The worst service I've ever experience in any Panda Express. There were tons of people in the back and no one came to help me with my order or even acknowledged that I was waiting. It was ridiculous. After the long wait with no one in line in front of me, I ask for a discount or anything for the inappropriate attitude when I was ignored. There were 8 people working.. 8 PEOPLE! This place is hit or miss. About 50% of the time they will mess up your food if you go through the drive thru. Most of the time the employees don't serve you as much as you want. On this visit during the dinner hour rush the Panda Express in Wilsonville was very busy with several patrons waiting in line yet the staff worked seamlessly between the different sets of customers and orders. I had a very pleasant visit here. Not only was it an odd hour to eat (after 8pm) but there was a very high influx of customers who arrived at the same time and steadily past the time I was done eating. I order a small plate with rice noodles and orange chicken. The rice and chicken were great but the noodles were gross and i hated them. I asked if they were made fresh today and got a rude response from the cashier who then just offered me a different plate with more noodles they still tasted dry and stale and i could even swallow them. I told her i hated the noodles and do not want any more because clearly they are serving week old noodles or something. She got really defensive and told me if i do not like to never come back so i am going to take her advice. I go through the drive through...told to wait...then I get told they can't hear me, so I back up. I'm yelling "Hello!" multiple times and no answer. So I drive forward to the window. NOTHING. So I bang on the window and honk my horn. I get told because I backed up so they could hear me they stopped responding (I guess there is a sensor). where did they think I went considering I hadn't pulled up to the window yet!?!?! Then I am suppose to have the menu memorized so I know what to order?? So off she went to get the menu. And after all that...I got home only to discover NOTHING IN MY ORDER WAS WHAT I ORDERED!?!?!? Disappointed again! I go there and order a 2 entree meal with fried rice and a drink. I even had been waiting 5 minutes to order. Not too tough, right? The restaurant was very busy and the kitchen had a difficult time keeping up. The service area was managed EXCEPTIONALLY well by Brenda. She was a total rock star. She organized orders, interacted with customers and managed a new employee in a very capable manner...all with a smile on her face. Horrible! I don't usually write reviews on fast food type places but this was too horrible not to let others know. Service, horrible. Food, horrible. They were out of several entrees and nobody was in any hurry to make more (it was no where near closing time). After scrapping the bottom of a couple of dishes (food look terrible and tasted worse), we were almost done but then they ran out of teriyaki sauce. We were told to wait while they 'made' more. After about 10 minutes and after every employee walked passed us without a care, I asked again about the sauce. I was then told they didn't have any...not sure how you run out of teriyaki sauce. I've been here a few times. Since it's on the way to and from Eugene/Portland, I usually would stop here for a quick bite. Honestly, Panda Express' food has really improved over the last few years. It actually tastes better and doesn't look and taste like they just thawed it right before you got there. But this particular panda express... is run by idiots. All the people who work there just are dumb high school aged kids. Every single time i go here (whether it's the drive thru OR walk in to get something to-go) They don't give me any utensils. No napkins. Nothing. I mean, I guess I should just learn to check the bag before rushing out to my car/rushing out of the drive thru... But still. It's sort of fast food common sense. Figure it out. Every single time the same thing happens. No fork, no napkins, no sauce. Just a box of food That i now have to wait for about an hour to eat because I'm not just going to eat it like a savage while driving down the interstate. Come on!! Really??? I don't have time to just drive all the way back and complain to people who don't even care about their job that much, about the fact that I do not have a fork. This has happened several times (I honestly lost count) over the last year and a half. Definitely will not be going to this one again. Go to the one off the Lake Oswego exit. I sent my husband to get something to eat and it was within 15 minutes of closing. They offered him scraps that were left over from the day and refused to cook fresh food for him despite their hours stating they were open until 10pm. I understand that the owner may want to save on food waste but why do so at the expense of potential lost future business? I wonder if their food at the end of the day is compliant with the Oregon Food Handler policies since this location seems to think that people who shop at the last minute need to be fed scraps that are minutes from being discarded. Filthy restaurant, old spilled sticky pop all over floor, food tastes 'off', no cup lids in dispenser in lobby with the "employees" goofing off behind the counter. Last time we were here, employee was using the broom she used on the floor to 'sweep' off the seats...eww. It seems like this restaurant just continues to go downhill. Won't be back. read more

I used to love this Panda Express but lately it has gone downhill. I recently ordered a 2 entrée plate with fried rice, Orange chicken, and Kung-Pao chicken at the drive-thru. I should of checked my order before leaving as got white rice instead. The Orange chicken was hard and dry. The Kung-Pao was good though. I couldn't finish it all and saved it until the next day and the rice was hard by then. If they would use good quality rice this wouldn't happen. The employees are friendly but I don't being asked if I would like to donate my change to Dornbecher Childrens Hospital. Just visited this location on a lunch break and completely disappointed. The fried rice was burned so bad it is almost black and tastes like it sat in a fireplace for a week. The orange chicken is extremely over cooked and the fork broke trying to eat it. I will not be visiting this location again. I understand mistakes happen in a kitchen and things get burned.
