Decided to come back tonight as I was craving it... the food was alright but what gives this review a hands down is the ridiculous amount of time waiting just to get served. The DoorDash/GrubHub orders go before customers waiting in the store. They also didn't have white rice! Really? Just make more, it's white rice! lol. This is the best Panda. They're not as busy as the location in Menifee so sometimes the food is not coming out as quickly and is not as fresh as the other, but OTOH the turnaround time is fast if you don't like waiting in long lines. I will say that they're happy to make an item fresh for you upon request if they don't have it out or are almost out. The service is superior here and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. I come almost every day to get drinks- the mango tea is really good. I used to go to In-n-Out every day for their tea but stopped after having Panda's. As for the food, I've been trying to be healthier, and this is the place to do that. I've been eating fast food every day forever and it's not the best thing to be doing. And even with P.E. I would get the fried rice and dump teriyaki all over it and get the fried entrees that were the unhealthiest options. Pretty much the only veggies I ever got were the lettuce and tomatoes on a burger until I discovered the super greens here. Whatever the sauce is they use makes the veggies so delicious and now I always get it instead of chow mein or fried rice. Add to that I mostly rotate between kung pao, string bean chicken breast, and mushroom chicken, which are all pretty healthy options and takes good. I never used to get these until I started getting them. I'm trying to limit all the bad foods I eat and this is an option for eating out that I can feel good about. read more

This happened few days ago at around 1030am. Only 2 workers there. I tried to pay with a E-gift card, the Hispanic lady scanned the e-gift card and said it's doesn't work. She told me to call Panda Express customer service. CS said that lady was supposed to punch in the e-gift card number along with the pin, that all their cashiers are trained to do that. So I guess that lady didn't want to follow policy & simply too lazy to do so. Panda Express corporate said they will notify the store manager. Very typical of chain restaurants where workers do their own thing and get away with it. Pls hire better staff. read more

Hey i usually don't get upset with stuff like this but this is unacceptable. 1249pm today(10Feb2026) specifically order #240113 My orange chicken bowl was damn near not edible. The chicken was old and didn't even give a good scoop. So I high recommend going into the store to make sure you can see the state of your food because ik for sure if I was in the store to get personally I would have not accepted such a poor example of a bowl. We've come here several times and upon entrance are always greeted by one of the employees. We ask for the orange chicken and chow mein every time and they are always so accomodating! The food is always fresh however we do find that the portion sizes at this location are very small compared to others. read more

I ate here two weeks ago, and the food was terrible. It all looked as if was sitting to long, but I took my chances. The chow mein noodles were crunchy and stuck together. Perhaps a new cook, I thought. Wrong. I decided to give it another try today, and asked the server if I would be able to try a noodle, as the last time it was undercooked. She said no, but assured me that it was cooked all the way and not like before. ( Others must have complained) So I told her that I was hesitant to eat here again after that, but since it never happened before, I t must've been a one off. No. It wasn't. I have been visiting this Panda Express for several years and typically have positive interactions with the staff at this location. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered an unprofessional and rude staff member named Raquel. She assumed I wanted a bowl and when I told her I want the other entrée meaning a two entrée, she rudely said "Well you have to let me know". Every time I ever went there the first thing they do is ask is this a one entrée or two entrée? She did not ask . At approximately 7:25 PM, the restaurant had run out of steamed rice, and apparently wasn't making any anymore, So I went ahead with the fried rice and I was served a minimal portion of fried rice. When I politely requested a bit more rice, Raquel responded curtly that's all the amount that could fit. Frustrated with the situation, I decided to cancel my order and began to leave. Whoever the hell is the cook for night shift needs to be terminated immediately..... packed our containers up full of broccoli.. barely any beef. Yesterday we stopped here for a plate to go. The quality of the Orange chicken was overcooked, hard and stuck together. Very crunchy. Also the noodles were dried and sticky. We've been here maybe 6 times and this is the second time the food is overcooked or old and dried out. 2 out of 6 is not good, at least as far as I'm concerned. Guess I'll be looking for another Chinese fast food place, such a shame because the other 4 times were great. read more

Don't eat here!! They portions of rice and veggies are huge with barely any meat. You always know when a company is trying to cut back on cost, the customers have to suffer. Ordered a family meal. The fried rice was horrible. Tried to call location after we all started eating but there was no answer. I ordered through the Panda Express app and gave a tip. Within about 10 minutes I got a notification that the food was ready. I ordered a bowl and a kids meal for my two children and I got a platter for myself. I noticed that they had a new apple pie roll so I ordered four. When my wife went to go pick up the food, she grabbed it and brought it home. When she got home I asked about the apple pie rolls and she said there was only one I showed her my receipt which said that there was four. My wife went to go pick up the food. My wife was met by a young lady named Candace, and she expressed that the order was missing sauce to which Candace cut my wife off and responded that her manager Maureen, who was not present and had left the premises, had filled the order, thus insinuating that it was correct. After which my wife expressed that only one apple pie roll was included in the bag and attempted to express that we ordered four before Candace again cut her off stating "you ordered four right?" Next Candace asked do you want me to remake that entire part of the order or just give you what you didn't receive? my wife responded with I'm standing here waiting to pick up the items that I didn't receive, so what do you think? Eventually, the order was corrected, my children enjoyed their food, and the place is always clean. 03/04/2022 I would give 0 stars if I could. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my whole entire life! my wife went in to order our food at 8:30... 1 hour before closing. She said there was no meat or sides cooked, that the cook edwardo was closing down the kitchen. She had asked for veggie rolls from one of the ladies helping her and she said he would make some it would just take 30 minutes. Come 9:00 I come in to join my wife to order, since they said it would take 30 minutes to make veggie rolls. We then start ordering and they only have the option of orange chicken and very old broccoli beef so orange chicken it is. We finish ordering our plates and ask for the veggie rolls and the cook edwardo yells saying "I just turned off and drained all my kitchen shit, I'm not making anything before closing. I'll just have to throw it out anyways. I'm not wasting food." He was calling other workers names like "faggot", "stupid white boy" talking in Spanish talking bad about customers. Nick was one of the workers and was extremely upset after being called a faggot and horrible names and things. Then one brunette, tells Nick just to go home like he did something wrong and he didn't. He was the only one telling us he was so sorry for our experience and they should be making fresh food for customers. So we had asked why 30 minutes ago did he say they would be made and why things are being closed down 1 hour before closing; after going back and forth he decides to throw a huge attitude throwing things around and makes 2 orders of veggies rolls (Several customers at least 20 walked in and walked out due to his attitude and to the fact that their is literally no food to order almost an hour before closing." Granted it's a Friday night; that is exactly why they close at 9:30... not 9. So why are things not being made when you stay open later due to more customers) He grabs the veggie rolls; with his bare hands. No gloves after he was just sitting on the floor draining oil. That is so gross to touch the floor and grab food with your bare hands.Also the veggie rolls were finished in less than 7 minutes; so why are you lying saying it would take 30 minutes for something that took 7. I couldn't believe the treatment my wife and I just received. Then when we get in the car and bite into our orange chicken the chicken was FROZEN & raw !!! The chow menu was super super super hard. Before I get into my experience I need to say I have gone to dozens of panda locations in California and my family are huge fans. This is by far the worst location. Since moving here over a year ago they have always had problems. We just didn't want to drive to the one on central. The manager is not running this location right. They hardly have food ready, my guess is cost savings so food doesn't go bad. So customers, like us every week, must wait for food to be cooked. Several times the egg rolls and Rangoon's are over cooked and hard. Today the sweet fire had visibly rotten peppers in it when we got home to eat. The fried rice was crunchy.
