My review is solely based on customer service!!! Wow what a change in attitudes in comparison to the Allen Park location!! I spoke with Peter and he was attentive and extremely helpful. Thank you so much. I'll be sure to spend my money at this location. Hopefully the food KS just as excellent as the customer service. I just spoke to another manager at this location Camilla who also provided me with impeccable customer service and even offered to replace one of the meals the other location messed up. Wow!!! Talk about going above and beyond. I am so pleased with this store. This Panda location should be the role model for all panda locations in the area. Especially the Allen Park location. The first time at this location and it had my usual favorite Kung pow chicken and it was fresh and the prefect spice not too hot but enough to taste. The attendant was very polite and offered samples and warnings of heat and the over all experience was pretty good, probably the best I've had at any Panda Express ever. Thank you. read more

From beginning to end this is a great dining experience! The staff is friendly and really takes time to make sure you'll be pleased with your selection. The food is good, portion size is good and the prices are great! The restaurant is super clean and neat. This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat (out of the many choices in the area) when I want something quick! Skip It. I really enjoyed them when they first opened - went there probably once a week. The quality went downhill slowly and now I won't go back. On the last trip, I was the first car in drive thru line and placed my order. After a long time they asked if I wanted a drink. I said just water. When I got up to the window I waited a longer time than usual. Finally I paid and they handed me my food. I looked in the bag and had to flag the person down as they had walked away. They had given me the wrong entree. I told the person this and she got a HUGE attitude with me and said that's why I asked you! I said "Asked me what?" She said I ASKED you if you wanted shrimp. I said - all you asked me was if I wanted a drink - that was all. She took the bag and flung it across the counter so hard it looked like it was going to slide off onto the floor. She came back with the correct food and I asked her calmly if she was angry with me. She said no but again said she ASKED me already about what I WANTED. I said I think maybe you have your wires crossed and you were maybe speaking to the car behind me, because nobody asked me about shrimp, and I don't eat shrimp. I told her there was no point getting angry like that with someone...she just said again - well I ASKED YOU!!!!!!! Sheesh! Quality has not been great either, Kung Pao sometimes has no nuts, or the chicken is gross and large pieces, or the Orange Chicken has some burned pieces that ruin the flavor. UGH. read more

Yelp, its times like this where there should be a 0 star option!!!! The service I received tonight at this Panda Express is beyond unacceptable. I waited a good 30 minutes and never received my order. This isnt including the time i had to wait in line just to order my food. But lets get to the real issue here, there is no type of organization in this store. Everyone is doing their own thing and no one seems to understand whats going on. Where is the owner?!?! Where is the regional manager?!? Where is a manager?!??? Where is any type of leadership in this store !!!!!!!!??? I will admit that one employee tried to step up as a leader and bring a small bit of order to this train wreck but no one listened to her. Back to my experience. After placing my order i was informed that there was a wait for orange chicken. This was okay with me because for one i like fresh chicken and two waiting for food is never an issue for me. So after about 6 mins chicken is ready. One of the young lady's behind the counter started finishing the orders who had been waiting for chicken . 3 people behind received their orders but me . So i waited a good 5 minutes as the cashier rung up other customers to enquire about my food. This caused more chaos to the already hot mess that is the kitchen area. The employee who placed my order didnt know where she placed my box; so she started my order over. This time they ran out of chow mein noodles, so i had to wait another 7 mins for that to be cooked. I understand mistakes happen so i just patiently waited. Finally once the noodles are ready they start preparing other customers meals who were waiting for noodles. Still my meal was never prepared. I asked once again where is my order and the one of the girls asked what did you have again. I give my order and half of the staff is looking at me like deer caught in head lights. At this moment I'm so angry i just leave the store. This whole experience just really agitated me more than any other bad experience I have had with a fast food chain. I expect this level of disappointed at McDonalds but this was a real curve ball from Panda Express. No matter how much im craving Chinese take out im never coming back to this location. read more

In my experience here, I am sorry that my daughter (4.5yr) loves this place because she doesn't know better. I absolutely hate that this store has ZERO consistency. My daughter and I had the mushroom chicken tonight and neither of us had any chicken and the zucchini were raw. I am angry because my daughter doesn't like mushrooms but loves this chicken, she just picks out the mushrooms. So all she had was raw zucchini and lo mein. Our portions were not even half of what they normally are. I don't need huge giant portions but a whole spoonful would be nice and I would like my orders to be close to the same every time. I'm just so disappointed with my dinner. This was a reward for my daughter, she chose this meal and I feel like it just wasn't worth a reward for her. I'm giving two stars because she told me too. I was actually surprised that I liked it as much as I did. I normally go to a mom and pop Chinese restaurant because....well you just can't beat homemade. But I was in a rush so I decided to go through the drive thru here. I ordered a bowl of orange chicken and the noodles and enjoyed it quite a bit. The chicken was sour but still tasted great and the noodles complimented it well. It doesn't beat the mom and pop that I go to of course but for a fast food Chinese place it exceeded my expectations. Never consistent. Portions are all over the place. Drive through is slow as slow can be. Most people are friendly which is why 2 stars. Food is up and down. Sometimes good, sometimes horrible. Pop machine area is always disgusting. I don't see how 5 people can be working and its like this. People deal with mediocre though so I'm sure it will do just fine. Jan 2017 Grand opening. Long line and three workers. Many food ran out and had to wait. One out of three workers is quick and knows his job well (the one with white earrings). Need more people to work at the grand opening week! The prices are cheap but the food is what you paid for. The fire chicken has no "fire" - not even a hint of spicy fire, just plain sauce. The honey walnut shrimp was okay - bready. The chow mein wasn't too bad. Again, you can't have stop notch good-tasting good for $7-8. Don't buy the egg roll. Gross! I would not go again. But if a group majority voted to go there, I would go. Other than that, I wouldn't go. :( read more

I use the drive thru and I also go inside (depending on how much time I have) and everyone there is always super nice, friendly and helpful. The food was displayed well (the surrounding area was clean, well marked and enough for a few orders).All of it looked appetizing and saw more choices that we may try in a future visit. We were greeted professionally and were given a big portion for what we paid. I was hosting my daughters 18th birthday party and decided to try their catering service. I called a few days before hand to see when I would need to place the order. I was told by the manager, to place the order the day before the party. Ok, so the day before, I place the order with the manager and scheduled a pick up time. So, the day of the party, I called them to see if I could move my pickup time back a half hour. I was told that it would be no problem. Ok, I show up to pick up my order, and was told that they did not have enough of the beef I had ordered. On top of that, nothing else was prepared for me. So with 30+ people waiting to eat at my house, I have no food ready for them. Totally disappointed. Why was I not notified? Why would they take the order knowing that they would not be able to fulfill it? I can see this happening if any other worker took my order, but the MANAGER??? Needless to say, they lost my business. Ended up going across the street and getting a few pizzas from Costco. I guess they don't mind losing out on a $200+ order. Contacted corporate and they didn't seem to mind either. Send them feedback requesting a response and never got one. As I was there waiting for the manager to explain, I witnessed a cook in the back measuring raw chicken on the scale, touching with bare hands then proceed to handle the broccoli without washing hands. When I called, the manager who was very nice stated it's 80% Broccoli and 20% Beef. I was at about 95/5. It was a 10.00 meal and broccoli is not that expensive. I've enjoyed panda Express on a few occasions and I've never had any complaints until this last visit 8/26/2019. I usually order orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken as my entrees and usually noodles although I have gotten the fried rice before which I find to be bland so I prefer the noodles. I work at metro pcs right behind Costco so I decided to stop for food before my night shift. I decided to change it up a little and try something new my usual orange chicken with the Kung Pao chicken and noodles. First off the portion was definitely smaller than usual. Second the Kung Pao was LITERALLY NOTHING BUT VEGETABLES and peanuts!! This is not an over exaggeration!! There was not one single piece of chicken!! Third the noodles contained so much celery and onions that they were inedible there were so few noodles it wasn't worth the hassle of picking the few of them out! It was also the first time I've seen celery in the noodles and boy do I HATE celery!! Lastly why when you order a egg roll or a spring roll do you not get any kind of sauce plum sauce/duck sauce either or?? Who wants a plain egg/spring roll?? It's a shame I work right there and I don't know if I'll return not with so many other options in the area. read more

I've already left this during the survey. I want to make sure it's seen. the wait time was ridiculous. I was advised when I placed my order, that the wait time would be 5-7 minutes. I waited for nearly 15 minutes. The person working the window made no contact with me until I grabbed her attention by blowing my horn and waving her down to ask if my food was ready yet. Me blowing my horn and waving wasn't enough, I had to make it clear that I wanted her to come to the window. I guess she thought I was saying hi??? For all of the waiting, I would've thought that my order would've at least been correct. My drive from this location to my home is about 30 minutes. It wasn't until I made it home that I saw that instead of the rice I ordered I had an half order of rice and half of lo mien. I hate lo mien. So now money the spent towards having the correct order it being wasted on something I cant and wont eat. Icing on the cake of this entire experience is that the shanghai steak that I waited 15 minutes to get tasted burnt. Not just one bit, multiple. charred. inedible. Now I've wasted my money, my food and my time. This is the third time I've come to this location and have received lackluster, lazy service with the same quality food being produced. The third time I've come to this location and have had to wait longer than the anticipated time when placing my order. With no apology, no sympathy and terrible food. I'm genuinely tired disappointed and exhausted of going through it and it'd probably be to the benefit of the community to close the location. You're doing a disservice to the people you serve when there is no passion, no care, no urgency or no need of accuracy to what is being produced. The people there don't care. And if this is something this company approves of, is ok with or feels like it's another comment in the bucket, shame on you. Do better. read more

This was my first try at this location. I'm was not given a good 1st impression. I ordered plate w/ entrees (orange chicken & beef brocolli), order of crab ragoon and large Barq's. The order process was very pleasant. When arriving at window I was greeted with prompt and courteous service. Entree and payment was exchanged. I was given debit card and receipt back with "have a good day." As I sit at the drive thru window waiting to receive beverage I'm greeted with window attendee attempting to hand me what looks like a kids beverage. When she realizes it's not for me she closes window not letting me get a word in. Once she finishes taking another drive thru order adding a 5th car behind me she comes back to window to hand me another order that is not mine. I finally get a chance to explain to her that I did not get my large beverage. She then says, "but you get your entree?" She then hands me my beverage and I'm on my way. This is not the end of bad experience. I arrive back at work and take food out of bag and notice crab ragoon is missing, open take out box and see I have received a chicken, mushroom and zucchini entree instead of beef broccoli!! The fried rice and orange chicken was the only correct part of this rather unpleasant experience. read more

There was nothing worth even the one star rating on the day that I went. Attempted to surprise the kids with dinner from here and was the worst mistake I could have made. Once in the drive thru lane you are stuck no matter what you try to do it is so narrow you cannot get out. Waited 20 minutes to get our order then when we arrived home the food, especially the vegetarian spring rolls were horrid! Customer service was poor, not even an offer of apology for the wait time.
