I haven't had Panda Express in a long time. Normally I'm not a huge fan of Americanized Chinese food, but I've been craving it lately. I got a plate with lo me in, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. I think entrees vary by location because some of the in store ines weren't reflected on the website. The lo mein was bland and could've used more soy sauce or any type of sauce. The orange chicken and Beijing beef weren't hot or as crispy as I'd like. I also decided to add 3 crab Rangoons for $2 as a treat. It tasted good with sweet and sour sauce. The workers were very nice and thorough. For example, the Asian lady at the register spoke so kindly and asked me several questions like do I want a water cup or do I want any sauces. Surprisingly, the restaurant was clean. There weren't any crumbs or stains at the booth I sat at. They have a big parking lot right next to the store. read more

I used to always go to the Stone Mountain location all of the time. I work in Tucker GA and previously I didn't visit this location. I got my food through Uber Eats on 10-6-2025. Delicious great food and portions! I've been stuck on the honey walnut shrimp that they have here! First time I tried this place I got a plate of honey walnut shrimp and rice only after trying some of my brother food.. Second time I might have got the honey walnut shrimp and chicken to mix it up I forgot what flavor. Another time I got the honey walnut shrimp only with rice. I got a big plate and it was more than enough I ate half for dinner and the other half for breakfast!I got the honey walnut shrimp with orange chicken and fried rice with chow mein also plastic ware and a fortune cookie! Who ever cooked this food and prepared the food for my order deserves a raise! I have not had this food in awhile and this definitely was worth it not a disappointment! Keep up the great work! Panda Express has changed without a doubt. We had the orange chicken "premium" as one of the selections and it seemed not to be much of a "premium"as advertised. Plus, the orange chicken was spicy and we all know orange chicken is not to be spicy. I don't eat spicy. Very disappointing. The service was okay, but could improve because I was next in line and as I was getting ringed up the cashier got distracted by attending the mobile order pick customers verifying the names to the orders. Came in today to get some food the food was good but the customer service was terrible. I walked to the counter and one of the employees was having conversation with her male co-workers. I had to wait for like 10 seconds for her to stop and finally take my order then when I asked for teriyaki chicken she left it there for another employee to cut it and who asked her what she is doing that she can't do it?? I think everyone knows what they are getting into with Panda Express. It's unapologetic Americanized Chinese food. I had the Panda Bowl with Chow Mein. One entrees was Black Pepper Steak and the other was Honey Walnut Shrimp. The Shrimp had a nice crisp around the edges and a sauce kind of like a mild sweet and sour sauce which I liked it. The combination of the savory sauce and tender Angus Steak pieces starts off a little peppery and then it morphs into a flavor that is like the Italian sausage on a pizza. Also, I feel the crunchy bell peppers and onions maybe help push the flavor in my mind. It would be good if they added little more quantity of entrees and make the sides less portion of the meal. Panda Express is a fast food chain for Chinese standards, including some health conscious options. Here the food is freshly stir fried and replaced regularly which makes it better than many cafeteria style restaurants. The place is very clean and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. I liked when the cashier asked me for round off the check to share those pennies to Panda Cares Donation. Their social distancing plan is great too. Clearly marked wait line. Clear plastic guard to protect customers and staff at the cashier. As this place sits in a plaza, their is plenty of free parking in front and around the restaurant. This was an ok, Panda location - no better or worse food quality-wise than the Duluth location. The only thing that makes this one not quite as good is that there is no drive-thru. However, if you order online like I did, they'll have your order ready in a jiffy and you can just walk up to the door which has been transformed into a convenient curbside pick-up stand. I didn't get anything this time, as I opted to grab Panera and Smoothie King across the street. However, my other half ordered the triple entree plate with honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and grilled chicken teriyaki. He got all chow mein as the side. He enjoyed his meal and what I had from it was good to me. Although, the fortune cookies that came with the meal were a little stale. It has been at least 3 years since I've eaten at Panda Express. I was in the area and decided to stop and get something to take home. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I ordered the plate with orange chicken, kung pao chicken , fried rice, super greens and vegetable spring rolls. Everything except for the spring rolls was delicious. Ordered on door dash, apparently they didn't even see my order so thankfully my dasher told them what I paid for and they made it. Lo mein was DRY, fried rice was extremely under seasoned and had huge chunks of eggs in it.. weird. I usually get the veggies instead of these sides but that wasn't available for some reason through door dash. That was extremely disappointing. My chicken was okay, Nothing special... but the most hilarious part was the cream cheese rangoons. Completely empty. All in all, this location is not it. This my third time ordering the same menu items in a month. I wish the chow mein vegetable to noodle ratio was more noodle than vegetable. I like to order a large side of chow mein with my plate. When I open the box, i see lots of noodles then its mostly vegetables hidden under the noodles. The food is fresh but I don't want to pay $5.80 for fried cabbage. When I order chow mein, I would like noodles more than the vegetables. I don't know if it's because I'm ordering through the app so they are giving me leftover??? SUKI, the manager refused to speak about our concerns nor provide a contact to speak to.. These people are obviously under paid becuz they really dont care at all!! So I went to this location today for the first time since I moved here. It was very busy inside and the line was really long. Also they didn't ask if I wanted to soy sauce and they forgot to put my teriyaki sauce in the bag for my chicken which I asked for and I had to walk back in for it. I ordered a bowl with fried rice half vegetables and chicken teriyaki and an order of Rangoon's. I thought that it tasted pretty good but it's only been a few hours and my stomach really hurts it feels like it's cramping and I've had to use the bathroom multiple times. I don't think that I will go back and to be honest I always thought of panda express as a Chinese restaurant that I could go to that wouldn't give me food poisoning and now I have food poisoning. read more

Beware: If you order a group delivery order online via Panda Express, they won't honor it. We booked a group order for a meeting we had, and we found out the manager: a) never received the order (even though everyone who paid got an emailed receipt confirming amount paid, time, and location of delivery), and b) didn't understand how online group ordering worked. I asked her to walk through the process with me so she can understand what I meant and she flat out refused. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the process. This was on April 26 at 11:40am. Our business will never use them until we get an explanation of what happened with the online system. An apology would be appreciated but at this point I doubt we'll receive one. Pick a different option for your business meeting orders. read more

**Kids Eat Free Monday's Review** This was a great deal. For every 2 combo meal, 1 child eats free. The kids portion is about the same size. Plus hey get a cookie. They staff here was great. They let my kids try the different types of chicken. My son picked one at didn't taste spicy at first, but after he started eating it, he said it was. I asked the staff if I could purchase a different chicken dish. They were so nice and just gave him a new place with teriyaki chicken on it. The food is alright, they make new batches when something is low. You have a variety of different plate combos to go with your meal. Typically either fried rice, or fried noodles.
