This panda is legit, customer service always great and food is as-well. Especially Xuemei service is always exceptional.

I have been coming to this location for almost a year because it's near my job, normally I always have a great experience, perfect portion sizes, perfect attitudes, perfect service overall... But without fail there are only two employees that work at that location that absolutely ruined the experience and I will avoid that location every time I see them working. One woman named Samantha and another woman named Rosa. They make that location completely trash they will skimp on portion sizes and outright put food that touched other food back in the main serving tray and look you directly in your face like they didn't just do something that's completely violates the food safety rules and regulations. I did a review on one of the receipts, I was given a free side entrée with the next purchase of a bigger plate... Interesting way to handle somebody on your staff possibly being the reason for a food safe violation that may shut down your location. I've literally had no issues with anyone else working at that location it's consistently been an issue with Samantha and now Rosa. read more

I stopped at Panda Express after seeing a post about them have a National panda day event. They were giving away swag bags of merch that included a $15 Panda Express gift card, Panda plushie and a panda tote bag with purchase. The one thing I do not like is that I ordered a bigger plate and the staff literally trying to be extremely skimpy with the portions to the point I was going to tell them never mind, but another employee handed it for me. The food is better than some of the other panda express's in the nearby area. The customer service is definitely lacking for sure. This isn't my favorite location, but since they were celebrating National panda day! I have to show up. ;) read more

She even saw us in front of the counter already and made us wait 5 minutes watching her do other stuff first. She had bad time management skills. I even saw her made a dad and kid wait for the restroom to be opened for like 15 minutes or more. They were already waiting there when we came in and were still waiting until we sat down and even waited even more before she assisted them. Wow. Yesterday food was all piping hot of the stove. We came in at the right time! They were fresh, green, delicious and generous. I've always like Panda Express. Fast, yummy and satisfying. We got the big plate with shrimps, teriyaki and orange chicken and half and half of chow mein and fried rice. Second plate, a two entree of fresh vegetable (I could eat this all day!!), orange chicken wand half chow mein half fried rice. Delicious. Social distancing- only 10 customers can come i a t a time. I came in a little later in the day, a few days ago (I believe it was on 11/07/23). It was a little slower since it was about 8pm yet their food texture and temperature was still on top of it. The team was really friendly and Celia (I believe that was her name) was really sweet so it was refreshing after getting off an 11 hour shift at work. We are regular customers of Panda Express and get it at least once per week. Unfortunately, the consistency from this location is VERY hit or miss -- usually a miss. We ordered dinner this evening via Grubhub and neither plate was completed before it was released to the driver for delivery. Each plate was missing a full entree. The same thing happened during our last order. More often than not, full items -- appetizers, entrees, sides, etc. -- are missing from the order. The quality control has severely diminished over the last year+ and it seems like we cannot trust that our order will be correct. Oh how i was wrong. I open the container expecting to get several glances into my future only to find enough broccoli beef for my fathers chihuahua to feast on with room left for dessert. wanted to make a comment about the professional at this location. i understand it gets busy and there's a rush but one must stay professional and respectful always. the manager Alondra tonight displayed a very rushed and unprofessional attitude towards clients and employees. She was talking about transferring an employee "because i can't do this anymore" to her coworker Joel, insinuating transferring an employee bc she couldn't work alongside her. This location does have a sign at the door that says only 10 people allowed inside at a time but NEVER observed it. All staff were wearing mask and gloves. but one staff went to ring somebody up and touched the cash from a customer and handed change to the customer and then went back to food prep with the same gloves on. The countertops have not been sanitized after a customer has been served. I go to this Panda (Madison & Date) 2 to 3 times per week. I've ALWAYS had great food, and Customer Service! Tonight my Daughter ordered Thru Door dash, the same ...A Plate with double Terriaki Chicken, and Noodles. When the order arrived, it was 1 chicken breast not 2, and half the order of Noodles! And.....NO TERRIAKI SAUCE!. I called and spoke to the girl in charge Cassidy. She explained that at the time of my order, the restaurant was extremely busy, and apologized for the mishap. I understand that things get busy sometimes but when a long line of people are waiting almost an hour past the scheduled pickup time for their food, maybe they should make some of those orders before the orders of the people who just walked in the door to order. This Panda location used to be alright in the opinions of me and my boyfriend, but I think the quality of service has gone downhill at some point. Today my boyfriend ordered two bowls for us; chow mien and honey sesame chicken breast for me, and fried rice and teriyaki chicken for himself. While he watched mine being prepared, he went to the end of the counter to pay, but heard the server helping hm repeat back "fried rice", but later found once he came home that they had given him chow mien instead (which he is unable to eat, leaving him with only a few pieces of teriyaki chicken). Additionally, it seemed like they were being extremely skimpy with the meat today. I'm sure we all know how *some* Panda Express servers will be the tiniest bit more generous with their entrees and sides, and I'm not one to expect that at every location as it obviously isn't a guideline, but the frequent Panda fliers know what I'm talking about. This location, today, was lacking in comparison to the "usual" and expected portions to receive at Panda Express. This is all without even mentioning how soft and not saucy my honey sesame chicken breast was. Overall, the food was edible, and I still ate it with much less enjoyment than expected, since we spent $22 and I hate wasting money. Usually, I love Panda Express and it's the first fast food joint to come to mind when we're looking for something within our budget for lunch.
