Taste was good, but three hours later I had to drive to Parrish ER with severe cramps that lasted for two days even with medicine. Me and my husband ate here on our recent vacation to Titusville. This is a relatively new location. I ordered some kind of hawaiian almond shrimp and they were amazing!!! The chow mein was kind of dry though. My husband enjoyed his honey chicken but agreed with me that the chow mein was kind of dry. We would definitely eat here again. read more

Food is decent, but the line is always super long and SO. SLOW. I recommend looking ahead at the food before you stand in line for 20 minutes, because they always seem to be out of something. Staff are usually pretty nice. read more

I've been coming here a long time & ordering online when I'm working. They have messed up a few times in the past, but today... was pathetic. I ordered 2 bowls. One barely had any chicken in it. You know... the main part you are paying for. When I say barely... there were maybe 3-4 TINY pieces. And the other bowl had more chicken then the first but still way less then normal. Plus they gave me 2 pieces of broccoli for my side of super greens. I doubt they do this to their walk in customers, or they would say something right there but online orders are just as important & I feel cheated. read more

Not much of a selection for a "gourmet" restaurant. I have had better food from a regular chinese restaurant and definately a much better selection. They did not have enough food in the trays. I get to fantail shrimp and theres 6 shrimp left. I dont want the last 6 shrimp. They have fried rice, but no pork or shrimp fried rice. No shrimp with lobster sauce, no fried wontons etc....I wont go back. read more

I have been to several of this chain, but never had food that was so fresh and tasty. In fact, I had been extremely disappointed by my experiences at the chain, and my daughter convinced me to go anyway. I would actually rate this location as good as some of the finer restaurants at which I have eaten. The service was polite and efficient, but it was the food that stood out. Nothing was overcooked like it had set out on trays all day. It tasted like it was made from quality ingredients. read more

If I could give this place rating lower than one star, I would. The place isn't bad, food is ok, but the service is incredibly inconsistent, borderline racist. I used to go there at least once a week and spend quite a bit on their "family feast". I always got honest portions, until the last two times. The same girl took the order (had to ask for me to repeat it number of times) and asked me to pay ahead. She then promptly started filling orders that came in on-line. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, she tried to fill my order. While the other orders consisted of two scoops and then some extra and could barely close the takeout box, my order consisted of one scoop and didn't even clear the rim of the dividers. Customer that came in after me got served and left before me with box so full he couldn't close it. No, I am not African-American and the girl that served me isn't white, and I do not pay full price for less that half portion. read more

It would be nice to have two servers at once. I always get stuck behind several people in one party and, unlike them, I usually know what I want. I don't sample anything, just want to get my food and go. Unfortunately I have to wait and by the time I get up to order, the trays are about 1/2 full to bordering on empty, which then means I have to wait...again. The food here is bomb. The orange chicken is always ridiculously juicy and flavorful, I crave it most days. However, I rarely go in and order but today I did. I was treated like a major fucking inconvenience. As much as I praise them, I wish they knew they were treating a huge fan like a total piece of shit. I asked for Plum Sauce because for some reason they hide it behind the counter like its valuable, and the rude big girl behind the counter threw it in my bag without even looking. Thanks I guess? Up until today I was a huge Panda Fan, Eating the stuff 10-15 times a month. Upon my arrival today, (Second time this week) I noticed one of the cooks sitting in the last seat down on left as you go in. He was apparently taking his break. While I was in line I observed him, very aggessively picking his nose. At approximately the same time the head guy there motioned for him to return to work and ask himto make some steamed rice. The guy jumped right in and began to do what he had been ask. But, NEVER washed his hands. Unfortunately Billy wasn't there, so I left and will never go back. I've eaten here on and off for the past year or two and have left disappointed nearly every time. I am a huge fan of Panda Express so I've continued to come back in hopes that they improve their food quality and service at this particular location (only one close to work) but always leave wishing I had just gone to the McD's across the street. I'll sum up my past experiences below to save anyone reading this some time and money: On one occasion, I ordered Double orange chicken. Instead of giving me two normal sized scoops, I watched the server dump one small scoop of chicken on my plate then proceed to scoop 2 more PIECES of chicken from the pot and put them on my plate. It was amusing watching the server put so much effort into picking up those two individual pieces of chicken with the spoon, but unfortunately my wallet did not find it amusing. The final serving was actually smaller than one entree of orange chicken. On another occasion, I ordered my meal to go. A very simple order, double orange chicken and some veggies. To my surprise it was actually ready when I got there! Before leaving I opened up the box to take a couple quick bites. The chicken was CHEWY and SLIMY. On the outside it looked completely normal but the meat inside was purple in some places and grey-slime textured in other places. I was so worried about the food being undercooked that I threw it out at that point and ended up getting a coffee from the Starbucks across the street to wash the taste out. Headed back to work hungry. On my LAST outing at this location, I ended up waiting in line for so long that I drew the line (no pun intended) here. Don't get me wrong, the lines usually take outrageously long here, even though there's rarely ever more than 5-6 people in line- but this was ridiculous. Like some of the other reviewers, I only get a 30 minute lunch, usually only 15. (Bonus side-note to manager: PLEASE organize your line-assisting process. Your workers are so scattered that people waiting in line are completely neglected for prolonged periods of time. I've walked out due to this on MORE than one occasion) So anyways, what happened? They ran out of orange chicken right at lunch hour. Really? You forget to cook the most ordered item on the menu right when the lunch rush starts coming in? After about 35 minutes of waiting (yes, 35) the manager has one of her servers hand every one a discount card for the inconvenience. While this sounds like a nice gesture, it wasn't a "free meal on us" card, no. It was a "10% off your next 5 meals here" card. HA! I actually laughed when I read it, as if I'll EVER be coming back. I had to call my boss to explain why I wouldn't be back to work for another half hour. Could've lost a job if my boss wasn't understanding. The time I spent waiting it cost me more than the price of the meal. A 10% discount is abysmal and offensive. A nearby fast-food restaurant that shall remain unnamed once handed me a small hour-glass in the drive-thru and said if I didn't get my meal before it ran out, I get a free meal. Well, I had to wait but....I got a free meal. FREE. I didn't even use the free meal card they gave me, I gave it to a co-worker, but it's all about the consideration and that's why I'll be going back to the unnamed nearby joint and not this Panda Express. The manager could definitely learn something from them. And one last thought: fire the cook. Seriously, I've had so many issues with undercooked food here I wonder how the entire establishment hasn't been shutdown. And yes, it has been the same cook just about every time I have been inside, I know who I am talking about. read more

Where to do I begin... To start, I came in for a take-out order. There was no one ahead of me, but there were a few people in the place dining. When asked for my order, I felt as if the lady was just rushing me along. I ordered 2 large entrees and she could barely fill the takeout box full because Panda was already lacking full pans of food. She then shut my boxes and then called out for more food to be made. Wow, let me tell you how quick those boys in back were to get on top of that *sarcasm*! The woman proceeded down the line and rang my items up. After she rang them up, she walked away without saying a word to me and left my food sitting out on the counter. I said excuse me a couple of times to get her attention before having to very loudly shout at her. I politely asked if I could get my food bagged (after all, I just paid for all of it). Surprisingly she said sorry, but more in an unsympathetic and annoyed way, and continued to explain she was going to fill them up some more with the new food being made. I guess at that point a little communication would have been nice. I should also note that I had nowhere important to be because I ended up waiting an extra 20 mins just to get my food "filled" or should I say added an extra scoop into each. However, while waiting I noticed that NONE of the staff had on proper gloves when handling the food; in front or back. I watched a man put his bare hand into the last of the frozen veggies and scoop them into the new bin of veggies. Then as I was watching, the woman who was serving me touch the food herself, bare handed, with other customers orders. If I had not paid, I would have walked right out. I felt this was by far the worst experience at this Panda and any Panda for that matter. I understand that with the fast food business one is going to come across this, but when your kitchen is on display I would think that one would strive even harder for better sanitation. read more
