Very good food. Love the noodles. Love the veggies. Love the honey walnut shrimp. The customer service is almost always lacking. Lots of teens and twenty-somethings who are rude, impatient and in a hurry. Every now and then you get a nice kid. Not very often. I was overcharged one night. No apology and no offer to fix it. They seem to either forget sauces you ask for, ragoons, or like tonight they forgot to add my second entree meat which was steak. All I can say is if you want to be get great customer service...it ain't happening here. Went through the drive thur on my lunch break, got back to work and part of my order was missing. Well.... that sucks but I'll just call and get my money back for this. Call and ask for a manager and Rosa said she could was one. Tell me the issue... just asked for the portion to be returned on my credit card. Nope. You have to come help here. I'm sorry? You have my order number and I can get you whatever info you need. Nope. So not only am I still hungry but now I have to drive back up there. Ok... get up there and Rosa is just a pleasant as she is on the phone. Says she says to void my order then re-ring what I did have up and I would have to swipe my card again. Really my whole issue is the lack of customer service. Literally she never apologized for the error or my inconvenience once until I made a point to tell her that. This is why Chick-fil-a rules the world. Rosa, please go check them out sometime. I just moved to Spring Hill from CA, and I must say, the one thing that has really stood out about people...namely, people Ive encountered at stores and restaurants who serve me are, extremely friendly and willing to help. This is so refreshing and Ive had a wonderful experience everywhere Ive gone when it comes to Customer Service, until my visit to this Panda. I went through the drive-thru on Sunday, August 5th in the afternoon about 2-3pm. Get up to the window, and a young woman took care of me there. The wait wasn't bad, but her Customer Service was. She barely mumbled a few words at me and wouldnt look at me, when prompting me for payment. When she handed me the food, again, not looking at me. Her whole demeanor was that of someone who hates their job, could careless about you, and "here's your food, now kick rocks". I made a comment to my husband right as we pulled away, that if you loathe your job so much, quit...because this is a "Customer Service" job. It was such a horrible look for Panda, as each employee represents their company. Kind of rare that someone at a stupid drive-thru window makes me feel like I have totally disrupted your life so much, by ordering food where you have chosen to clock-in at and work. Some advice, this girl needs to learn what it means to be in Customer Service for all of 2 mins for a customer, and to remember, they chose their job, no one else...but, in life, you suck it up and put a smile on and be kind and normal to people, especially when you are getting paid to do so. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!! Pulling through the drive-thru to pick up my order I placed online and HAVE CURRENTLY BEEN IN THE DRIV-THRU LINE FOR 25 MINUTES. I can in and ordered and payed at 12:00 they were out of orange chicken so I waited. I was told it would be 6 minutes and when it got done they served 4 people before and ran out of noodles and then never said a word to me. So I went up to the counter and they just looked at me. They lady made my plate with only orange chicken never said sorry we are out noodles or anything. I am very displeased with there service today. Normally they are awesome even when they are busy they are normally great but they were awful today. I waited over 25 minutes to not get served! I like Panda Express food in general, but this particular restaurant is just OK. A safe bet is the orange chicken. Today I paid the premium charge for Shanghai Steak, and it was very overcooked and dry. The staff is minimal, so if there are people ahead of you or they're out of an item you'll be looking at a wait, but I would still consider it fast food, and I like it better than most other fast food joints. Worst panda express I have ever been to. I waited 30 minutes for my order and when I got home and opened my order the green bean chicken was not cooked all the way. The green beans were hard and the chicken was pink in the center. When I called to speak to the manager she was extremely rude. I asked if I could bring the food back in and show her and get a refund for the green beans and she informed me that they are not allowed to give refunds. Completely unacceptable as far as I am concerned. Why would I want to wait for another 30 minutes for an item that you couldn't get right the first time. Good Chinese food, and fast. Really nice selection, and it's made in small batches so it's relatively fresh. All the entrees taste great. The Kung Pao is the best I've had around town, spicy and delicious. It's always consistent, and relatively inexpensive. A good deal for Chinese fast food. read more

Portions size & quality of Chow Mein noodles were not acceptable! I ordered a bowl of Chow Mein noodles & Honey Walnut Shrimp at the drive through window. The bowl was barely filled with Chow Mein (not even halfway filled) & had huge chunks of cabbage! I get a "full" bowl at other locations! I'm so fed up with this location. Do they not know how to keep food cooked so people don't have to wait so long. I went through the drive-through last night, the line was long, vehicles parked in the very front of the store. But, I waited. It was mu turn to order so, I order my usual. I asked for the teriyaki grilled chicken and was told it would be at least a 15 minute wait. I clarified b/c it doesn't take KFC that long. She said several people ahead of me were already waiting. So, I said OK I will have the Honeywalnut shrimp, her reply was, we are out of that. Very frustrated at this point I asked what did they have. I am not kidding when I say she literally names that they were OUT of everything on the menu! I left and ordered nothing. This however, was not the first time this has happened.
