Worst panda I have ever had, I wanted rice and sweet fire chicken, and of course since it was within 30 mins of closing they wouldn't make me what I wanted . So I got orange chicken since I been in a hospital for 9 hours and just would eat anything at this point. I threw my whole order away, chicken was disgusting and there was so much cabbage in my noodles they definitely were sitting in the pot all day, I am so unbelievably upset at my trip I will not go to panda ever again. This place needs some major improvements! Wait time is always 20+ minutes. Some of the employees are too slow for this fast paced location. Most of the time the food is out and it's 10-15 or more minutes to wait for more food being prepared. Today was the second time I've seen a customer in front of me get upset that one of the portions was underserved. It's true though. They say it's one scoop but the first time I got all green beans and 2 bits of chicken so I complained after the first customer did. Today, Jose talked to the customer in Spanish and I chimed in, in Spanish also, to let Jose know that this has been an ongoing issue and he is the second customer I've seen get upset about portion size. The blond gal ringing me up said she agreed when I translated what I was saying. Either you guys need to cut out online orders and delivery services and focus on your walk in customers or get some more staff and who can keep up with the pace. And management who responds to these reviews, please don't just respond with you want to make this right with me. Make that particular store right or operating better and you'll see more positive reviews. You'll give out less free food for always making up for underserved portions and mistakes. I order from here often. This is my first negative review for anything! So yup it was bad!!! Lately using on line ordering due to Covid-19. Today the on line ordering app was not working right so I drove to the OC location and ordered inside. Huge cluster you know what!!! It was busy but not bad for dinner hour as I've experienced before...they were filling on line orders and just a few in person orders. Seems like on line orders we're getting the priority not giving good service to in person. The food was not being replenished well and some entrees looked liked they had been sitting there for a long time. The cashier Edwin grabbed my container out of order and started to ring it up & tried to charge the lady in front of me that was still working on her order...well she was confused and I was too...first off my order had not been completed and secondly she was ahead of me...so I told Edwin that was my order and it was not complete as well as the woman ahead of me had not been rung up.... Then another worker (brown haired lady out of no where) came up with a large clip board full of papers in her hands...she sighed heavily, put the clip board of papers down on the food order prep counter and grabbed the order after me (they were their in person behind me). and started to complete their order instead of mine...I told her that I was actually next and my order had not been completed was over at the cash register...no apologize or ownership of their mistake, she grabbed my container and slopped my order together like she was irritated at me for their mistake and that I spoke up for myself! Very rude & extremely unorganized!!! I get it being busy and stressed but come on there were many employees there most of which just running around and making the situation worse instead of helping in an organized manner...no situational awareness & a very chaotic atmosphere created by too many employees running around doing nothing. Extremely disappointed. Total mess and put me in a bad position to correct their mistake. I would of have gave no stars if I could!!! #huge mess Update! Really really frustrated...had to throw most of the food away. Over cooked from sitting in the warming station to long, also I asked for half chow mein and half fried rice and got mostly chow mein and very little rice. Ordered 2x steak entrees online and was given some steak and shrimp x1. Found out at home, but I am allergic to shellfish! 30 min back and 10 min wait for the steak entrees, no apology, no extras, and they still wanted to use the old Styrofoam dish. Do Not use their delivery service unless you want COLD food. Even if you order on their website they use DoorDash who picks up your order and then proceeds to make other people's deliveries while your food sits in someone's car and gets cold. If you have this same experience and contact the restaurant they will do nothing to help you resolve it too. Either pick it up or dine in but don't use their pathetic delivery service read more

We ordered on the app, picked up our order, and took it home. when we opened one of the plates (2 entrees 1 side) the Teriyaki Chicken was missing, although they gave us the teriyaki sauce, and there was an extremely small serving of the mushroom chicken (truly only 2 forks worth). We tried to call more than 10 times, but no one would answer the phone. HORRIBLE customer service/experience!!!!! Oregon City location. We live in Oregon City and this is the only decent Chinese food as far as we know. I'm kind of leary to try new Chinese places unless I KNOW they have a good reputation. By no means do I consider this "good" Chinese food, it's decent...and I like the flavor! Anyways..we've never had issues in the past and we've been eating here for the last 3 years. I'm not sure what happened last night but it was an epic fail. We ordered our usual 1/2 chow mein 1/2 veggie and our two entrees. One plate for my husband and one for me. We also ordered a side of mushroom chicken for our toddler. Instead of grabbing a box right away and putting the side order into it, the young lady helping us wrote something on one of our food boxes. I repeated that we just wanted a small side and not another meal. She said "I got it, I KNOW!". This was of course accompanied with a side of attitude that i did not order. We paid, grabbed our sodas and waited for our food to be boxed up. I wanted diet pepsi but the soda machine needed syrup. So I let the same female employee know that they needed to replace that. And we waited. The people behind us paid and got their food promptly. I tried the soda machine again and it was still running clear. I asked again. At that point our food was ready. I looked through our bag and surprise, surprise..no side of mushroom chicken. I let the young lady know that it was missing and I got a "oh sorry, you are going to have to wait because we are busy". Really? I have to wait? There was no one in the place when we ordered 20 minutes ago. I inquired again about the soda and apparently the supervisor for the evening took care of it. No one told us. At this point I was angry and let her know that I'd take the side of mushroom chicken in place of the soda because there was only a .20 difference. And I'd noticed we weren't rung up for the side anyway. We get to the car and my husband checks the bag again..no sauce for our egg rolls. We get home, feed our kids and sit down to eat ourselves. No chow mein! Just veggies. I went back to remedy the situation and the supervisor offered me a free meal my next visit. OK, that's nice wasn't expecting that. I just wanted my noodles and to forget about that whole situation. We finally sit down to eat and realize they left out our fortune cookies!!!! Usually, I don't care. It's a fast food chain, they always forget something. But with all the little things that happen it just added up. I spoke to Kelly the store manager today. She was the most gracious, genuinely helpful manager I've ever dealt with. She assured me her employees are not trained to have attitude with customers and that is NOT ok under any circumstances. I have to say first off I do like Panda for a quick bite. With that said. The Oregon City location deserves no stars. I keep trying it hoping that it would improve but it has not. Every time I go in there nothing is up and they can not make anything because 2 hours before closing they are cleaning hoods and the fryers are off. They never have any of their brewed tea up. The last time I got a cup to get the brewed tea it was a hassle to get a refund for the cup beacuse I refuse to get soda. This last visit I asked for the corporate number and the gentleman at the counter actually started to argue with me about wanting the corporate phone number. My best advice for this location is dont go it is a waste of your time. Go to another location. read more

Staff is extremely unfriendly, Panda Express usually has big portions but this one was tiny. I asked for more and the girl said so you want to pay for the double portion I said no this is small can I just have a little more and she said the same thing again, this happened two more times until I was ready to throw the food in her face, I had to just walk away and accept my 8 dollar loss. The food is great! However I've had some bad experiences with one of the gals working there. I ordered online and it was decently late which is fine, I work in costumer service, things happen! She then gave me the wrong order, when I got to my car I realized this and brought it back in and told her this was for someone else, she scoffed and threw it away aggressively. She hadn't started making my actual order and was very grumpy when I asked for something they were apparently out of. When I was checking out, I mentioned the order should have two drinks, she got upset at this and demanded to see my receipt which I showed her. I thought maybe it had just been a long day for her. She gave me the drinks and I asked if there were utensils and napkins in the bag. She said yes and I left. I got to the car again, there weren't utensils and part of my order was missing. I came back in again, she glared at me a little but gave me the rest of my meal. I asked if I could have some napkins and utensils as well and she practically threw them at me. I didn't get the sauce I asked for as well but I didn't want to go back in there so I just left. Overall I've had decent experiences with the food here but lately I keep running into the same girl who is awful to customers. :( read more

My granddaughter treated us to dinner from this Panda location. The online app was so cumbersome and the buttons were obscured by "advertising" so she used her phone. The food was ok, it would have been better had it been hot to begin with and therefore would have been at least warm when she arrived back home with it. Additionally, the white rice she ordered in the bowl was fried rice, which she does not like and didn't eat. So..........she spent the price for a bowl and got to "dine" on a spoon of Bejing beef. The food at this location is decent for Panda Express, but the service is so slow! Expect to be waiting there at least 20 minutes for a To-Go order. The food comes out slow and the employees are always arguing. They're constantly out of a lot of food items and the lines are always long. I'd recommend a different location for sure. read more
