I use to love this place. I would easily go at least 4 to 5 times a week for the last 2 years but in this last 6 months this place has gone down hill. Food midicore at at best. I always order the same steamed veggies and fire cracker chicken, chicken mushroom or string bean chicken in a panda bowl all the time. This girl bella sees me almost everyday but yet she still proceeds to serve me the most smallest portion of mixed vegetables, only cabbage just cabbage it's called mixed vegetables for a reason. Than she gives me the smallest portion of string bean chicken literally with 1 tiny piece of chicken and may I add the string beans were old from God knows when. Needless to say I didn't eat my bowl. This is the 4th time this girl has done this to me and I'm a regular but not no more. You think she owned the place with her portions and ridiculous attitude. I like being loyal to the places I go to but not no more. This is my first post dedicated to her. Get better service and serve better portions and I would gladly be back. Today I went to this location for Panda Express because I was near the area. I really have had high hopes for this place because it was my first time ever trying Panda Express. When I got there I told the person who was taking over exactly what I wanted, however when I got home they ended up giving me the wrong order. This individual didn't want to take their time to listen to my order. They were trying to get the order done fast and go near the kitchen to talk to their co-worker. I waited for 30min for my food. I noticed one lady using her phone and touching the food right after. This is very unsanitary specially during a pandemic. I called and asked for the manager once I got and the employee said "they are not here". I am really disappointed at multiple things about this place. Please read yelp review before going to a place. I've been a fan of Panda Express for years and eat at a Panda Express location about once a week. Yes, the sodium content is high, but if you're careful, you can put together a low calorie meal with decent nutritional value. For the last two months, I've been working a seasonal job within walking distance of this location. I've stopped in for lunch at least a dozen times. On half the occasions, there were only two employees working the service line and there was a line of customers wrapped around the dining area. On these occasions, I've gone to another restaurant for lunch. Of the six times I have placed a take-out order, I received another customer's order on two occasions. The food at this location is consistently above average and the cooks always seem to keep the serving area well stocked. In fact, this is one of the better locations for keeping the service line well-stocked. But the employees on the service line are uniformly slow, inefficient and disorganized. Not a 1-star experience, but so consistently sub-standard that I no longer eat here. read more

As some reviews have pointed out, I am amazed by the efforts by the kitchen staff. These are some of the fastest working employees I've seen. I'm almost mesmerized watching the cooks at times. I have always loved Panda Express. But I was so disappointed this time. I recently had a baby and while I was at Panda Express, she needed a diaper change. So I head to the bathroom and neither one of them has a changing table. So I have to change my little girl in the car. When I come back in and sit to eat my food, a guy comes in and stands in line. While he is standing there, he is vaping. In the restaurant. In line. Right by the food. None of the employees say anything to him, so he keeps on doing it. So I am not kidding myself I fully realize Panda Express is part of a chain and I am not expecting "Supreme Cuisine" when I walk in. It's just I have two little fussy eaters and they like this chain so we go. Problem is I have been in this particular restaurant three times walking around trying to find a table for two adults and two kids and the darn tables are always filthy. Drives me nuts. In the past I ask for a clean table or a towel so I can sit and eat with the kids and they won't give a towel nor will they come out and wipe the table. It's always the same garbage, "just a minute sir." But customer after customer continues to walk in and somehow the folks behind the counter enter this dazed denial mode that somehow I asked prior to them walking in, and just keeps making us wait. The last time we were there I saw the same scenario play out when I asked and then the door opened as customer was approaching the counter and the employee dropped the towel and walked over to take the order. I made a huge scene about us being here first and this isn't the first time etc... etc... This seemed to do the trick, dazed denial mode cut off baby and we got a clean table. But my wife probably won't eat in public places with me for the next 20 years and my kids have to witness their lame dad making a fuss. We will continue to visit the other locations but I sure would like to get the word out. By the way this is my first bad review on Yelp. I have been to this location many, many times due to Rohnert Park/Cotati's lack of good Chinese restaurants. I have never had an encounter where the employees are anything less than pleasant.
