I had visited this site when it had first opened some time ago and was pleased to have a fast food option for Chinese food. Today, however, I was so disappointed in the food that I won't be returning. I ordered three plate meals, and for all three the rice was so severely undercooked it was still crunchy--it was also nearly flavorless besides tasting faintly like something was burnt despite the fact that it did not appear burnt. It was so bad no one finished the rice and it unfortunately ended up in the trash. The chow mein was also quite flavorless and I'm not a fan of the ramen noodles used, they're just not reminiscent of actual chow mein. There wasn't much of the two entrees I ordered that was provided, either. Service is always immensely speedy here. But that doesn't make up for the overwhelmingly disappointing meal that was provided. read more

She told us what they "did have", we chose something just for her to say "oh nevermind we don't have it. I used to hate panda, food was always stale and tasted like it was just sitting all day but every time I come to this location they have fresh food being cooked every minute, their customer service is superb, all associates are really friendly and welcoming, the overall ambience of the place feels like home outside of home with it being so clean, not one crumb on the tables. Not to mention their portions are the perfect size, I love to eat and always have to order extra wherever I go but I leave this place full and with leftovers. This was how my order came . One piece of meat in my king pao and light on everything else! All the the Kung pao was was barely cooked zucchini! What a waste of $9 bucks!! Four out of the last four times I e gone through the drive thru, I've had a problem. Each time I was asked to park in front because whatever item was going to be a 5-7 minute wait. Last time was more than 30 minutes. The time before that was 15 and they didn't give me my full order. As I type, I've been waiting more than 15 minutes. At 10 minutes they brought me the wrong order. At 15 minutes they came out and said they lost my receipt and needed to know what I ordered so they could make it. I hope management reviews these. I was greeted by the friendliest staff! It was refreshing. Teens and 20 somethings who had eye contact and customer service (you know how rare that can be). I got the two item combo and they allowed me to have vegetables instead of rice or chow mien (I'm trying to lose weight). I ordered the pepper chicken and the green been chicken. They were both soooooo flavorful and low calorie. My son got the orange chicken, fried rice, and broccoli beef. The food was fresh and high quality! You could see them making it! I am not a huge fan of Panda Express to begin with after working for more than 30 years in San Francisco. This one should be called Panda Express Light. They don't have soup. Claimed it isn't appropriate for this area. The food was not very tasty. Broccoli for the broccoli beef was very crunchy. Beef was bland. Fried rice was nothing to write home about. Reminded me of microwaved prepackaged fried rice from the big box warehouse. If broccoli isn't the vegetable you want then too bad. That is all they had available on their limited menu. This Panda location sucks! They are never stocked in foods during lunch or dinner, which always causes you to wait at least 10 minutes for even the basic, common items. They don't tell the cooks they need more until the dish is out which is lack of communication. They are always out of entrees. I waited over 20 mins for my food , they should know when it's there busy dinner time that they should have entrees and sides ready. This is always the case at this location. I waited for the chow mein and orange chicken that they were out of and when I came home and tried to eat it , they were super dry and hard. They only had one cook and were out of a majority of their dishes and the small amount of dishes that they did have looked cold and old. This was at 7 pm. Also they always give such small portions. For spending close to $13 this is not what I expect. So many customers just standing around waiting for their food to be cooked. Something definitely needs to change here. read more
