First couple of times I went in at lunch, between 11-1130-or 1130-12 NOTHING is ready, what is out looks old, like yesterday's stuff, so I have to stand around and wait for stuff to be made. I thought I went on bad days, but turns out every day is a bad day for them. Today, the Chow Mein was almost empty, what was left was old and dry, almost no side orders were ready so I had to pick from what was left of what was already made, so it barely fit into the tiny compartments the take out container has.Toddler sized portions!! This place used to rock with service, quantity and quality...I was famished, hungover, home alone and wanted food NOW...so I came here...food was old and they showed no interest in making more, I asked...she just gave me what was left in the nasty warm tray which wasn't even a full portion. The noodles and rice sucked and the orange chicken and firecracker chicken were hard, stale and dry...thank goodness when I got home I found a bottle of Hoisin sauce in fridge and doused it all in it to drown out the flavor and dryness.... but my fortune cookie was excellent (hence the two stars, lol) read more

Worst costumer service. I went January 2020 after work. Bringing home dinner for the family I purchasEd 2bowls, 1 of the big plates , 3kids meals. They wrote what each meal had on top of the boxes. I'm on my phone while waiting for my order. As I get home turns out one of the kids meal and the large plate did not have the entrees . I called and also told the lady I i hardly ever stop at her location. She said she will replace both and wrote my naMe down of course I took a picture of both my empty plate and the kids meal as well as the receipt. I go today for other meals and for the 2 replacement now one girl tells me shE will look for my name I showed her the picture of the receipt and the pictures of the empty plate and kids meal. Turns out my name is not there. She calls her manager and he said to wait he will be here shortly here I am waiting for him to arrive and I'm with my kids and family. I show him now everything and he makes me wait, again I've been waiting. He comes back now checks the receipt date and time to verify his camaras. Goes back again at this point I'm just annoyed my kids are hungry and here I have them waiting. He now comes back again and what does he do, he has the nerve to tell me he checked aNd it shows my plate did have the entree and so does the kids meal My husband now tells him I want to see the video. This is ridiculous at this point. After that he says I just dont have any explanation and he keeps asking who helped yoU .Am I suppose to know his employees by name or what!! He also mentions I did see you were on your phone. Am I not allowed? He sees the pictures again and say I will replace your plate only. Worse costumerr service ever!!! And turns out the girl that charged me January did it completely wrong. She rung me up for 3 bowls 3 kids meals. The way it should of been should be 1 plate 2 bowls, 3 kids meals! I come here sometimes for lunch with my friend. I wasn't ever appealed to Panda Express until I came to this location. My dumb ass left my purse here and thought I wouldn't find it when I came back to get it. I almost cried when the sweet cashier handed it to me with a big smile. I wanted to pay her for finding it and keeping it safe for me but didn't have the amount of money she deserved to compensate her for her kindness. Everytime I come here I never see her hopefully I see her so I can thank her again. Anyway, they're always so friendly here, greet you with a smile. I always get the chow-mein with either fried or steamed rice, orange chicken and kung-pao chicken. Always fresh and super good food. I love it. Only costs about $7 with a med. drink. read more

We've gotten take out here dozens of times and its always just ok nothing special. Its nice that they will make more of an item if its out, even when its late night. Panda express is a little more pricey than other fast food chinese places and this one always skimps you on everything even though you end up paying like $25 for 3 different combo entrees. I hate opening up my take out box and being able to see the foam box compartments, sorry I am a fatass and I love to eat! I just wish they'd fill it up enough to be a full container. Went to panda last night to pick up some fast Chinese food as we had no time to prepare dinner at home . What a disappointment it was from beginning to end . First there was no green bean chicken and most of everything else did not look so good. I asked if there was green bean chicken being cooked and was told they had none today. They slipped my choices of orange chicken Kung pao in the container. When I got it home it was mostly noodles. Very little Kung pao chicken and overloaded with watery sauce. This Panda Express was already our favorite, but tonight they exceeded our expectations. Jake greeted and attended to us right away asking if we would like to sample their new shrimp dish, which was amazing by the way! Then gave us very generous portions which is always nice! He was super nice and made our experience that much better. Then this really sweet girl helped ring us up and check us out, I wish I read her name tag, but she was super polite as well. Well where to begin, They made me wait just about 25 minutes to make the food...no chow mein, no chicken, no orange chicken and its the middle of the day....really... It was not just me sitting there for food, there was 3 plus myself. To top it off after waiting for the food to cook, they gave me some tiny portions. They only had 2 people working here. I love food and I am not a picky eater. I have to give this Panda Express on Canyon Hills a fail. I came in for lunch a few minutes before noon. I was the only customer in the restaurant. They were out of some items and they were slow. It took about 3 minutes to be seen. The food was cold and the service was indifferent. For $12.47 I felt as if I were eating leftovers. I stopped here before going home from working out of town, there was a line a mile long when I went inside. But the ladies working the counter and the hard working cooks were on top of everything. Of course there were some customers waiting with pretty nasty attitudes towards them because God forbid you have to wait 5 minutes for food, however the staff stayed polite, helpful, and professional. This location should have a five star, not 2 1/2. I have never been dissatisfied at this location. I went to a panda elsewhere a few days ago and it was the most horrible panda ever! But this panda has the best customer service, and the best quality food compared to other locations. Today my husband and I went in for a late dinner and we were greeted by theresa, Abby, piero, and Anna, they worked amazing together! Making each customer feel welcomed and they are extremely helpful. This location was very clean, and I can safely say this is our go to location when we crave some delicious Chinese food. They're hiring people who can't cook - it's so gross - sadly management I don't think has a clue or really cares - especially the night crews ... they clearly don't get it - Panda Express has and is a fast food chain that has completely lost sight in the value of hiring people that actually care about their job and want to deliver a good product - gotta raise the standard and do a much better job at training front line workers in the importance of recognizing that what they do on the job , and delivering a good product matters. This Panda Express is BULL$%#! I just left (it was my first and last time here). They need to close and reopen, and if it wasn't quite a drive for me, I would take this crap back. The food was cold and portions small. When I just opened this plate, I thought I was on punk'd. I never should of turned my head when I was standing in that line.
