I needed a quick bite and decided to try this location. As far as fast food chain Chinese food, you really can't expect too much, but at least they are consistent. We got there at 5:25 pm. The drive thru had several cars so we tried inside. The line was at least 8 people long and while we waited the line didn't seem to get any shorter. I would recommend adding some staff during the dinner rush. It is fast food, so it is easy for people to become impatient and leave after waiting 10 minutes. That is what we did. We came back around 7 after we finished in the grocery store. The restaurant was pretty empty. The guy at the counter was helpful, polite and suggested ways to keep the cost of the meal down by using the 2 entree option. It was clean and they even made my veggies fresh. Unfortunately they were under cooked and under seasoned, but at least you could tell they were fresh since they crunched when I ate them. I think that the management here is very unprofessional. I had an interview with Jamie and she wasn't very attentive during the interview. She told me I would get a response within two days about if I got a second interview. I called the store for two weeks asking to speak with her and of course she wasn't there. To my knowledge she was on leave. So they insisted on leaving a message for her to reach out, and of course never did. I had sent her email reaching out with no response. Almost three weeks later she told me she decided to go in a different and acted as if she had sent me a email and didn't. I think the food here is great, but the service not so much. I'd expect at least close to 30 minutes before closing you'd still want to make as much money as you can before closing. What ever you do do not order delivery from this location, the driver picks up the food then sends you a notice saying order was cancelled, you still get billed but do not get your order, then you call in and they give you the option to either get a refund or coupons that you have to use several times to get your full order that you placed only allowing you to use one coupon each visit, which meens you have to go back atleast 3 btimes to fulfill you original order,meening you haveb to buy three more meals at regular price to get to use the coupons, what ba scam, and they said this happens all the time, why not use a different delivery service? read more

Beef broccoli soggy full of SALT. Corporate needs to step in at this location cause it needs some serious help from the food, and the staff working here. Stay away from this location. They're quick to ask for donations and don't tell tell you until after you pay that they need you to park. Don't park. The employees will tell you it will only be a few minutes after you park. However, they'll forget about you and if you're lucky they might bring your order to you in 30 minutes and cold. The manager won't come out and talk to customers. She's refuse to refund your order and tell you to call corporate to getz refund. Don't ask for thenumber, as they will tell you to Google it. I am extremely disappointed by what happened to my favorite fast food take out. My wife and I have been your regular customers for at least one year, purchasing 2 large plates every sunday evening. We liked large portions, tasty food and reasonable prices. Starting January 1st that has changed. Portions got visibly smaller and the price went up. We understand that with the minimum wage going up it is not surprising to see the cost of everything adjusted, but significantly smaller portions is what tipped the scale. We did not say anything for a while, however, last time portions were so small that I had to say something. The employee behind the counter objected, telling me that portions were always this small, I don't know what I am talking about and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to purchase something additional if the plate that I have gotten was not enough... Both, my wife and I, were embarrassed and offended how your employee handled our concern. I have returned the food that I have purchased, got my money back and will not shop at Panda Express for a very long time. I will try again next year maybe, to see if things improved. We replied that we ordered one in which I guess she couldn't handle that & got frazzled & confused over her error. She asked if the screen was correct the font was to small I asked if I can get a print out before I paid. When we pulled it up she throw us an attitude when I asked for a print out to ensure my order was correct she got even more attitude shoved the paper to us, I checked to make sure it was correct and i preceded to pay. My family comes here often and I am always satisfied with the amount of food we get. The drive through can be a little slow depending on the time of the day, but this is normal at any fast food restaurant. The employees are always working hard, quick and polite. We had one instance where they gave us a wrong entrée, but we called and they were prompt about correcting it and gave us a free meal for their mistake. While this was a little frustrating, I was just happy they were reasonable and willing to accept the mistake and make it right. read more

Drive-thru is a nightmare! My husband and I went the other evening around 7:00pm. We could see that there was no one in the lobby and three cars in front of us. We sat in drive-thru between 15-20 minutes and of course they block you in so you cannot leave. Once we got to the window we saw our food sitting there while Eduardo helped other people. I asked him if drive-thru is always this slow and he said yeah when it is busy. Poor excuse when we can see how "busy" they really were. When I got home everyone told me that I got ripped off. They ordered the same items and it was much less. I will go back to this location and see if I get the same pricing from other clerks.
