My wife and I went through the drive through for the first and last time. The portions we received were substantially smaller than we normally received inside. We were disappointed and I contacted Panda Express through their website. I requested a response to my email but have heard nothing back from them. I guess I didn't really expect an answer. I thought they closed at 10:30 cause that's what the hours say but they said they couldn't make teraki chicken cuz it took 15-20 mins but I got there at 9:30 sum and If they would've put down a single persons worth of serving down it would've been done before they closed but they decided to be lazy and choose not to put it down, I personally work in the fast food business and i know when there's a lazy closer who doesn't wanna put something down because they wanna get out of there sooner cause I've worked with them read more

So the food is great, also are most of the workers. Except Lexie. I was promised a free meal for not receiving my receipt. I drove 20 mins to panda to get my meal after talking on the phone to an employee. I ordered and explained the situation and it was handled very nicely and I was told to pull up to the window to get my free meal. However upon my arrival Lexie the "manager?" or whatever she is very rudely told me I could not get my food and I needed to leave. I tried to handle this matter maturely but Lexie was being extremely rude. She should not work here let alone be a manager. I love panda but due to Lexie I will no longer be eating from this location. read more

Everyone in our house always gets the orange chicken, chow mein and chicken egg roll every time we eat here. One thing I will say is I have definitely noticed a difference between when you eat here around lunch time as compared to dinner time. The food is always delicious and seems much more fresh and tender when you go around lunch as compared to dinner. My husband is actually in the process of grabbing us lunch from here as I type this review. The wait in the drive thru is a bit longer than we would prefer, but the orange chicken, chow mein and friendly customer service will keep us coming back for more. read more

Ok first of all we are in phase 2 going to to 3, which means indoor seating is allowed and managed. They don't have it. Did restaurants just get lazy and not want to take care of indoor business? I thought they needs business? Second, went through drive-thru and ordered, didn't have what we wanted, of course. You would think that not having the dining open they would be able to cook the appropriate food. Third, we waited on our veggies, and waited, and waited. Ten minutes past I sent my 12 year old in to see what was going on because I had the baby in the car. He came back and said "mom, I tried to get their attention to ask, but every time I asked someone they ignored me" that makes me madder than anything for a child to be dismissed, just because they are a child. Fourth, and last, I ended up going in, only to see the "food we were waiting on to be cooked" SITTING IN THE CONTAINERS!!! our plates were to the side getting cold as they served the others. Very inconsiderate, very unprofessional, and very inappropriate. You would think with the Corona that people would be more open and observant with their customers. read more

The food is good when it's fresh off the grill. If you go during off hours, it's inedible. Impatient counterworkers sometimes and I've been served by some creepy folk that really shouldn't have been hired. It is what it is, corporate fast food. read more

Worst customer service ever! One employee was eating in the lobby while two others were behind the counter when we entered. After 2 minutes of no acknowledgement I sat down and waited while my wife stood at the counter, after another minute we decided to leave. On our way out someone shouted thank you from behind the counter. I just moved back to Washington from Hawaii and have loved Panda for years but I will not come back to the Longview Washington Panda until there is a major over hall in attitude. read more

The Only reason I am giving this a One, is because there is no zero!...My husband went out for Chinese food.."To go". this evening..Normally we go to the "Panda Inn"..they were closed due to construction. So, he decided to try "Panda Express". I am not sure what he even ordered..it appeared to be some sort of chicken with a side of rice. The rice was terrible..bland, lack of vegetables and just disgusting. The chicken was deep fried and came with what they called "sweet and sour"..sauce..It WAS NOT a sweet and sour sauce..it was awful. I called "Panda Express"..and relayed my feelings of dissatisfaction with our meal. The man I spoke with advised me to post it on yelp..and also, informed me, that since we had come in near to their closing time, that the food would not have been top quality..In response, I suggested maybe, they shouldn't sell their food at top dollar than!!.. Bad service: their veggies were cold and they only had 1 serving left.. The kung pao chicken was cold, they did not slice my child's chicken teriyaki.. They had no knives.. They were out of Beijing Beef... Trays and table were dirty. The four teenagers running this place just don't have the concept of customer service. read more

My wife and I decided to try Panda Express here in Longview. It was the worst dining experience. We were there between 4:30PM and 5PM and the choices were non existant. Two whole sections were completely empty. The fried rice was a joke, not even fried with a few veggies thrown in. The mushroom chicken was mostly mushrooms and watery sauce. Had to ask the cleaning gal for soy sauce. You would think that the pans for choices would be full since it was dinnertime. There are plenty of choices for chinese food in Longview, this will not be our choice again. read more

Panda Express is a chain restaurant. You'd think there would be some quality control in place based on home office requirements for the franchise. However, this place is about as inconsistent as you can get. One time tasty, one time not. About a third of the time they get the order wrong. Gee Wiz, this is basic stir fry! How complicated is it? I go to Panda for quick simple stir fry, as a better alternative to fried foods. I like that you can order Veggies as a side (alternative to noodle or rice) but please cook the veggies. I usually take them home and microwave them for a minute or two as they are literally raw. I sometimes question if they actually were in a pan and felt any heat. Recipes they use are inconsistent. Portions are inconsistent too. Last time in I ordered a mixed side of Mixed Veggie and noodles. I got about 3 noodles, and about 2 cups of rice. I don't eat rice. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Mushroom Chicken (precisely because they are not deep fried) and got about a Tablespoon of Kung Pao, and maybe 2 tablespoons of Mushroom Chicken. For the $7 I spent for this meal, I feel I got screwed as all I really got was rice - which I generally don't eat. As I went through the drive-through, I didn't realize this until I was home. It was late, and I was tired, so didn't bother calling to complain. I have been to other Panda Express in other cities, and it was much better. I really like stir fry. Please get this straightened out. Become consistent. read more

On lunch break: Placed order in drive thru and waited in line for 4 minutes with two cars in front of me with no movement. I reversed out of line and went inside because I had no idea for what or for how long I was going to wait. Was told they were waiting on Orange Chicken and they had already plated the rest of my meal, four minutes prior and had it sitting on a cold counter top for another 2 minutes. My co-worker came in during this time and said after I left they were talking about why I was so angry - they didn't know. The reasons were: please tell people there is going to be a 6 minute in the drive thru. (I would have totally come in and ordered something else.) Also, don't plate food and leave it sitting on the counter. Cold shrimp with hot orange chicken makes bacteria and a gross lunch. Lastly, talking about customers behind their back - not professionally. I tried calling the store but was told by a guy who wouldn't give me his name to call back tomorrow, the MOD was on break. Going to work, doing the bare minimum, that only gets a person a C in school. It is A+ work to communicate effectively (like telling people about a wait) and to think ahead (like not plating food until it is time to plate all of it,) or talking bad about customers to other customers. And because no one in the store was available to talk to me, I am going to post my bad review every place I can find. Not out of revenge but because being heard gets things accomplished. read more
