I used to go here at least three times a month and have always been pleased with the food but the last two times I've gone the orange chicken is not crispy. I've tried giving this Panda Express multiple chances because I shop at the nearby Costco after work, but every visit has been a letdown. The floors are consistently soaking wet with strong-smelling cleaning chemicals while food is still being served -- it's unpleasant and concerning from a health and safety standpoint. The bigger issue is the constant lack of food. I came in tonight around 8:15 PM (they close at 9:00), and there was a long line. By the time it was my turn, most of the trays were empty. When I asked about options, I was told -- like always -- "This is it, we're not making any more food." I couldn't even get a regular plate and had to settle for a kids meal just to get something to eat. The portions were so low I had to ask the staff to scrape up leftovers from two different dishes just to make it worth it. To top it off, the staff isn't friendly or helpful at all -- just dismissive. This kind of experience is unacceptable, especially for a chain that usually offers reliability. The food was good and that's not the issue. The issue is with their service. I placed an online order and was given a promised time of 35 minutes later as the option "ASAP". I paid for it and came in at the promised time to pick up my order. I gave them my name and the cashier confirmed my order. I waited for 10 minutes while the staff kept helping the in person customers. The manager assured me my order would be next in line. Then another 10 minutes and my order is not ready. I asked again and they see how frustrated I was and they finally got my order for me. So if you think you can beat the line by placing the order online ahead of time, think again. If I were to come in and get the same order in person, I would have gotten it in and out 5 minutes max. They shouldn't allow online order if they cannot fulfill it as promised. read more
