An older man and woman were working the store when I came in, not sure if they were the owners or not but I had a feeling I was in good hands. It was very clean and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered the salmon wrap to go and it came out within 2 minutes. The wrap was very large, perfect size for one person to get full on for lunch. The flavors were perfect with a generous amount of salmon poke and sweet and spicy sauces. It hit the spot! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and I'll definitely be back. Keep in mind the price, this is high quality ingredients and large portions. So $18 for a wrap is about the average price equivalency of two sushi rolls or a large poke bowl. Not a bad place for a quick bite, food was good and reasonably priced. Came in for a to go pickup on a Monday evening and got in and out in less than 15 minutes. Interesting place with an interesting menu, wasn't quite expecting as much of the "other stuff" (Asian inspired dishes, noodles, etc) on the menu besides the burritos but being Chinese owned I guess it's not overly surprising. I got the crazy tuna burrito, bbq pork appetizer and some edamame. The burrito was decently sized and while it smelled slightly fishy at first, it tasted pretty good. Good amt of tuna inside and the ingredients and sauces complemented it well. The bbq pork had a good sauce and a pretty large portion, although it was a bit tough to be honest. I had never even heard of a sushi burrito before, let alone tried one, and OMG did it surpass my expectations. So frickin' good. My only complaint is how messy it is. Regular sushi rolls are way easier to eat so it seems like this is more of a novelty. I would definitely come back to try their traditional sushi rolls considering how delicious my Crazy Tuna sushi burrito was. Be warned, though, it is crazy spicy. Giant chunks of tender tuna and shrimp tempura slathered in spicy awesomeness. I was pleasantly surprised with the texture of the nori as well. I usually don't get hand rolls at sushi places because the nori is so tough that's it's hard to chew through but this stuff was just right. My main problem was trying to get the paper out of the way so I didn't eat that! Lol. Andy got the Salmon Bomb which had a delectable and not-too-sweet & slightly smoky eel sauce. Andy said the spring rolls were awesome too! He actually liked that more than his burrito, noting that his salmon was a tad overcooked, the bacon was chewy, and the tomatoes had a weird/off flavor. Don't worry, this place has you covered. They have a ton of different options to fit almost any sushi palette. They also don't use a ton of rice, there are plenty of tasty sushi ingredients stuffed in there, so there's no danger of feeling like you're just eating sushi flavored rice. We drove from Arizona to Utah and stopped by Cedar City, and we wanted something fast, so we chose this place. And it did not disappoint us at all!! That was the first time I tried something called "sushi burrito" and I fell in love with sushi burrito after visiting this place. 4 of us ordered 3 burritos, Vegas and tsunami, and the other one I forgot because those two were so good! If you like salmon, you have to try the Vegas. The salmon is fresh and tasty, the eel sauce and the spicy mayo made it so juicy, which made every bite full and flavorful. We asked them to put a bit more sauce on the tsunami as well, and it turned out so good! There is also tempura shrimp in tsunami too, which added little crispness to the texture. They made everything so quickly as well. With the owner being very friendly. The owner knows how to speak Cantonese too, which made it even better. The price is very reasonable with average of a burrito of about $8.99. I was full just with one burrito. We ended up buying one more Vegas and tsunami back home for my family in Salt Lake City to try too. Over night, although the seaweed was not as crispy, the quality was still good. My expectations were not high for fresh fish in the middle of southern Utah, but my son really wanted to give this a try. We both got sushi burritos, which strangely had lettuce in them (I've had tons of sushi burritos in LA and never once have they had lettuce, let alone a thick leaf of iceberg) and too much strong mayo.
