I come here often. and lately the food quality has been AWFUL. Today my husband and I came in got 2 orders of ragoon and a med order of sweetfire chicken. The sweetfire was OLD the breading was soggy and the attendant packing my order put ONLY the chicken into the box no pinneapple no onion or peper. Then the ragoon was burnt. I couldnt even chew it. They don't give taste samples of the food so I informed Ashley (the young gentleman who was dishing up my order) that I could not eat anything too spicy or sharply tangy. He told me that he could advise me so I would not purchase any that would burn my tongue. All was good except for the Honey Sesame Chicken. It actually had very good flavor but was moderately spicy which my tongue just can't tolerate. My husband and I both had "small plates" but I was charged for a "bigger plate" because someone (either Ashley or the cashier) mistakenly charged me for an additional entree of orange chicken when my husband was the only one who ate that. I've been wanting to try panda express for a long time. Well today I did, and I have to say that unfortunately I wasn't impressed. I got the mushroom chicken bowl, and she got the broccoli and beef bowl. The flavor was average, but some of my chicken was gristle and there was 2 pieces of beef in with the broccoli (the broccoli was fairly plentiful). There used to be a time when if someone asked you to repeat yourself a couple of times, that would be a clue to speak more clearly over the drive-through speaker, however, apparently not at this place. When I first got in line, everything was fine; the woman in front of us ordered, got a good service and I was expecting the same treatment (the woman in front of us wasn't asian, me and my family are). I was wrong. As soon as it my turn to order, the man who was taking our order completely changed his attitude. It was a completely different experience than what I had just seen the woman in front of me receive for no apparent reason. He treated me and my family like we were stupid and incompetent. He dramatically counted out the boxes one by one like we weren't able to comprehend what numbers meant, he barely spoke to us, and gave us threatening glares the entire time. Like I said before, I didn't even speak to this man before ordering so there would be no good reason for him to act in such way. People are forced to wait for extended periods in line then either told the item(s) on the menu board are not available OR to wait an additional 30+minutes after waiting in line for the entree you ordered to be prepared. After speaking with the Manager Alisa and explaining to her that the Crab Rangoon was not in the bag, she stated to come back to the store with the receipt and an employee will have the missing food. We went inside for dinner because the line in the drive thru was at least 10 cars long. They were out of most of the entrees, and didn't have the sauce for the chicken teriyaki. The soda machine was down, and only had 12oz cans(that were war). Then when we get to pay they only except credit cards. After we sat down we noticed the the chicken was RAW! This location seems to be a 50/50 on food quality. I get the same thing every time we eat here (kung pao chicken.) Sometimes we eat here and my food is INCREDIBLE, clean plate worthy and has me craving more. Then, other times the meat seems like pure chunks of fat, chewy and stringy, nearly inedible, and extremely scarce on sauce. Those days I may eat my rice and veggies but the majority of the meal goes in the bin. Outside of that, the staff is always very sweet and courteous. They are always quick with serving, the inside has always been clean, and the price to food quantity ratio is very good. I'm not sure why there is such a shift in meat quality but I really wish they would fix the issue, whether that mean using better cuts of chicken or adjusting their choice of supplier. read more

I've never had to leave a negative review but for starters the staff needs to be properly trained and pay attention to the orders. The last time we were their the rice and other food was under cooked. When we asked a server if we can have our sodas with the order the server rolled her eyes with attitude and went uhhg.
