Don't have anything catered from them. The service was horrible and Rian the manager was worse. We have ordered from them several times and the service is at a all time low now. Ordered almost $200.00 in catered food, received a email telling us to please wear a mask and come into the dining room to receive our order. Upon showing up the manager decided to close the dining room due to a staffing issue. There were employees behind the counter and 2 employees sitting at a table less than 5 feet from the main door. All the employees including Rian the manager ignored my wife for over 5 minutes who stood at the door and occasional knocked. My wife read the email again to verify how to pick our order up, yes we were doing it correctly. We proceeded to call the restaurant several time and some one finally answered the phone, they told us the would bring the order right out. After another 10 minutes of standing by the door they brought our order out, we ask to speak to a manager, he was one of the people sitting by the door talking to the other employee. He told us he did not want to be interrupted and was conducting a interview, he said he put a sign on the door, and we should have went through the drive through, we had 7 giant bags of food to feed 36 people which is ridiculous to be passed through a little plexiglass modified drive up window. With this large of order you would think the manager should have been aware they had a catering order and ready to bring it out. We informed him we were going to call his district manager and he said we should do that. Obviously there is a severe problem and it starts with the managers. On top of it all we received 8 fortune cookies for 36 people, I guess they can't count either. Panda Express definitely has made our sons Graduation Party even more difficult and Memorable for the future. We contacted customer service 4 days ago and are awaiting a response. With all the problems and Covid 19 it is pretty sad how Panda Express has conducted their business and has no customer service. read more

I like to start a review with the Positive and then go to the Negative if there is any. Positive......They were Open. Negative.....I ordered my food thru app as I can't get my Truck and Trailer thru the Drive thru or even in their parking lot. But there is a big lot a short distance away. So after I order and pay I get a notification that they have my order and will be ready in 10 min. So I gave them 15 and when I got there it wasn't ready because they were out of an item and had to make more Fresh. Before I could ask what item, thinking I might switch and it would be ok the person turned and quickly went back in the store. So I tried calling out to them but nothing. I stood there waiting and watching for another 20 mins. As I watched the counter I could see multiple orders waiting for something. Must be why the parking lot was full of people in cars. As I watched the same two people keep going to the boxes sitting on the counter and opening them up. Hmmmm, not sanitary and cold food come to mind. Finally the item was ready and came in it's own little container. So no reason for my food to be opened and gawked at. When she brought it out i asked about it getting cold sitting for so long. I was told it stays warm in the box. Which I said maybe it would if you hadn't opened it so many times. When I finally got to sit down and eat, the Pepper Chicken in it's own container was heat hot and tasted great. However everything in the box was cold. Chow Mein was hard and all stuck together, somehow the Firecracker Shrimp were Blackened Shrimp. The Honey Walnut Shrimp had no sauce on it and was just dry breaded shrimp. And of course they are now closed for the day. read more

I visited on a Saturday evening at 5:30 while it wasn't busy and was asked to wait in the parking lot. I'm happy to do this as I know sometimes this is necessary at Panda Express. 30 minutes go by and still no food so I decided to go inside. At this point there were 4 other individuals that had come inside as well who had not received their food either after waiting in the parking lot as directed. At this point I was told that they were out of chow mein and vegetables so I could either choose something else or wait longer for my food. No apology, nothing offered for my time, so I chose to have my money refunded. I've lost an hour of my life and even though I live less than 5 minutes away from this location and I've given this location many opportunities I will NOT be returning as a customer and neither should you. read more

The tables here were very very very dirty. Not a single clean one, we had to wipe down our own which included crumbs and a water spill (being the cleanest) There was also ants (understandable) just wish they'd do something about it, as well as parts of my rice either being burnt or uncooked (it chewed like a chip). I don't like to complain, at all as I work in fast food myself. I know the standards I hold myself to as a fast food employee though, I wish Panda Express would hold themselves to as well. I waited 11 minutes for my food. When I received it I looked in the bag to make sure everything was there and the container they put the sides in was laying on its side on top of the white to container that I had the rest of my food it. I had leaked all over in the bag before I even left the parking lot. Once I got home it was all over everything leaked through the bag into my seat. Everything in the bag was sticky. Also the food was the worst I have ever experienced and supposedly the beef and broccoli was what I was waiting on. Ok we just went through the drive thru at this Panda Express. We sat behind the only other car for about 15 minutes. When I got to the window the kind lady had my food ready. I ordered the Samurai Surf and Turf based on the amazing looking picture. I will upload it here. She handed me the bag and it felt strangely empty. I reached in and found a teeny tiny box. my kids and I were like whoops something is wrong. I got the ladies attention and said "sorry I ordered the Surf and Turf" she said "that's it" I said "No I mean I didn't want a sample, I wanted the whole order", she explained that's it. My whole family erupted in laughter as it was so shocking. Even the lady at the window giggled with a "I totally agree" look. This box is smaller than a lemon. I can hold this box with two fingers. This box would comfortably cover my nose without blocking my eyes. This box would only hold a mouse if the mouse was cut in half. This box if filled with water would not fill a 16th century Chinese tea cup. Anyway I digress. This cost $4.50. I opened it and found it had two pieces of Steak (half the size of the steak in the picture) and two shrimps. The rest of the box had green beans and potato cubes and red peppers smashed into mush to fit into the rest of the box. I would have taken it back but I must admit it was soooo shocking that it has supplied us with $4.50 worth of entertainment easy. Needless to say I am done with Panda Express!! I will add a pic of the drive through window enticing Surf and Turf Picture, and a picture of the box. I set it next to a lemon which you can tell is bigger. This box is smaller than my PC mouse. Not worth the trouble. Last month I went through the drive through and they messed up my order. I called and spoke to Priscilla for a refund but paid cash so I took them up on their offer of free replacement of the meal(Priscilla was the person who messed up the meal originally) she took my name and told me to give her name when I come in to get it. Today I went in to get my free plate. I get to the register and tell the cashier that I'm on some sort of special freebie list. She found my name but then asked for a receipt... I wasn't told I needed a receipt. She got a manger and I said I have my ID to prove my identity but I was not told to keep my receipt so I don't have it. My ID wasn't good enough. They made zero efforts to correct their second wrong against me and didn't apologise either. I canceled my order walked out and wasn't able to to get food on my lunch. Looks like the owners and manager's could care less about customers, which is sad. read more

Ugh! I was looking for something quick to eat and not wanting Burger King or one of the other choices in the area, decided on Panda Express. Oh I wish I hadn't. They had this big sign on the door about Peking Beef vs. Orange Chicken so that's what I ordered as well as half fried rice and half noodles. Before I even had a chance to try anything I realized I had forgotten to grab a napkin or soy sauce. I headed back over to the area they have the soda machine only to realize there were no napkins or condiments there. So I did another quick scan around and noticed that these items didn't appear to be anywhere. I had to wait in line and ask for them from the guy behind the counter. It seems a bit weird that they don't openly offer these items, yet when I asked for them he gave me four soy sauce and about a half dozen napkins. Personally I only needed two of each so as a cost saving measure this makes no sense to me. Okay on to the food. I found both the noodles and rice to be bland and even with the soy sauce only marginally better. The Orange Chicken tasted a bit off and over cooked. We came in with our two younger children for a quick meal on July 31st at 8 pm, and were served generous portions right away but they were out of 3-4 entree items that would have enjoyed. We were told the wait for those would be "about 5 minutes." Fine, we had them bring the beef broccoli to our table when it was ready. When it did arrive, it was mostly broccoli with 3-4 little pieces of beef. But what brings this rating down was the FILTH of the dining area: dirty napkins scattered about the floor, tables that were not wiped down, old food underneath the tables where previous customers dined, etc. GROSS! If the restaurant was super busy, id cut them a break, but for a few minutes during our visit, 5 young employees were gathered around a dining table, chatting, and two were on their phones. Today I went through the panda express drive-through. The boy who served us looks like he was maybe 13 years old, he didn't know what he was doing he kept asking questions to the other coworkers, when I was ordering. When he was handing me my drinks through the window he didn't put the lid on correctly and drenched my whole hand with sticky soda juices. his repulsive thoughts was to just give me the drink without the lid attached onto it, I had asked for napkins and he goes "you want napkins?" Like yeah I want fucking napkins, you spilt the sticky soda all over my hand. So he gives me napkins to dry off my hand. He then hand me the cup with soda all over the sides of it, I asked him if he could dry it off and he proceeds to give me attitude. Some people like this shouldn't work in the panda express industry, I've never had such a bad experience at a panda express before. That's not even the worst part, he proceeds to hand me the bag of food with my food upside down in the bag. When I open the bag my food was sloped inside and not in the container properly. This location is poorly managed. Each time I have given them a 'second' chance I find that the staff is distracted with either drive thru or delivery orders that they will straight up ignore customers who are asking them for assistance. I don't know if they do noodle dances every hour on the hour or if they just don't care that there is chow mein literally under EVERY table, tables are dirty and service is disrespectful at best. During one visit I asked to speak with a manager who was uninterested in my feedback to greet each customer and at least let them know that they are seen and will be helped soon. The employee said we discontinued that at this location, then the manager comes out states to me the employees don't know what is going on we will have it next week. Sorely disappointed in the Orange Chicken. The pieces put on my plate were mostly small nuggets of breading, that were like rubber. Other pieces were either really thin and all breading hardly no meat, while others were big and meaty but hard to chew. For someone with dentures, it isn't easy to bite extremely well, especially when it's hard or really crispy. In fact, it could break a tooth. Staff was OK in service, the bathroom was better smelling this time but still needs to b cleaned. I rarely travel up North. I was on my way home from a doctor appointment and I was hungry. I went through the drive-thru and ordered chow mein and a spring roll. The food was ok, the customer service was non-existant. I was not given a fork or napkins and it's like they couldn't get rid of me fast enough.
