My client bought me take out from here last night. I was a 1st timer. I had the General Tsao's chicken. It came with a surprisingly good egg roll. If not for that egg roll, it'd have been closer to a 3 star experience. It wasn't greasy, soggy, skinny, or oddly tasting of peanut butter, like at many restaurants. Peanut butter belongs with jam on white bread and a cold glass of milk to wash it down with. Or fry it like grilled cheese. Fried PBJ, it's the bomb. I promise. Anyhoo, my chicken dish was a bit skimpy on sauce, and came made with strange veggies, for a dish that usually has only broccoli, of which it had none. Still, it tasted good enough to eat twice in one night. It had red and yellow bell peppers, a little onion and crispy string beans (some were seemingly less crispy/fresh than others, to be fair). So, if you hate vegetables, this is so not the dish for you. You have the palate of a toddler, so stick with your Cheerios, nuggets, and juice boxes. The food was hot, tasty and it hit the spot. Authentic? Oh dear Lord, no. Even the fried rice was so Americanized, I'm pretty sure it was not still technically rice. There's a song that says "I and if you don't expect too much from me, you might not be let down.". Yeah, it's kinda like that. Leave your high falootin' expectations at home, and it's quite possible you'll find it tasty like I did. read more

My time here was horrid. My mouth is on fire and I'm extremely upset. I ordered 2 plates one for my friend one for myself. I asked if something spicy on the menu could be changed to contain no spice, not only did the drive through employee confuse both my friend and I by mumbling the answer. she kept talking over us and spoke way too fast so neither of us could understand what she said. When we got home my steamed rice was undercooked (crunchy) and despite trying to change the spicy entree we ended up with the spicy entree we had asked about. I'm not happy by any means and feel (due to the undercooked rice) that I am in danger of food poisoning. I went there to get takeout food there was no customers on the inside hardly anybody in the Drive-Thru there was eight workers working in there and I stood there for 10 minutes and not one worker came up to me to take my order I think the customer service sucks maybe if they had one worker that looks like me I have never seen a black worker in there they really need to work on a customer service for all customers no matter what the color of your skin is read more

I love Panda Express but this location is horrible. They close the dining room for no reason at random times. And I ordered online pickup so that it can be quicker but since the lobby is closed we had to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes. It defeats the purpose of online ordering. Edit. I get to the speaker and tell them I was picking up an order. They said ok so I drive and wait again for two cars ahead of me. When I arrive to the window they informed me that my order wasn't ready and they weren't cooking anymore food. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:18pm it was 9 pm when I arrived at the window. Worse worse worse worse service ever by Marlin, Erica and Lupe!!! I'm sure they know who we are.. we were the last customer there last Sunday August 12th. We literally stood in front of their face for 5minutes without any help!! Until my husband said "anyone here?" If I could give it a -1 star I would. Twice I've been there and twice I get a leaking cup, twice my cup holders have been filled because of their leaking cups. 2nd the rice is always under cooked it's like I'm eating hard marshmallows. 3rd The shrimp taste like sink water. I always ask for condiments and I never got them. And 4th the cashier let go of my change before I could grab it and the wind blew it away. 5th they never have any type of meats, twice they've told me they only had like 3-4 things on the menu. I walked in here with my kids in order to catch some quick dinner before going shopping at the Wal Mart across the street. They were out of noodles, and when I requested Kung Pao as an entree, the guy behind the register told me it would be five minutes. Well, I had to wait about 10 minutes instead. Luckily, the kids weren't misbehaving, so all was forgiven since the manager gave me two free drinks for the extra long wait. That took off four dollars off of my bill, so I was quite pleased because most fast food places around here wouldnt even apologize for that slight inconvenience. The food was just ok. I enjoyed the Chicken Mushroom entree, but really disliked the String Bean Chicken; the green beans tasted nearly raw and very bland. The Kung Pao chicken was steaming hot, so I had no trouble finishing that off. Now, I will say that although the restaurant looked clean when I first walked in, upon closer inspection, I discovered soda spilt over the white counters by the soda station that hadn't been bothered to be cleaned off. Also, when I took my son to the restroom, the trash can was missing a lid, so I could see that it was missing a trash bag. In the lobby, there were some napkins scattered on the floor in various areas. As a mother of two precocious picky eaters, I'm glad that I can find food with many options available to hand choose right before my eyes. read more

I been going here since it opened never have i ever had this bad of experience till this year. (Been going on for 5 months) Never have string bean chicken ready it takes around 5min to make a number 1, never have super greens that takes 5min at most to make. its getting bad here... this was my go to location - now.. not so much... first - the food is "EH" now... too chewy - the Super Green NEVER cooked (usually cold and hard) the steamed rice, more like glue rice! the Veggie Spring Rolls, more like Veggie "Sting" Rolls - Soggy and smell like they were cooked in old oil. Dont get me started on the Entrees - the Grilled Chicken Teriyaki in particular, so much stringy "fatty" portions its unreal, and I always ask for fresh Teriyaki sauce because the sauce in the package is room temperature and possibly old a the Bible, and I am told we no longer have that... yet I ALWAY turn around, walk inside and get it fresh off the line.. I used the drive-through today and ordered the walnut shrimp and I got six shrimp (one was cut in half) on white rice (some was pretty crunchy) and almost half of a Walnut. Really? Half a nut? Maybe they should call this neutered panda! I gave them two points because the customer service was pleasant although a little hard to understand. Make sure you check your order everytime you go through the drive through at this location. I ordered shrimp walnut entire and did not receive any at all. And of course I was charged for it. I was given some type of chicken instead. Plus ask for sauces and did not receive none. The female that placed my order was very unprofessional. And they give very little food. Well, where do I begin? Panda Express is my "go to" for a quick lunch. I love the Orange Chicken and the Spring Rolls. Spent my normal 13 bucks on a bowl, a side and a Coke. The food is always the same. Always! Good...but never great. Needed to use the restroom when I was done but was told that it is not a "public restroom because of covid or something. It's only for the employees." (Her exact words) It took about ten minutes to convince the manager that I REALLY WAS gonna go pee on the damn sidewalk if they didn't let me use the restroom. I understand if a place doesn't want to open the restroom to non-customers. But I've been to at least five or six Panda Express locations in the last two (covid) years and all of them allowed patrons to use their restroom. It's not "covid or something". It's the whole "or something". Something like a lazy staff and management blaming their poor customer service levels on covid! read more

The service and the manager Lewis was horrible. As a long time customer I've never been in a restaurant and given the option of take what we give you or nothing at all. After a long debate with a sever on how I want to eat my food, I explained to the manager that an employee of his kept insisting on putting food items on my plate that I don't eat. I explained to the manager that at times I may have an allergic reaction to certain foods. I verbalized to the manager that instead of putting the unwanted item on my plate, that they could save it for the next person who would eat it. I was told by the manager that if he removes an item from my plate that he would have to do it for everyone else. After wasting 10 minutes of my time I told the manager that it seemed as though he would much rather loose a paying customer, than to serve me items off the menu that I don't want. Every time I go up there they always tell me I have to wait about 10-15 for something I requested to be done. The other day I went through the drive through and the young lady who took my order was being very rude. She was belittling me and getting annoyed that I was asking about certain foods. I CLEARLY heard her sigh annoyingly into the mic and then she went silent (I'm assuming she muted herself). When she came back she SCOFFED and snickered when I asked for something. When we went up to the window to pay she looked at us and laughed before walking off. Another employee had to attend us. Not long ago, I had a big problem at this location. The food here is exactly right. It is well made, and very hot when served, but an employee had reacted by giving very poor customer service. We've all had moments like this it seems, but the employee was so over the top, I had to contact the company. A person at the home office replied quickly, and almost the same day, Tran Huynh, the store manager called. She is one of those managers you really enjoy dealing with because she really tries to make your experience at Panda a great one. Now, I am a very happy customer who will return again, and again.
