Lake Havasu City manager Alisa is not qualified to be a manager. My order was delivered by door dash which was not the issue. I ordered chili sauce, Hot mustard, and soy sauce. These sauces were for my meal and sides of veggies and egg rolls. When I called Alisa said "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry". She said you can come pick them up. Hello that's why I chose delivery. After an 8 hr drive to my vacation home I wasn't about to go pick up sauces. Most of my meal went in the trash. When I asked what can you do for me she just kept say "I'm so sorry" and nothing I can do for you. Additionally the portions don't come close to any delivery I have ever ordered at home when I have my meals delivered. This manager lacks customer service experience. read more

This is our go to Panda but the last few times we've been in the store has been incredibly hot. The poor kids working the line look miserable. One of the cashiers told me a few weeks ago the air was out. I went in yesterday and it was still out. Shame on the owners for making their employees work in miserable conditions like that. This has always been our FAVORITE Panda Express restaurant but yesterday, our opinion and preference changed. I purchased the Family Pack online where I ordered Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, Orange Chicken and Broccoli beef. I alao uncluded a Medium white steamed rice side. When my husband got home with the food, our orange chicken box was NOT even filled all the way (like it usually is), and the broccoli beef barely had a couple tiny pieces of beef. I had a long and hard day and I honestly didn't feel like driving 15mins back to the reataurant to argue about my order. Shame on you Panda Express!!! read more

I wish I could give less than a 1 star rating. This place truly needs a visit from the Health Department. My daughter and I went in to get diner the other night. Long story short, a manager went into the restroom to grab an employee to come help. The employee was cleaning the restroom. I watched him the entire time in hopes I wasnt about to witness what I saw coming. He went straight to the food counter, put on rubber gloves, and began serving food without ever washing his hands! I was blown away!!!!! My daughter and I left and I called to speak with the manager. She stated that she was going to give the employee a write up because this was a health violation. Damn right it is! What the manager is failing to realize is that she should give herself a write up as well. It is her responsibility to "manage" the employees. She went and got him from the restroom and walked him out. The fact that it was not the employees first instinct to wash his hands and it was not abnormal enough for the manager to notice, makes me feel this is a normal occurrence around there. Pretty funny that this is the same place that has their dining room shut down for COVID and for a while didn't even allow people inside to order. I really like Pandas but lately when I have gone in there they are too busy doing online orders to help the customers actually standing in the restaurant. Today there was no one in front of me but I had to wait for a long list of online orders that were filled while no one helped me. They even used all the orange chicken and expected me to now wait for a new batch. I understand increase of online orders but they need to also give good to service to those still coming inside to the restaurant. Maybe they need someone to focus on online orders and someone else to help the customers who are present in the restaurant. read more

I was very disappointed with the server, Mary. They seemed busy, but she was just rude and cold. And I ordered beef and broccoli and got very little beef. I left paying over $7 for a bowl of broccoli. I didn't get noodles or rice i chose broccoli as my base but more than anything she was just rude and walked away saying i wasn't ready because I was deciding which entree to choose. 3/5/22 @9:15pm I walk in 15min before closing time and unfortunately they were only serving what foods were left. However, they were still able and willing to cook fresh greens per my request. I apologized as I didn't want to be "that person" when there was only 15min til closing, but I was told it was no problem and my food will be out shortly. The manager and her staff were so kind, polite and displayed an excellent level of customer service. Unfortunately I have no names but it was a young Asian woman as the manager, two young women and a young gentleman. I am impressed because most times you walk into a fast food place 15min before closing time, you usually get employees giving you dirty looks with a demeanor not wanting to serve you. I placed an online order of a combo plate with walnut shrimp and fried rice that was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm. I showed up at exactly 5:31 and my order was not on the pickup table. I brought it up to a worker and she said shed be with me shortly. It wasnt until every single customer in line to order was helped first, that my order was then prepared. I just ordered grilled teriyaki chicken with super greens and chowmein, through DoorDash, it's very upsetting as what was delivered was greens and a tiny portion of chowmein. No teriyaki chicken!!! I sent the dasher a message and she said that she would drive over back to Panda Express to let them know . She texted me her personal CP to text her in 15 min and I did but it's been more than 30 min with no reply. I was charged for $21.40 but the teriyaki chicken is missing. Everytime I've mobile ordered here it's not done until 20 minutes past the pick up time. Today I get home and my order is wrong so I call the store to ask if they want me to bring the food back or not and of course they don't answer. Drive all the way back with the food and open the container to show them it's the wrong food. Instead of tossing it they pour it back into the bowl from the box I JUST OPENED. Others in the restaurant saw too and told the staff that's unsanitary and not to do that. Thankfully I know I didn't do anything to that food but what if someone else had? Disgusting. Rowena the current manager wouldn't honor a coupon I received in the mail from her corporate office. I wanted to use the coupon for my whole order. She insisted on using for only one person. There were no restrictions printed on the coupon otherwise. She was uncaring, inflexible, condescending, argumentative, and cavalier. She couldn't care less if I ever came back to restaurant and I won't. They lost a long time customer over a $1.50 entree she refused to honor. I was polite but insistent I get what was promised in the coupon. She said some rude things with a co-worker as I stepped out the door. Food is just OK. Service is horrible! A better location when wanting to eat a Panda Express. I have found many recent visits it various locations across the State of California to not be up to the normal quality standards that Panda expects its locations to achieve. Therefore I went with what I was able to go with and wasn't as satisfied as normally when I get my usual order at panda. The staff here are fantastic. Very helpful and polite, friendly and professional. I'd love to give more stars for them alone, but my visit yesterday (07/17/2019) necessitates less. I ordered my staple of Kung Pao chicken and black pepper chicken to go, and as soon as I got home and began to eat, I could tell something was wrong - it had an unpleasant consistency, very squishy, and the taste was oddly sweet. I ate a little more than I should (I wasn't keen to throw out $12 of food!) but ultimately ate little more than a quarter of what was there and, disliking the way the chicken looked and smelled under closer inspection, threw the rest out. Thank goodness, because I'd get the enjoyment of suffering mild food poisoning in the wee hours of the morning. Maybe it's the heat of the day and transport (even being less than 5 minutes away), maybe I just drew the short stick, maybe it was the dregs - but still being sick, it's worth a mention. The point is I'm a consumer and I didn't get what I paid for nor did we enjoy our meals. Who would with dried up crusty orange chicken that was left at the bottom and the other being all pineapple and vegetables left at the bottom not to mention barely any noodles..so yeah..I was looking forward to basically getting my money back in credit form. It's principal! And the fact that I have messaged Robert and Ruby because they only sent ONE meal card and never got a response shows why this company is going downhill. I always do review on back on receipt and write code for free entree when purchasing next 2 plate & file it w/other PE receipts for next time. We've all been here. We know how the food is. I'm writing this review strictly on the customer service we received today. A young man named Isaiah helped us. He greeted us loudly with a smile and offered us samples, addressed us as sir and mam, came out to check on us while we were eating and was polite and friendly to everyone.
