I normally like panda express. But my experience today has left me frustrated. Hopefully this is not a normal thing. I went through to order for my husband and I and this was my order. Two orders of cream cheese Rangoon, two orders of spring rolls, Fried rice, teriyaki sauce, Beijing beef, chicken and mushrooms, and Angus steak. This was the bigger plate. The first problem was I couldn't see the menu, from the order box, the order box comes before the menu. I am sure I'm not the only one who is frustrated by that. Secondly I get home and I am missing the steak part of my order which is what my husband wanted. I tell the employee that my husband will pick it up on his way home from work. Apparently that is not good enough, my husband has to come home to pick up the receipt and drive all the way back there to pick up the food they forgot to put in my bag. That's not the way you treat people. Seriously, I feel extremely frustrated and probably will never return. It was supposed to be a nice dinner with just me and my husband after a very frustrating week so far. It backfired by trusting that what I paid for I got. read more

I had a bad experience at a different location when I ordered the honey walnut shrimp, so I asked if they could make sure it was hot and crispy, to which she was happy to accommodate. Even came and dropped it off to me at my car in front. read more

I don't know why I don't come here more often. They have drive thru and online ordering and give you a free entree when you take their short survey. Beijing beef was really good and they give you good portions. I was able to get in and out with fresh, delicious food in like 5 mins, it was awesome. Keeping the one star rating unfortunately. Now not only are the portions small and served really slow but the latest is that they no longer include egg in the fried rice! They have a nice little sign saying they are trying a new recipe because of an industry supply shortage but the short answer is that egg is gone from the fried rice and yes you will still be paying the same full price. Any excuse to bump their profit margin. Should I mention that Costco is in the same parking lot and has an unlimited supply at very reasonable prices? read more

This is the only panda location that serve smallest food portion I ever had. Every time my family go here for dinner always surprised the portion of our food in our plate. Tonight my plate has 5 pieces of orange chicken on my first entree and my second entree had 3 pieces of broccoli with 4 tiny pieces of beef. This location do not give enough portion like other panda location. I leave in woodland and I was happy they open a panda near by, I rather drive to Davis. Staff in Davis are very friendly, fast and food portion are great like what you expect when you eat Panda Express. Drive thru take 30 minutes wait and disappointed with your food portion. My husband and I stopped here on our way up to Fort Bragg. We used the drive thru. We both ordered a Panda Bowl, he had Beijing beef and white rice, I got pineapple chicken with fried rice. We have ordered drive thru and have been not given the right food once thinking it was a honest mistake. We then ordered dinner once again going thru drive thru sitting in line for 20 and repeating our selfs 3-4 times what we ordered and once again have been given the wrong order. We have also experienced that there portions are a lot smaller then those of other Panda Express we have ate at. The food that we did get was dry and horrible tasting. This will be the last time we eat here. I highly recommend just eating at a local Chinese eatery instead. read more

Should have checked reviews before even coming here. First off lady was pretty short at the speaker , then we get to the window ask for lots of chili's sauce . Look in the bag , no chilie sauce..ask again for LOTS of chilie sauce I get handed 3. Secondly I get home and my order was wrong. I ordered half and half with orange chicken and sweet fire chicken and a kids meal with orange chicken and chow mien , I get a kids meal with orange chicken and rice . Very upset and disappointed the girl taking my order was so rushed she kept on repeating something I didn't order then when she finally repeated correct food in wrong plates she got frustrated and loudly said OH MY GOD! I then told her she was being rude and she yelled YOU ARE RUDE ! There is nothing express about this particular Panda. After waiting in line for a long time I had to wait even longer as they had ran out of chow-mein. Once the chow mein was done I expect my order to be filled but no, I saw how the other people in line got their food first, once someone was available then my order was filled. If you really want the Panda Express experience go to a different one, food was ok, lacked flavor unlike every other Panda I have gone to which was excellent. read more

This place is getting worse and worse. Friday evening 5:15 pm dinner rush and you run out of chow mein? So they tell you to pull forward and they will bring it out to you. They tell 5 cars to do this no place to park so our cars are blocking the driveway. 10 minutes later I park car go into Panda Express mad. They give me my food and I get home NO TERIYAKI sauce. They never give you the sauce like it will financially break them. Fire Marshall should check into how they can tell people to pull around but yet no spot to temporary park. Owner needs to do something about service. I will take business elsewhere. read more

Well I can't say I hate this place cause I eat their once a while but the issue with them is no matter what you order they always fill up the plate with more than chow mein and when it comes to other foods, they would only put tiny bit of it. I don't come here just to buy chow mein and pay close to 10$ sometimes even more. I don't mind paying for food but I don't only come here just for chow mein, they do that cause noodles are so cheap to purchase and chicken isn't. Cant give negative stars unfortunately. I usually buy at the one in Natomas. I don't know how the same restaurant could be so different such a short drive from Natomas, BUT IT IS! Crappiest meal I ever had. Got a plate with chowmein, shanghai angus beef and orange chicken. Beef tasted like dog food and had obviously been sitting a while. Chicken was very dry, and apparently also had been sitting. Tasted like vinegar. The chowmein was even worse; dry, unseasoned and so old the noodles were stiff. I will never, ever, ever eat here again. Once was enough. Almost forgot to mention, the food looks NOTHING like in the Yelp pics AND yes, as some others have noted, the portions were ridiculously small, except for the chow mein. The worst Panda I've ever been in. Many of the entrees were empty, even with 2 cooks. I let several patrons pass me while I waited for an entree to be made. A few of them asked for the same entree, yet they still didn't start on it. I kept asking for how long it would take and it was in line behind 3 other dishes. Ridiculous. Came here tonight with some friends and we all ordered panda bowls with fried rice and different meats. Once we sat down and started eating the rice was super crunchy and then mushy at the same time. It was just cooked all wrong. We went back up to the counter to let someone know and they said "Oh we know it didn't come out right. Do you want something else?" This evening, after avoiding this place for over a year for their employees having poor hygiene and poor customer service. I decided I would go in and give it a second chance. Boy, did I make a mistake. Customer service was still horrible, and hygiene still poor. When the person taking our food order leaves half way without excusing herself to open up the female restroom door to yell at the cashier to and I quote " Get the hell back out there" returns without gloves and without washing her hands to then start preparing our bowls again...Not to mention, food quality looked poor, as if nothing was made fresh in several hours. Everytime i go here i have an issue. They never have anything ready around dinner time and the portions are skimpier than skimpy. I've been here twice. My first time I came to the restaurant, it was 10 minutes before close. They informed me that they "ran out of food" and wouldn't serve me. Second time I went, half the food out and what remained looked cold and stale. Food itself tasted as such.
