There was no line in the restaurant but people scattered around waiting for their food. We literally waited 30 minutes for our food. Considering the cost of food, long wait is expected. Not sure if it's the busy season or the way they make their food, the fries were nasty. They were dry and hard, not just one piece but the whole tray. Salt packets were provided. Burger... ugh. When they say "regular", that doesn't mean the combo price you see on the menu. What is reflected in the menu size is actually a "small". On the menu my combo was $12.19 on the menu but after I stated "regular" on my order it suddenly changed to $12.99 on the screen, which is easy to miss if you're not paying attention. My review is 1.5 stars which I find to be a bad/sleezy bait and switch tactic which causes an almost $1 increase in price without you even knowing it. I could see that all the employees were super busy, and focused on their work. When it was my turn, I asked the employee what toy they were giving. He smiled with understanding and brought out a selection of which toys they had in stock. I've been asking this question at a lot of McDs throughout the Bay, and his reaction and customer service was the best by far. Even though he was busy, he took the time to address my question without seeming like he was rushed (but I know that food service block is always ticking).
