Spotlessly clean place with a very nice dining area and a surprise to me was that they also have a drive-through at this location. And they open at 9:30 am! I ordered from the app and it was ready when I arrived. I recommend using the app or at least having an account and scanning your receipt for credit because the rewards are quite decent. Unintentionally ended up here for my meal (local fave Chinese food restaurant closed on Tuesdays), but definitely not regretful, as the food is awesome... & no MSG! The plate (2 entrees & side) is plenty enough for me. I had my fave of entrees King Pao & Orange chicken along with half chow mein & half power greens. The server gave me some chunks of cabbage in the power greens as I requested & made me a happy diner. But my happiness didn't end there, as I scored a free small entree of Firecracker Shrimp as rewards in the app. What was in the large warmer wok on the line at the time didn't look to be very fresh, so they immediately started some fresh: OMG, it was soooo good! They gave me 5 LARGE shrimp cooked just right- soft, not chewy & very flavorful. The bell peppers (red &: yellow) were cooked properly as well - still crunchy! Also, the other serving woks on the line had fresh food in them to choose from: my Orange chicken was tangy, slightly spicy & the meat tender, not overcooked. The Kung Pao equally delicious! The workers on 3/8/2025 had no emotions and made our visit into a miserable atmosphere. Not friendly at all and were shrugging their shoulders and acted annoyed when I asked to get a water and bag. I wouldn't recommend eating inside the building because the employees do not want you there. Also if you're trying to get the restroom code after finishing your meal they will act busy and ignore you. So don't expect to be able to wash your hands or use restroom after your meal. read more

Very appetizing to order from what amounts to a bathroom floor. Food was Luke warm, having just come out of the steamer that was half empty of entree options. Glad I was charged the surprise extra fee for the cold sought shrimp covered in syrup. Delightful. It's been a while since we've been to a Panda Express. It's not that we haven't liked them in the past but you know how it goes. Once you've been burned by one, you're hesitant and then by two, you figure it's the end. Well, we had been to two Panda Express locations elsewhere and the food tasted like it had sat out for a while and not fresh. Needless to say, I was a tad hesitant to stop here but did. This place was busy! The food was definitely fresh and the server, excellent. To begin with, I had the noodles, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The orange chicken was pretty spicy for orange chicken. I would have like it better if it weren't so spicy. The other two dishes were great. placed an online order with an estimated 30 minute wait for my order to be ready. Stood in line with 10 other customers who had ordered and paid online waiting for our orders. we waiting 45 minutes while they continued to help walk in and drive up customers without making one single online order. They CHOSE to help customers who had not paid for anything and made their already paid customers wait over an hour plus for their PAID for food, Offering a side while they wait as an apology for the terr customer service. They also were only taking exact cash or card but failed to tell walk in customers until they had ordered and were at the register to pay. if the customer was paying cash and failed to have exact cash they would round up the total for a donation to whatever would have been the customers change. WITHOUT asking the customer if they wanted to donate or that they would be donating their change. Pretty sure this is illlegal. Just avoid this place. The management is trash. read more

We were traveling through on our way back to Vancouver and stopped for a quick dinner for our toddler. I accidentally dropped a single blue-tooth earbud in the restroom, but didn't realize it until I got home. I called the store, the gentleman said that he had it, and would put it aside. When we went up to get it the next day, it was magically gone. The staff was unsure what happened and said it must of just fallen and gotten swept up, oops. No one, including the manager, was sure what had happened to it. My point in writing this review is if they are unsure or what happens to something that they have found or are supposed to keep safe, what are they doing with the food and money they collect? I pulled into the drive thru at 8:55pm totally thinking they closed at 10:00 pm... the drive thru worker took my order no problem, was so SO nice, told me there would be a wait, and me spacing the fact that DUH they close in 5 mins, i told him it was fine... he continued to be so so nice and had me pull around in front. I am actually surprised by some of the reviews on here, because my experience was very pleasant. They had a couple people on lunch/break when we showed up, so the person running the drive thru also had to help the dine in line. However, she acknowledged us and told us she would be with us in just a moment. Which I appreciated. It was just after 2pm on a Sunday and they surprisingly had a good amount of dishes still available after the lunch rush. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and they all seemed fresh. Seating was easy and I saw employees social distance while on lunch/break. While eating, I saw them periodically wipe down the line area in between customers. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I am a fan of Panda Express but this location is very badly managed and unsafe!! My daughter got sick for days after eating raw chicken. The staff simply threw out a few filets of chicken teriyaki after I pointed out very pink meat, and did not seem to care, including management when I called them over to inspect the meat. They used the same knife to chop another piece in the same batch. Also they had no napkins, had a dirty store and were very rude when I raised these issues. Please do not eat here until things change, they need to fire their management!! They did not respond to any complaints. I do gotta say Panda Express is usually always really good but they do make big felonies and take terrible care of the restaurant they. They put plated food such as there noodles back in the Tre for serving which is a huge felony if you where to get caught very immature there basically putting old noodles with all the fresh ones and they really need to be more on top of the environment and cleanness very poor and very irresponsible. read more

I went inside once in 2015, and once in 2018 (aka, just a few weeks ago!) I may have had some food from here other times, but I can only for sure remember eating here those two times. Both of those two times were great! Not very busy, fast service, good food, and it's not exactly "cheap" food, but it is really very good food! They're also Pepsi, which automatically gets a point from me! I don't come here much, but when I do, I don't have any problems, and have good food! So far, I've had no complaints, and would recommend the place! I also honestly think it's about as good as the regular Chinese restaurants! I literally had the worst ever customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This is also the first time I felt so strongly about poor customer service, that I felt the need to inform the masses through a yelp review. I ordered on the app. Sat in line for 25 minutes while my food got cold (I understand you're busy because of the current restrictions so I'm not even concerned with that). I am however, concerned with the fact that I sat in front of the open drive through window for five minutes with no acknowledgement. Several employees walked right past and saw me patiently waiting (while my food literally sat four feet away on the counter) for someone to acknowledge me. Nothing. Then finally Becca came to the window. Didn't greet me. Didn't apologize for the long wait. Not even as much as a simple "hi". No instead she spit a number at me. I believe it was 47 and change. I let her know (though I had already told her at the window speaker box my name and that it was an order already paid for) that I had already paid and my order was from the app. She replied with "Name". I gave it too her. She then quickly extended a tray just long enough for me to grab it and her to walk away. This is unacceptable. I then sat and waited. Becca came back. I told her that the service had received was awful. She then argued about her quick throw of food. I asked to speak to her manager and was told he's busy. Fine. I will take it up to your corporate. This weekend we were again in Longview and I have had a lot of great meals down there and given good reviews to a number of restaurants in Longview - but not Sunday. We visited Panda Express and were not happy at all. There were six of us and the counter lady helped the first four. My wife than ordered chow mien and she proceeded to put fried rice on the plate. My wife tried to correct her but she totally ignored her and proceeded to do the same on a second plate. We kept trying to get her attention but she was oblivious to us. Finally I yelled, "Hello - you do see us" and she woke up and said sorry she was helping drive through people??? So you just help 1/2 of a party and then go on to help the drive-through? You could not acknowledge us? Drive-through has that much of a priority that you help half of a party and then make the rest wait. Finally after getting mad another lady (I believe the manager) realized something was wrong and came over. I got the Shrimp and Orange Chicken. Both were dry, bland and COLD. My wife had something else and hers was also cold - note we were eat in and so it didn't get cold on the way home. Earlier this evening (about 7:30PM) my wife & I went your store located at 500 Triangle Center in Longview, WA 98632. After waiting in line inside for almost 10 minutes we were informed that we would have to wait ANOTHER ten minutes to get chow mein. It seems the workers didn't bother checking to see that one of their main side dishes was almost gone & waited until the bowl was almost empty to order more. This kind of action shows very poor management. Chow mein is one of the most popular side dishes you carry & it should NEVER run out !!! While we were asked if we wanted to wait 8 to 10 minutes (while our other food got cold), we never received an apology, nor an offer of a replacement. This kind of service is unacceptable & needs to be fixed immediately ! read more

I absolutely love Panda Express. I find myself craving their food on a daily basis. Their drive threw is quick and helpful. Staff is always nice. I've never had a bad experience there. What can you say- Clean, friendly, good quality fresh ingredients, some healthy choices. PX is always high on my list for lunch as I know that I'm getting a quality product at a good price. I like to get the rice bowl, but with steamed vegetables instead of rice, as they almost always have to make the veggies fresh for me. Then I have a few choices- beef broccoli, black pepper chicken or chicken and mushrooms are good healthy choices. Only wish they had hit green tea. read more
