Only 2 stars for this Panda Express? Not tonight. We checked into a local hotel and hit up GrubHub. My wife ordered a 2 plate and I went with a three. Beijing beef, Kung pao chicken and black pepper chicken. Sides were chow mein and veggies. My wife went with beef & broccoli and mushroom chicken with brown rice and greens. Both were served with generous portions. Our order was delivered to our hotel within 40 minutes. Our food arrived nice and hot and the order was correct (something I don't take for granted). They even included plasticware & napkins. But no soy sauce. My Kung pao was nice & spicy. The Beijing beef crispy and the pepper chicken was perfect. The veggies were also crisp. Seriously. I know most folks don't consider Panda Express as the real deal. But tonight's experience says otherwise. read more

While I waited, I watched her immediately prioritize the person behind me, physically pulling them in front of me to check them out--while I stood there. It wasn't just oversight. It was dismissive, intentional, and it happens in some way every single time I come in. There's no excuse for this level of disregard. If one employee can make a loyal customer hate coming to what used to be their favorite chain, there's a serious problem. This is the best Panda Express I've ever had in my entire life. I've eaten a lot of Panda Express in my lifetime and none has compared to the food here. I don't know how they do it. Everything we ordered was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. I'm not convinced this location isn't run by the fae--impossibly good. Staff members were friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Highly recommend if you want an otherworldly experience that will leave you wondering if you've hopped dimensions. Honestly I'm so done coming here. For the 5th time in a row when I've arrived they've been out of over half the menu. Yes, I do come by at 8pm but that's still 2 hours before closing. Last night when I arrived I was told all the items they were out of. By the 6th entree I asked if she could just tell me what they did have. I was pleasantly surprised when we ate here at the request of some guests we had. The food is delicious and both looks and taste quite fresh. There's plenty of light in the store and I like that if I'm gonna eat there. I can recommend this place. read more

Not satisfied. Went around 1330 with my husband, alot of empty food woks. Understandable,its after lunch. Oh we aren't making anymore right now. 1st stupid comment. It needs to be lower for how rude the lady who takes the orders are. 10:42 on July 10th, we got told if we wanted the chicken we would have to wait 10 minutes, and we did want it so we asked if we could wait. Constantly out of things and the wait is atrocious. 10+mins for super greens to be refilled but I stood in like for 10 mins and it was out the whole time, so want me to wait longer no thanks. We went this past Sat. and apparently got the right girl. Lilllianna was her name. She was the most pleasant and helpful person. Even if you were having a bad day she could probably manage to turn it around. The food was good, not excellent but pretty good. It was the service that Lilliana gave us that made our visit so enjoyable. For a young person she is going to go places in this world. It is refreshing to see someone of that age group taking her job seriously and with such enthusiasm. read more

You would think a franchise could do no wrong but Panda Express has once again shown that they suck big time. Ordered two plates at 7 p.m. on a Saturday and three of the four main dishes need to be cooked. So I wait 15 minutes and they tell me that they need to make the black pepper chicken still needs to be made, but that will be another 15-20 minutes. The last four times I have been there, they have forgotten something in my order. Twice, they have run out of brown rice. And to top it off, they no longer serve potstickers. If it wasn't for the fact that Cheyenne has few eateries and most of them don't deserve two stars. And now, the workers want $15 an hour when they can't even do their jobs at $10 per hour. read more

With a long line of people waiting to get food, the cook left for break. The girl taking the orders is the only saving grace of this place. She was very nice and would bring your food out. This spot is really good. Like a typical food chain the food quality is consistent. The staff is really nice and attentive. I have never had an issue with an incorrect order. They always have food stocked and ready so we have not waited for our orders. The front end is always clean. So it makes you feel safe eating there. I would say this is a testament to not only the management, but to the employees that work there. read more

TRASH!!!! Ordered through Door Dash and they never acknowledged my driver and when they finally did, they said she had to wait 20-30 for fried rice after she had been there for 45 min. Then 20 minutes later told her that someone else picked it up. I should've read the reviews that this place provides trash ass service. This Panda Express would rank close to last on my list for places to get Chinese food. I get it, it's Fast Food Chinese, so the standard shouldn't be too high? That's the problem. I'm judging this Panda Express by fast food standards. It's not uncommon for this location to not have any food ready, so you either get the hardened pieces of chicken and steak that have been the lamp for hours or you have to wait 10 minutes for the new food to be cooked. Finally, there have been multiple times I've gone through the line and seen food (chicken, etc) just sitting out in the prep area. This alarms me, and while I hope that food doesn't make it to my mouth, I really think I'm just rolling the dice. read more

First time trying panda express. Got my order to go. The portions were plentiful. I tried the kung pao and orange chicken with chow mein noodles. The kung pao was spicey almost to much to enjoy the flavors. Orange chicken had a more enticing flavor. The chow mein was ok the noodles tasted dried out not enough flavor for me. Probably won't be going back to Panda Express for a long time, went last month and the fried rice was so dry, the broccoli in the beef and broccoli wasn't even cooked, hard as hell... gave it another shot two days ago, ordered the almond chicken and teriyaki chicken, and there was big granules of sauce mixture that hadn't dissolved completely, it was like spitting out pebbles... Food is delicious and fast but the dining area is terminally gross because they don't have enough help. Everyone is extremely busy. Use the drive through I guess or go elsewhere. We've always had good service at Panda prob eat there 1-2 times a month. Foods really good, if you get there around closing time pickings sometimes are slim (its closing time) and sometimes they still have a lot left to be served. Some people complain about portion sizes but they fill ours up so I can't complain about serving sizes. Employees are friendly always offer samples if your not sure of what something tastes like. Panda Express is one of my favorite places to go for Chinese-American dishes! They have a wide variety of choices, and I haven't had a seasonal entree I haven't liked. This specific location does have problems though. The management seems unable to keep their staff and occasionally they hire someone who, for lack of a better word, doesn't know how to cook. Due to the tendency toward not having enough staff, the dining area can get messy during peek hours. The best way to avoid a lot of these problems is to arrive either just before or just after a lunch/dinner rush, usually on a weekday. Typically if you arrive around these times, the better cooks will be working so you're less likely to get a bad dish and there's not so many people that the staff can't keep the dining area clean. I've been there enough to say that more often than not, the food is good and the staff is friendly and the dining area is clean. Also, I typically don't use the drive thru. My experience has been that Panda Express tastes best fresh and letting it cool down is going to make the food taste not-so-good. So I can't say whether the drive thru experience is good. read more

Dinning area was a mess. Once they get a little busy service really suffered. Went on a Sunday at lunchtime with my family and they were very rushed. I'm not sure what this Panda Express does differently but... it just doesn't taste the same as all the other ones I've been too. I ordered the plate of fried rice and Kung Pao chicken. It isn't as spicy as it is suppose to be and the zucchini just tasted like water. The flavor was just very weird and tasteless. I'm not expecting an amazing experience but my husband and I were just confused on how different it tasted here. We might give it another try. I like to eat at Panda Express but every time I order it though Door Dash they NEVER put in teriyaki sauce for the the teriyaki chicken. I get frustrated every time and every time I give them another chance, just to be let done again. UGH! read more
