Have never really had a negative experience at panda, the place is simple,fast,convenient and employees job is pretty simple.. to scoop food on a plate. I was in the drive through and the person who helped me was Karen, I asked to change my order from a bowl to a plate as soon as I went up to the window. I was the only car there, no cars in front or behind me so she wasn't busy as far as I could see. I hadn't paid for the food yet when I asked and her response was to give me a inconvenience expression and say well it's already made!? I figured okay no big deal she'd just switch the plate and add another entree or put it on a side tray... nope she just reached for the card as if I didn't make it clear I didn't want the bowl and wanted the plate instead... felt like such an inconvenience for wanting to spend money on something I wanted.. I should've just drove off but I paid for the food.. i hope that Karen isn't the manager of this place cause they should just throw the whole Panda Express location away of the manager to lazy to make a plate smh,, food was delicious but just a little minor issue with customer service at the drive through read more

Friday my kids wanted Panda Express. So I took my kids and wait though drive Thru. Yes there a lot people in line wanted to place there order as well. I waited about 15 mins to place my order. By the time I got to place my I kids where still looking at the menu. I asked girl to hold on for a few mins. Then she said I can't hear you. She waited then came back said are you ready to order I said no, that when said said you hold the line and you come in the store and order my food. And we only give 5 min window. One you don't make someone hurry up to place there order, you don't be rude with customers. We paid you hour wage. Without customers you will not have a job.. it must been to girls playing around cause one came back saying she was the manger. I was still trying figure out what little one wanted as well. I was so gross out I had to hurry up and order my food. At this point I was so mad when I got to the window I wanted to speak with manger and found out it was a male. The only thing manger done was apologize and give me a 20 % discount but I think those two girls need to talked to and get fired. Stupid teenager. They need to have better Manners. read more

Food is always the same. Which is good so thank god. But let's talk about customer service. The man helping me seemed like I bothered him to death and pretty much asked me to leave. I ordered my food went to cashier and again that same I'm bothered feeling. Understandably it's 530. Maybe a down time. But a smile and lack of attitude would be nice. Such a disappointment. It's sad to see how many places have lost their humanity during covid, this is one of them. They had no tables open inside and they removed the chairs from the tables outside. I had two kids that were very hungry, nowhere near home, and feeding a 1 year old rice in the car is very difficult. So I was standing outside using one chair less patio table, NO ONE was around, NO one was even outside at all. A worker came out and said We had to leave. I was social distancing, off by myself just trying to feed these kids and this guy made us leave. 1 year old was crying asking for another bite while he was telling me I had to leave. Again no humanity, you literally broke social distancing, came within a foot of me and my kids to come over and tell me that I couldn't feed my kids alone outside away from everyone. Let's get back to being human beings who care for one another. No surprise this location already had only 2 stars before I even left a comment. Maybe management is putting this pressure on their employees, if so it's wrong. No company pressure would ever take away my compassion for another person, You see a woman struggling with a crying kid just trying to get him fed and asking them to leave is your answer.... This place is the worst. They get like every 3rd order right. When I went in to get my money refunded because they gave me exactly what I didn't want, the moron manager "Fernando" went into an office and I guess I was supposed to stand there for ever--I never did get my refund. This clown was rude and he obviously has no clue what customer service is. I called their corporate office and they were as rude as he was!! Try Pei Wei. Well... the ten minute wait at the speaker was bad enough, but they didn't have the mixed veggies we wanted, so we had to wait for them to be prepared. After twenty minutes, I went inside to check on our order. The veggies were done, but they had forgot about us or lost our order. I got my money back, and will probably not eat there again. There were two customers in the establishment, and three servers along with two cooks, so they were not overworked. You cannot survive as a business with this awful lack of customer service or simple incompetence. The good news is that they supplied me with a terrific example of bad customer service moment that I can share with my coworkers at our next company meeting. They should put on the menu "If it's not chicken it will cost over a dollar extra" first time I came here I actually reversed out of the drive thru. I asked for a two item and everything that I wanted was almost 4 dollars more. the lady acted so rude when I asked for steamed rice, I heard her groan over the speaker. when I was done ordering she kept asking "And what else?" I had no idea what she was talking about. and said that I just ordered ONE two item. that just flew over her head and for some reason in her headset it came thru to me wanting two two items? I tried twice trying to explain to her that I was done with my order and that was it. she could not compute. poor thing blew a fuse and kept trying to get me to order more and pay more. I told her to just forget about the whole thing and reversed out of the drive thru. went one block more and found a Boston Market. will not be going there again read more

First of all I waited a really long time for my food which I was fine since I was thinking the whole time "yay fresh foo!". Well that was not the case. The orange chicken tastes like rubber! The fried rice which was what I was waiting for had NO flavor whatsoever and some of it was still undercook! To top off the night we also waited for the teriyaki chicken which as well had NO flavor not even after adding teriyaki sauce. Very disappointed with this. DONT GO to this Panda Express, the food is gross...ie after (R)e(G)gie served my my orange chicken PANDA bowl, I found a nasty loogie in my food. I guess i took to long to order for (R)e(G)gie in the drive thru. So if (R)e(G)gie ever tells you to "really enyjoy your food" tell them no thanks and ask for a refund of your money. I have been to this location on 59th & Olive Avenues, many, many times. Today was my last visit as the 4 women working ignored us, the 5 groups of people behind us got served before we did, customers even asked these women to serve us first as we were first in line they all responded that they didn't see us! How ignorant can you be! I am appalled as to the ignorance of employees & manager who never stepped in to see what the ordeal was! This location would have ZERO stars if at all possible. Saturday evening I went to Panda Express to grab dinner before heading home. I don't eat meat so what I get from the menu is very basic I just enjoy the way Panda prepares it. I came through the drive thru and placed an order for a plate, for one of my entree's I asked for STEAMED VEGGIES. An item that I've enjoyed here countless times. They ring me up as normal and provide me my total, I pull to the window slide my card for the purchase and drive off. As I'm driving, I smelled this foul odor that could only be coming from the bag. As I'm driving with the windows up and heat on the smells grown to a point in which it made my stomach turn. Next thing I know I'm trying to pull over mid drive to throw up. At that time I had to throw the food away there was no way I could drive it home or take it back, I was disgusted! I opened the food to see what could be different this time and the veggies were different from those that were previously provided. So I decided to just toss the food and head home to call the establishment in the morning. I waited for them to open and made the call. I explained to the young lady who answered the phone that I would like my order replaced and attempted to explain to her what happened. I was interrupted and told that "The menu outside shows shows that we have super veggies now instead of steamed." I asked the employee why that wasn't explained when I requested the item that was no longer on the menu, she explained that there was a picture. At that point I realized that the employee had no empathy and was clearly not seeing where they made the mistake of assuming that I would just want the new veggies. So I gave up and kindly asked her to take my name down for a replacement and a conversation with her manager. The whole situation was poorly handled and not resolved at all. If someone request a food item and that item no longer exist, don't put the closet thing to it on their plate without consult with the customer. Very disappointed with the drive thru service here. Twice they have forgotten my cream cheese rangoons. Twice they have gotten my orders wrong. When I called to complain they took all my info for a replacement/credit on my next order. A month later I return and tell them I should have a credit and they said I should have saved my receipt. Really?? Then why take all my info if your gonna ask for my receipt!! Who saves their food receipts for that long?? read more

The food was great tasting, but the customer service was terrible, the whole store seemed to be disorganized... it took close to 15 min for a batch of fried rice. The last taking my order just walked away twice to go talk to someone in the middle of taking my order. So all in all, great food... not so good customer service. read more

The servers were very kind and helpful and very patient, and it was very busy, there were at least 3-4 people behind us. We were a little undecided about what we wanted so it took us a little extra time. They were very hospitable. We have been getting take-out from this Panda for many years, almost always getting good food in ample potions. Our food choices are always the same; chow mien, mixed veggies, rice and orange chicken. Went there tonight, 1/10, and was somewhat surprised, and not in a pleasant way. The chow mien noodles had a totally different texture, no vegetables except onion and a bland taste. The mixed veggies contained just broccoli and and what appeared to be kale, and lacked flavor. The fried rice tasted more like plain white rice had only a few peas scattered around. The Orange chicken was pretty good but somewhat spicier than normal. My next gripe is their new portions. Their previous to go trays were significantly larger than what we got tonight, maybe 6" square compared to the 8 or 9" trays from the past. Today we got somewhat lesser tasting food in smaller portions. We will try this location a couple more times to see if tonight was a fluke , or their new normal. Hopefully Panda's other locations will maintain the excellence we have come to know and like. read more

Worst Location! Couldn't even finish our sentence when trying to order in the drive thru, employee was so rude, kept cutting us off, was not listening, and was messing around with the other employees. For the past 5 times we have been, they have gotten our order wrong, this time it was so bad we actually drove back to have them fix it, ughhh we should have learned to check it before leaving the drive thru! We will NOT return to this location, finally learned our lesson :( read more
