It doesn't matter whether you go to the mobile order pickup line or the food line. No one seems to EVER wanna help. They'd rather pretend to be doing something else than talk to the person in their store waiting for them. It's like you're the biggest inconvenience for them and they avoid you at all costs. I don't understand why they just don't put the mobile orders out so the customer can pick them up without having to talk to these people who truly don't care. Our delivery order was screwed up by the crew and we were missing 1/2 of our paid for order. Calling the store was met with a big attitude and total lack of customer service by the manager "Kim" who obviously has zero skills in working with the public! She was rude and offered no solution to our missing meals other than "you can come pick them up"! Gee lady NO! I ordered delivery for a reason. She would not refund our money and when asked for her regional managers name and number, she replied she didn't have it! Really? It's posted on the wall in the back of the restaurant! My reply? Food quality very low, service sub par, and not sure how to spot if a manager or any kind of assistant manager was there. I have eaten in Panda Express restaurants from Los Angeles, California across America and then finally in this place in Tennessee. This, by far, has to be the best tasting that I've ever had at a Panda Express with a staff extremely congenial and willing to help. To help. The manager was incredible and made sure that every portion of my food was done correctly and saw him working hard over the grills with everybody else and then to come out into the foyer and talk with a customers. Very very very impressive. If he could take charge over other Panda Express restaurants and it would certainly increase. I love Panda Express!!! I. was a long time customer in LV, NV and missed not having one where I live now in the country. I had an appointment in Maryville and I drove around to see the area. I stumbled upon Panda Express and I got so excited. The selection is really good and the portions are plentiful. There's a good balance of spicy and non spicy items. The choices were fresh and beautifully displayed to help make a selection. the restaurant was super clean. my favorite is Kung pao chicken. if you like spicy you will like it as well. With your main selection you have a choice of vegetable fried rice or chow mien or you can get half and half. You can ask for white rice but it's not out on display. if I lived in Maryville I would eat there at least twice a week and forget about cooking. my wife and I share a 2 item combination and it's plenty for us and and a little bit of chow mein for my 3 begging dogs. read more

I can definitely see why this location has low ratings. The service definitely leaves a lot to be desired. They have messed up our order on almost every occasion. However, in the restaurant's defense, I will say that they're swamped every time that we visit. Before Panda Express released their new Vegan Orange Chicken, I had only ever visited once. It was just okay so I never returned. Seeing that they were carrying a Beyond Meat option, had me return for my second visit in over a decade. Now, I am a Panda Express regular! I cannot rave enough about how good the orange chicken is! I will keep returning as long as it's on the menu. I would recommend that vegans and non-vegans give it a try as well. read more

Amazing fast service and clean environment very clean, nice food and good tasting. Very nice service also.

If you go during the day, expect to wait to get your food for about 30 minutes. If you go within an hour of closing, expect them not to have anything. They start closing very early, so your food will be old, if they even have it. They won't have drinks because they turn them off for cleaning before closing. Your sides, especially chow mein, will be mostly crusty pieces of vegetables. Oh, and be aware-- this is the most expensive place to buy subpar chinese food in town. But the orange chicken is good, and they always have it. Always be patient with the staff. The management is bad, but the staff just do what they're told. Enjoy your $20 meal that you'll throw half of away! read more

Tried this place for the first and last time. We ordered for take-out, and when we got home we noticed a long black hair entangled in the knot of the bag. We could live with that. (It's an hour drive to get there for us) we arrive and doors are locked and there are people inside who appear to be goofy ing off riding a Hoover board including the workers. Went through the drive through. Attempted to order string bean chicken was informed there was an 8 minute wait time, changed order to broccoli beef, was told they were out, no wait time provided. Changed order again to angus beef. Ordered two unsweetened teas and two order of rangoons as well. Woman at the window asked me how many sweet teas, I corrected two unsweetened teas. Recieved two sweet teas and no rangoons despite the person taking the order confirming the number ordered. I wasn't charged for the rangoons, so I went inside to order again. Not greeted within five minutes, and no acknowledgment or their mistake after informing them. Inside, there's an entire bowl of broccoli beef less than a minute after going through the drive through. They also sold the last rangoons to the customer in front of me, so I ended up waiting anyway after paying. I was not impressed. This was my first time at any Panda Express and I asked some questions about ordering and items available. I felt like the workers didn't want to be bothered. I chose the 3 entrees and a side and didn't care for any of the entrees. My mixed veggies were raw. When I started up a conversation with an employee (after I had already ordered and paid) I was told I could sample the entrees. That would have been nice. I also wish my crab rangoons had been fresh. This Maryville, TN Panda Express used to be very good. The last 3 times I have visited were awful. The first time the Teriyaki Chicken was disgusting, I threw it out. The 2nd time I was 2nd in line in the drive-thru at 11:15am and ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order. I was stuck between 2 cars and when I finally moved up, the young girl said NOTHING, no apology, no excuse, NOTHING. After a few weeks, we decided to give them one more chance. It was the drive-thru, 11:20am and before I could order, the girl said they were sorry, but were having trouble getting started and it would be a while. They continually forget to supply teriyaki sauce with their teriyaki chicken, unless you ask after you receive your meal, even then, they will only supply you with one packet regardless of how many orders of chicken you have. I went all the way home then realized they didn't give me my 12 spring rolls so I went all the way back and went inside to get my money back for what I ordered but didn't get but the manager said he was not able to pull up my receipt or give me a refund for the food that they failed to give me, even though I was just there 15 minutes earlier. He told me I had to write to corporate to get refunded. I wrote to corporate and they told me I had to have the exact transaction number, exact amount that I spent, and exact date and time of service.
