Ive been going to this Panda for months and a couple nights ago is what finally drove me to write a review. The manager here, i believe her name is jasmine, is extremely rude to customers and HER EMPLOYEES! She is always on her phone, and refuses to help out customers even when its obvious her employees need help. Ive witnessed this on more that one occasion. The other night i was in line to order food and she kept yelling at her employees to cook chicken that was already cooking. And then continued to rudely take peoples order. Then she kept sliding over the food agressively to one girl at the checkout as if she was angry. I usually understand if people at work are having rough days but ive seen this woman act out far too many times. The food is great, the people are nice but the manager is despicable. read more

I am so disgusted right now. As my kids and I were all eating our orange chicken for dinner, I came across this hairy piece that actually went into my mouth. The hair was wrapped around the chicken, I was able to dangle it. Easily double the length of my own hair. When I went back to the location to speak to the manager, I was told she had an accident and would be out for two weeks. I was directed to an employee, Araceli, who said, "So what, do you want a refund?" As someone that works with food for a living, I take this very seriously. Considering Panda Express has always been one of my favorite places for takeout, this is beyond disappointing. Came in on a Friday and was impressed. Super friendly service despite the rush and the food was hot and fresh. Had to wait a bit for my teriyaki chicken so they gave my very hungry two year old and I sodas and egg rolls on the house while we waited. After a long drive from PHX we were very hungry and it was getting late. We arrived at Panda Express at 9:45 pm only to find the doors were locked. Plenty of employees working but obviously frantically cleaning to get out the door by 10:00. I looked at the hours of operation posted on the door and it showed 10:00-10:00. The employees were more than happy to yell to me through the glass that they had already cleaned the floor. I pointed to the hours of operation posted on the door and to my watch and the employees continued to tell me they were closed. Guess 10:00 - 10:00 only applies when there is a manager or owner working or the posted time represents what time the employees come and go. It's obvious it has nothing to do with the times customers are served. Of course I can relate to the inconvenience or serving a customer close to closing time. With that said, I'm not the one who decides when they open or close. If your open until 10:00 pm then freaking stay open. If the open/close hours are arbitrarily decided by the employees on shift then at least be courteous enough to post that information or your door. It would certainly be less confusing and help with customer goodwill. The good news for Panda Express is they no longer have to concern themselves with this customer. read more

Super upset about my food. As soon as I got home less then 10 minutes from leaving the store I opened up my order and could tell the rice should of been tossed along time ago. I wanted chow mein however they said they would have to cook it and I didn't want to wait. Wish I would of. I thought I'd try it here again. Wrong. Came here once with a friend at 830 and they already closed the kitchen and only had 3 items left with Barely any meat options. Have no idea why the person working looked amazed at all of us leaving bc we weren't gonna eat scraps. Came another time they barely had any portions out at peak hours and a couple left due to limited choices and then to make anything new was gonna take 15 minutes. I swear this is the worst panda. Wow. Every time I order food from this place it gets canceled. If I happen to do get my food it's super cold and hard. Drivers always tell me that the food is never ready when they get there. Very tasteless food. Almost like the cooks take home some of the seasonings. read more

If I could give them nothing I would, I've been there a few times and will never go back. Each time I've ordered egg rolls I've not only requested sweet and sour sauce but an extra side and every time we've ended up with overcooked rolls and never any sauce. Also majority of food is over cooked cause it's sat under heating light and tastes a day or two old. If this was the staple Panda Express there would have never been a second. Super disappointed in this panda express. I'll admit, panda is one of my favorite places but this location changes my mind about going in for food. It was only me and 1 guy standing in line. They only had 1 person working the register and 1 getting the meals together. They were so focused on getting online orders that they weren't paying any attention to the customers standing there. I got their attention and they said they'll be with me in a minute. 30 MINUTES LATER, they are still only doing online orders. At this point, there are now 7 or 8 people waiting behind me. I was done waiting, so I left and went to go find somewhere else to get dinner. They should really hire a 3rd person to focus on online orders so people aren't waiting so long. read more

My neighborhood Panda Express and compared to others in the area - this one really sucks!!! Had an event take place a few night ago that has caused me to write to the corporate office. My 2-3 visits per week are not going to happen anymore and a free two-item entree I have at this store can go unclaimed for all I care. I'm always disappointed at this location. They never have enough food ready. It's 6:40--- prime dinner time and there are 5 people waiting for their orders. This time I had the double pleasure of cold food and a cashier who was not very customer service oriented. When I explained to the cashier that I felt the kid who took my order should have sold me two sides instead of a bowl, as I would have had more food for less money, she replied, "Well since they put it in a bowl I have to charge you that." I patiently explained the way this store is designed you order before you even get to the menu and how I didn't see how to order no entree and had first asked him the best way to order just veggies and rice. She asked "What?" three times until I gave up. She explained she can't ever hear the customers because of the fans. We sat down to eat and the vegetables and the broccoli beef were cold. Negative one star. I want to take back the part of my life when I was eating the food at this location. The staff, DYLAN the manager or shift lead worst of them all, seemed lik they were being tortured to serve my sexy girl friend and I. The portions were below par, and I had to use the restroom as soon as I finished my several pieces of black pepper chicken. My beautiful woman was calling me because it took me so long to empty the garbage I was served. My girlfriend is now sick from what ever vile thing was served to her. I'm not ok with this. They never get my order right they don't listen when you try to correct them and when you try to call in an order they mess up from talking and laughing with co-workers the food doesn't taste fresh I don't think they trade out their older food through out the day many people I know have stated the same experience. Haven't been here in years even though I live a few blocks away. The reason why is everytime I went there they are always out of atleat half the items they offer. And then then when you ask they want you to wait while it's being cooked. Well, we thought we would give it a try yesterday, and not to my suprise, it was exactly the same. They were out of just as many items as there were to choose from. Why is it so hard to see your running low on an item, and need to make more, instead of waiting until completely out. And the kids they have working there are as competent as my 12 yr old. And the funny thing, there were 2 other patrons complaining about waiting for items to be prepared, while the rest of their food sat on counter getting cold.This place is a joke and always has been. Panda Express always smells amazing, the aroma of sweet and sour and teriyaki luring you in. The sight of all that yumminess glistening under the heat lamps as you begin to order the items you want like a fat kid in a candy store. You begin to eat the "food". The chow mein is slightly more dense than rubber, the teriyaki chicken always kind of tastes like 409 cleaning spray smells, the orange chicken tastes like it has a little lemon fresh pine-sol in the glaze and the honey walnut shrimp have the consistency of that white paste you used to eat in 2nd grade. A few hours later, your window for enjoyment has closed. You are now running to the bathroom, desperately attempting to avoid shitting yourself. Once you get in, sit down, and commence with the spray and pray, your stomach will knot up and suddenly the near lethal gas fueled hot air balloon begins to rise from the pit of your stomach. You can taste it long before it ever it ever reaches your mouth. Your stomach twisting tighter and tighter every step of the way. And by the time the balloon reaches your mouth, it is now being propelled by a busted fire hydrant of vomit. Long story short, I get food poisoning every time I eat Panda Express. read more

I have to say, the employees did a great job dealing with a royal pain in the butt customer tonight. This guy was talking on his cell phone while being asked about his food. He didn't respond as he was on the phone. When the employee finished boxing his food he yelled at her about her lack of good customer service. Are you kidding me?? He was a jerk!! He told her he wasn't like the rest of her customers. He expected a smile and more food. Really?? I don't think I would feel like smiling while being yelled at and being cussed at. Coming from Los Angeles passing through lake Elsinore, stopped at a shopping mall at 9:33 saw panda still had a few people inside. Decided I really wanted panda. Saw the time they close which was 9:30. Went for it anyways. Who doesn't hate those last minute customers but I was hungry. Walked in and was greeted by Jake who politely said they were closed and I was able to get anything that was still out. Glad I had him to serve me I know anyone else would have said "we are closed" and be done with me! Thanks Jake you deserve a raise! read more

Terrible service, took them over 10 minutes for them to package premade food. I was the only person in the restaurant. I had to ask them three times for chopsticks while I was asking one of the lady's interrupted me so she didn't hear what I asked for, and again I had to ask for chopsticks. Instead of getting them, she started making somebody else's food that had just walked in. So I sat there and waited another 2 to 3 minutes for her to bring the chopsticks. Convenient if you want the runs. Food is hardly ever fresh here. They always close early and stop making food 30-60min before closing. You're always left with basically everything people didn't order. I like their tea though. I wish they at least brought the soup back. Thumbs down for me.
