Always have to wait, however, they have great service. They try to help you as fast as they can. Because there is always a long line, I started ordering online. The times I've had to wait in line, Mayra has been on top of it. I can tell she has tried her best to condense the line by getting the orders quickly and ringing them up. I'm very sad to say that this is getting a one star. Today me and my friend had decided to order some food, and it took AT LEAST and hour and a half! We ordered at 6:30 and then we left at 8 to go talk to them. My friend had went ahead to the front of the line and had told them what had happened, and they said to go back in line. I'm sad that they didn't listen because isn't that what all employees are supposed to do? And for me, the sad thing is that I love panda as well. By far the worst Panda Express I've ever eaten. I've only been to a few but the food was pretty close to the same across the board, which is he the entire point. Until this one. Nothing tastes right and wasn't worth the money. I couldn't even finish it, that's how bad it tasted. The orange chicken was mushy and didn't taste like the sauce it should, we all know the distinct taste of the orange chicken glaze. Instead it tasted like nothing except spicy mushy chicken. Way too spicy and not enough of the other flavored. The chow mein noodles had zero taste and were basically ramen noodles but without the flavor packet. They were gross and awful. How someone can make such bad noodles without trying is beyond me. The walnut shrimp was the closest in taste to how it should be, but even that wasn't quite sweet enough. It also didn't have enough of the sauce that they cook it in - that sweet white one that should cover it. The outsides weren't crispy like they should be either. I've been eating panda for years now (the kid loves it so we end up there all the time), I know what the food should taste like. This isn't even close to that. Take the extra few mins and drive to the one on 41st, at least it tastes like it should. read more

So I read a few reviews about inattentive staff. We ordered a catering order for a company event. While the wait was longer than I'd hoped, one of the people working here- seemed like a manager- checked in on me a number of times and even brought me two egg rolls and a soda on the house. I also noticed that the line was moving pretty quickly. Another thing I read in the reviews (while I was waiting) was small portion sizes So I wanted to see if that was true. It looked like the portion sizes were actually pretty decent. So,relative to previous reviews, I'm giving a pretty high review bc if the other ones are true then there has been definite improvement. There's still room to grow, but I can respect a company that strives for continuous improvement. read more

This place suck in customer service, the manager was talking and showing txt to employees during a big dinner rush. They where out of alto of items , the line was out type door. I waited 20mins before I got served, then they didn't have the chicken I wanted so I opted to wait 12 mins for my chicken. When the chicken was done the employee gave the chicken to the customers that were in back of me then told me he had no more left he was sorry and i can wait 12 more mins for it. I believe this location is under new ownership, and they should rearrange a lot of things. First thing is first they don't wear any hairnets at all. The handlers( servers ) , even the cooks, wear no hairnets! How gross, and to top it off the owners where there at the time and said nothing about hairnets. Second the employees give out minimal food servings because they don't want to keep cooking more all day.( even though that's their job ) lastly the most disgusting thing ever is I found a hair on one of the shrimps. They need to hire more efficient staff. The line is always out the door and the place is empty in the dinning area. The employees at the bar take forever to fulfill orders, a lot of times they just socializing and they don't acknowledge the line. There is enough people working but they don't know how to organize themselves, maybe a manager on duty so it can help. There was a bug in my food the size of my finger nail! When I complained to the manager she didn't care. She offered me a new plate of food. I said that I wanted my money back. She said that she could only refund me if I had my receipt which I had thrown away. She looked in trash and couldn't find it. So I had to go in the trash and find it. Then she tried to only refund me for the food and not the drink! After arguing with her she finally gave me all my money back. And she didn't even switch out the chicken. Horrible customer service! well one good thing about this restaurants is that they are consitant. Consitanly rood, dismissive, and disappointing. This panda express is by far the worst one I have ever been to. the employees are rood and unfortunately practice reverse discrimination. They also run out of food consitantly. On this visit we walked in the door at 9:30pm the line was all the way to the door. at 9:30 the employees were already picking up and cleaning the restaurant no more food was being cooked and its customers were being served the line stayed consistently long on the way to the door. instead of making food they reminded everybody that this is all that was left even though 30 minutes till remain before the doors were to be closed. my family and I will never ever visit this Panda Express by far one of the worst restaurants in Watsonville. and if other people choose to be treated badly and you eat bad food that is not cooked properly then this is the right place for them read more

My boyfriend picked up dinner for us late afternoon on 4/27/17. When I got home I had one of the vegetable egg rollups. We've been getting takeout from them for a while about once a month and never experienced any problems. But about an hour or so after eating the egg roll, I got quite ill, throwing up, diahrrea, etc. My boyfriend had eaten his and part of his dinner but didn't get sick until around 2am. So my family and I go to panda express some what often. I'm highly disappointed in the service I received tonight !!!! I when online to there website to see if they were open still because I wasn't sure being a holiday weekend . The man that answered the phone confirmed that they were open until 10pm!!! So I then decided to drive down there and pick up a late dinner. I got there at 9:20pm sharp!!!! Everything looked already cleaned up and washed like they were almost closed for the night!! They had about four tiny sides of food available only and very minimal!! If your place of business says your open until a certain time and someone has called to make sure that your open and shows up 40minutes before close as well and you tell them you are open!!!
