Room was full, kids having fun, noise level medium high - staff going quick but not missing a beat. They offered me a drink for the wait, which was very kind and unexpected. It felt like they just put stuffs ready made in large quantities together. Broccoli was sandy, seemed not had been washed before cooking. I love going here! I can't say that enough. This location is always clean and the customer service is always on point. Just fyi if you love Super Greens, try them here. This Panda Express is such a hit and miss. So many times it seems like they do their best to show they care about the walk in customers but it's obvious drive though it their priority. Guys when the string beans turn brown, throw them out don't mix them with the new batch. The quality just went down the tubes. The basic PE concept is there and keeps them going but from mixing old with new and not cleaning the dining area because your too busy with the drive through just pushes me to the next building, In and Out Burger. Can't speak for the drive thru that most negative reviews are complaining about, but dine in experience was excellent. Staff was friendly, seemed like they were very happy in the back, laughing and hollering, it's nice to see a happy work environment. They skimped a bit on the portions but honestly you're not really supposed to eat so much fast food, esp Chinese food, we didnt even finish it all so it was plenty, and all very fresh! When I want something yummy and fast and it's not a burger I go to panda. So many different meats and sides to choose from. A few of my personal favorites are orange chicken, sweet fire chicken and Beijing beef. The sides I usually pick or chow me in and fried rice. DEFINITELY NEVER COMING BACK! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you trying to grab a meal real fast through the drive thru, the person tells you to pull forward while they prep the honey walnut shrimp. They said it'll take them 5 mins to have the order ready. 20 mins later, no one from Panda Express comes out. To top it off, the cars that ordered after me has all picked up their orders and left. I walked in to check on the status of my order, the worker said they already handed the meal out...Instead of admitting they're at fault for handing the order to the wrong person, they accused me of trying to get a free meal and asked their manager for assistance. I handed them the receipt, the manager said they'll get the order ready again...and it gets worse. They mentioned how the teriyaki chicken was also not ready and it'll be an additional 30 mins wait. Super slow at getting orders out, they are more consistent with leaving me hanging outside waiting on some greens for more then 25+ minutes, like literally blanched and pan fried for no time at all. Placing my order in the drive thru is extremely rushed by the girl taking your order! As soon as you get close to the speaker the damn girl is expecting you to know what you want and gets really pushy. After looking over the menu I place my order. We ordered two bowls. One with chow mein with orange chicken and the other one with fried rice and shrimp. The orange chicken didn't taste all that good and trust me I've been to a ton of Panda Express since they opened and I know what it should taste like and this place makes it different not in a good way. There.was only.1 person in front of me. However they did have a lot of drive through orders.They told me that it would be a 7-8 minute wait. They told me that they would call me. I paid for my order and waited rightt next to counter. 15 minutes later I asked them. They said they had forgot abput my order. I asked for napkins and forks. They also forgot that too. I had to go back to counter and ask again for sauce, napkins because they forgot. They do not seem to care about the customers. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I don't write bad reviews for anyone as I am in the customer service industry myself but what happened last night was ridiculous. Pulled up into the drive thru and sat at the intercom for almost 12 minutes before someone even acknowledged that we were there. Come to find out they had people walking up to the window to order on foot because there doors were locked. Need I mind you it's 9:35 and they close at 10. Told us it would be a 5 min wait that turned into 30. Gave our order to the people behind us then took the food back inside and let it sit there for another 15 min. 8 employees inside all cleaning and worried about going home when they have people waiting and still trying to order. Had to go inside to finally ask where our food was and they just pointed at it sitting there behind the counter. Waste of labor and a waste of my time I will NEVER come back here. We finally get home and open up everything and realize they didn't give us our shrimp!!! We live on the deep west side. Off Ashley. So it was annoying we had to drive back to pick up the shrimp!! Then when we send someone to pick it up NOONE there knew why we were there or what we were talking about. They had to ask someone in the back.
