My wife and I tried it about two weeks after the new takeover and it was not good. This weekend my wife and I decided to give it a second chance and we were both glad we did . The food was amazing in both flavor and portion sizes. The service was great as well. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The new owner is not from this area so the transition in flavor from their previous location in California to Tennessee is what in my honest opinion I believe the problem was. Since that time they have adjusted their recipes to match what the original owner provided. We will definitely be eating here again.

I wanted to start with Thai Cuisine in Maryville because this place deserves more business. Food: 5/5 The food tastes amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly, tasted fresh and you can tell it was made by a chef who truly cares about their cooking. The portion sizes and presentation were excellent and very filling. This was my first time ever trying curry, and I was extremely impressed -- I loved every bite. If you're ever curious about trying curry, get the Yellow Curry. The spice levels range from 1-5, and I got level 2. It had great heat without overpowering the flavors. I also had a bite of my mother's Tornado Shrimp, and it was fried and sauced perfectly. It's hard to sauce fried food well, but Thai Cuisine does it perfectly every time. The vegetables were cooked to perfection too -- they had a great crunch without tasting raw.
