a nice pit stop off the freeway. Got the sweet fire chicken since they do not have eggplant with tofu at this location and it was good. Boyfriend got the Orange chicken which is always a crowd pleaser Izze sparkling blackberry soda with no added sugar was a nice treat. In the past couple weeks i've came here about 4 times, each of those times my order was wrong. Not something small, like a incorrect meat or a small drink instead of a medium, while different meals. I usually order the same thing, fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I just opened my box to find cow mein, shrimp and beef. they are clearly handing out incorrect orders which means not only am i getting the wrong one, someone else is too. It was so disappointing to not have napkins, toilet paper, soap available at this location, especially during Covid-19. After mentioning it several times, waiting patiently, they never once took me seriously and just ignored me. All the workers that I mentioned this to, told the manager on site, who did nothing. I understand they admonish on here that companies are doing their best during covid...but this panda is certainly not doing their best. After drive thru ordering broccoli beef, my gf was eagerly anticipating eating a protein with her broccoli. To my dismay, upon looking at the panda bowl we saw three tiny pieces of beef and a S ton of broccoli. Feeling famished, my gf walked back in and requested a little more beef in a very polite manner, to which she got a response from a female server that "that's the amount you get with it, we'll have to charge you more". The sever then talked to the other girl working and she came up and said "that's all we do" and then finally after speaking to a manager the girl walked back up, put some in a small box and stated "that's the best we can do" in a rude manor.
