Didn't put our order in while at the ordering booth. Had to re order at the window, took forever and charged us for a extra item we didn't order. Apparently they can only do one form of payment. They really need to think about which person to use for taking orders. This girl was the rudest I've run into yet. Very bad in customer communications. I had to make a complaint to the manager whose name was Chris. He came to the window to hear me out but made no apology. He handed me my food and couldn't say sorry or thank you. Paid $10 for 3 tiny pieces of meat today and I'm not happy about that, will not go back ever again

First off, I feel like they give more attention to their drive thru then their actual restaurant itself. For starters, you may have to wait till they complete an order via their drive thru. Walking to counter, you're likely to be motioned by a wave of a hand to wait, as I always have to. Expect their grilled chicken to be burnt to a crisp. This creates a hard texture, so it's not the most appetizing. Make sure to get your fortune cookie at the end of checkout. I feel if they do not give you a fortune cookie, your meal should be free. Oh, well...I don't make the rules. Also, the times I've gone, they're usually out of a particular ice tea that they offer here. So, that's disappointing. In addition, they do not carry sugar packs. Sorry, this brings this review down two stars alone. Some people like what's bad for you, I happen to be one of those people. I like my tea sweet, not like it's been sitting in a pot all day stagnant. One more thing, if you have a question, you may have to wait because they're busy with their drive thru. Plenty of parking here but it's best you just go through the drive thru for your order. Hopefully, your food isn't overcooked to a crisp. read more

Honestly, I would've given a 5 star review if the staff didn't act like they were serving at a top-notch restaurant with their little attitudes. You're at a fast food chain, no need to act uppity. Worst customer service ever. They literally stop in the middle of you order to take drive thru orders. Then there's not enough food for yours. I ordered a bowl to go through the drive through. When I get home the bowl is 3/4 empty, not even half way, a few noodles and one tiny piece of chicken and 3 tiny pieces of mushroom over the few noodles, I counted them 6. They always close dine in early, the the drive thru always has limited products available or tell you if you want a certain item you have to wait an extra 20 minutes. Second time I've come here through drive thru and they always mess up my order. This time I ordered half/half teriyaki chicken and black pepper chicken. The girl who took my order through the speaker asked teriyaki sauce on the chicken or on the side. I told her on the chicken. When I got home to checked my food all I got was Sautéed onions with no black pepper chicken and chicken with no teriyaki sauce and only two pieces of chicken. Worst panda plate I've ever had. Due to not wanting to cook fresh food, they dipped my broccoli beef in sauce and did not cook it at all (referring to broccoli) after being told I needed to wait on the side. As I arrived they encouraged me not to order what was not available, over an hour before they closed, telling me "keep in mind we close soon." Not my issue. If you don't have an item available, tell me that instead of deliberately serving uncooked food. Not to mention my improperly temperatured iced orange chicken. However, the person taking orders and greeting at the window (possibly the same person) were completely rude. Do not bother to order on-line here. I placed an order in the morning to be picked up @11:30. I had very limited time for a lunch break. When I arrived (exactly on time), my order was not ready yet. An employee said she'd work on it right away, BUT she would start part of my order and then stop to help anyone who walked in the door AFTER THE TIME MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY. 3 people that walked in after me got helped before my already late order was completed. What made matters worse was my partial order sat on the counter getting cold while other people that came in after me got helped. I guess since I pre paid for my on-line order, they did not care any more. Bottom line is, I would have gotten my order twice as fast and fresher if I would have just walked in. Never again.
