Giving 3 stars for the server staff on 1-27-18 at 8pm. The poor food guys are working their butts off while the 2 girls working the line are having a high school party in the front. Walked up to the service line and the girl just stared at us. Did not ask what can I get for you or any acknowledgement at all. She did this to several others why we waited 10 min for the orange chicken to prepared. Crazy because they are supposed to keep an eye what needs prepping. Also told them we needed at least 2 more egg rolls but they did not relay that to the guys so we are leaving minus 2 egg roll. We asked to speak to a manager or assistant manager but were told no one with authority was there. Whoever owes this one needs to employ some managers. Poor service. read more

Ok. No one really expects Panda Express to be gourmet Chinese food. However today's experience might be one for the record. Where do I start? My vegetable side was ice cold. Almost like it had just been taken from the refrigerator. The Black Pepper Chicken was really just black pepper and onions minus the chicken. The Angus steak was burnt to the point of tasting like charcoal. We could have powered thru the aforementioned issues if we could have soaked it all in soy sauce....... but guess what? 26 bucks wasted is my review. My first time at Panda Express ever. The misses and I ordered three entree's to have a good look at all they offer. Honey walnut shrimp which was just a bunch of fried shrimp tossed in a sugary syrup. Which all turns to mush. And walnuts ha good luck finding any I guess they ran out at the factory. Next was the beef and broccoli which was ok but I would not go back to eat it again. The final selection was the teriyaki chicken the taste was the best of the three but half of the order was charcoal so pretty tough to get happy with it. All in all I will never eat here again. Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Marble Falls, Texas

We just visited Panda Express in Marble Falls, Tx. After ordering and arriving at the window they advised us to check our receipt to make sure everything was correct. The order was incorrect and they told us that they fixed it. We pulled up due to customers behind us and checked the order again, only to find out they had not corrected our order. We pulled back around and the manager told us that she couldn't change anything due coming back for a second time. The manager was very unprofessional and didn't seem to care. I would advise everyone to stay clear of this store due to their lack of professionalism, customer service and customer satisfaction. It's unbelievable that Panda Express allows this to happen without concern. In the next few minutes, we'll make sure this goes viral. read more

I always drive past and finally decided to give it a shot. 11:45 on a Sunday. No steamed rice, only fried. Officially opens at 10:30, place looks deserted. Hmmm...nope. Update: Found myself craving again about a week ago and decided to see if lightning would strike the same place twice. Same time, same day of the week. All items available. This restaurant is a joke the food here is ok but the service here is trash. My biggest issue with the restaurant is that they start shutting down and hour to and hour and half early and they angrily sigh when you walk in. They never wipe the tables down and employees put there belongings on tables when it super busy so there's no where to sit. Very disappointed. read more

I ordered 2 meals in the drive through and was told that my order would take an extra 7mins. I was fine with that and was told to park by the door and they would bring it out. Awesome! 20min later.... They had not brought my order out. I went inside and asked about my order. They immediately started making one of the meals, but there was something wrong and they started talking to the cook. I asked if there was a problem and they said that it would take a while because they hadn't started cooking one of the entrees yet. I told them that I couldn't wait any longer and that I'd like to get a refund for the meal that they hadn't made yet. They said that they couldn't do that. I said "What?" The manager said that they couldn't issue refunds. I threatened to call the police if they didn't issue me a refund right now. Walked in around 3:30pm, June 17, 2022. No other customers inside, stood there for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. There was one employee cleaning, one at the drive through, one cooking and THREE sitting at a corner table just carrying on a conversation. No one paid attention to us, so we just walked out. This is the WORST Panda Express that I have ever been to! We go here often because there are not many drive through places near us. In fact, it takes us 30 minutes just to get to this place. EVERY TIME we go they are out of chicken. We end up having to wait 30 minutes for them to make more chicken teriyaki and they never have the honey sesame. This is one of the few places that both of my kids will eat at. I went last night and the drive through girl was so rude. They were out of the honey sesame chicken (no surprise!) and she said well we will have it back tomorrow, like that helps me right now. I asked what else was similar and she said nothing, it's unique. I asked if the orange chicken was spicy and she said NO. I asked if the orange chicken was sweet and she said it has a lot of sugar in it. Based on her answers, I ordered it for my daughter. While at the window, she was rude and short with me. When I got home, I tried the orange chicken and it was spicy! Needless to say my daughter didn't eat it so I ended up having to make her something at home and wasted my money. The chicken teriyaki and the honey sesame seem to be pretty popular, they should probably double their order so their customers can get the food they actually want. They should also train their employees to know what everything tastes like and if she did actually know that the orange chicken had a kick to it, she should be fired. We love Panda Express but this one is always a disappointment. We will probably drive to Bee Cave next time to get our food instead of coming here again. read more

Horrific experience at this backward location. Y'all may want to try finding employees who care not only about department of health standards when it comes to temperatures of food and fresh products, but also a smidgeon of basic understanding of how to work in customer service. I came to eat with my parents. I have stage 4 cancer and had my service dog with me. An employee immediately rushed over to make sure I had a service animal and not a pet. Fine. Whatever. Not everyone understands the significance of a working service animal. Ignorance is bliss, I suppose. However, when our food was prepared and handed to us, all three of our plates were ice cold and the meat was hard and chewy. We did not want to make a scene, but we took our plates back up to the register and told them the food was cold and asked them to at least reheat it for us. The register girl took our plates and turned around to talk to another employee and then proceeded to return the plates of cold food to us and advised that they don't reheat food because people could get burned. 30 seconds later, huge steaming bowls of hot noodles and meats were brought out to replenish the serving line. They did not offer to remake our food with fresh food or hot food. There were about 10 or 11 employees standing around, leaning over prep tables and giggling with each other. One girl was chopping chives and another was mopping the kitchen. Otherwise, we were NOT impressed. Y'all need to get it together. Just because Panda is a large corporation and the money isn't coming out of your own pockets, does not give any of y'all the right to treat your restaurant or your customers like it's a joke. Department of Health will not appreciate knowing that y'all can't keep your food temps at even the most basic required temperatures on your line. Please bring someone in from corporate to provide your employees and managers some training on both the safety and handling of food (basic food handler's licenses would be nice and, when working through the required course, can also provide helpful understanding and a basic knowledge of how to handle food) and please teach them how to work with customers and not treat them like crap. They were WAY more concerned with ensuring my service animal was, in fact, a service animal, than they were with quality and safety of food or with customer service. If you visit this location, please be advised that the customer is never right (even at the risk of failing the basic codes of the Department of Health). Potential customers: as long as you lower your standards and lower your expectations before ordering your food, you should have a grand old time up in hurr. read more

The food is OK, have had better Panda Express but this is acceptable; that is, when you can get it. The 3 star rating is because they are so short staffed you have to call to see if the drive thru is open; or the dining room is open. Should not have to call a fast food restaurant to see if they are open. Its fast food, not - NO - food. Next door is the Chic-fil-a, never a wait, and two drive thru lanes plus an order by app lane. Stopped at Panda Express to get lunch at 11:40 am. It was raining extremely hard and there was no cars on the drive thru so I just went all the way to the window to place my order. The person taking orders said first of all I have no brown rice which they seem to never do and second you need to order at the intercom and I replied I didn't see any cars and it's pouring and thought it would be best to order here at the window to get less wet. Which he replied no you have to order at the intercom and I just decided to take my business elsewhere that has customer service. He seemed upset that I was even trying to place an order. I would have understood if it was packed and had more customers but I was not blocking or skipping anyone and I was just trying to stay as dry as possible. It's good if you want super sweet everything premade and fried so called Chinese food. I wouldn't call this style Chinese food at all and this place is ickier than the standard "Chinese-American" places. If you do have to eat here their noodles, spring rolls, and bourbon chicken are ok. read more

I visited this location on Monday 6/6/21 and ordered the orange chicken, Beijing beef and noodles. I woke up at 4am 6/7/21 with violent food poisoning. It took me 3 days to feel normal again. Every time we go to this location they are always out of something. Today I tried to order two orders of spring rolls and I was told they only had one.
