I've only been here for a few years but I think this is the first time I've been to this branch of panda express. What I appreciate about this place is the fact that everyone works quickly and yet they can pay attention very precisely to your order. I appreciate that they have people on hand who can speak Spanish for customers who may not be English speakers, but I also appreciate the patients of the workers if there is no translation. The food quality is still the same great tasting, hot when serve served, filling after the meal. I was a little disappointed that they discontinued the eggplant tofu dish but I guess not too many people are looking for plant-based meals here. The parking can be a bit challenging but there are plenty of spaces that do not sit right in front of the restaurant. There are plenty of spaces in the restaurant if you want to dine in, but there was also a huge line for people looking to dine out as well. Definitely will be making my way back here soon. read more

- - RIP OFF - - Every time, which has been 3x so far, the plate portions have been half empty at this location. I shouldn't really see the sides of the containers. Never have at any other location. Just this one. They are trained to be skimpy and not give the customers what they are paying for. I have to ask for extra teriyaki sauce because there is very little sauce on things I've ordered. Very dry entrees. The extra money they charge for Honey Walnut Shrimp is not worth the extra cost. I normally get 3-4 Dry shrimp. This location is horribly run by cheap management. I saw the 2 Stars rating on Yelp and without reading the actual comments, Im gonna go ahead and back them up. Only because I have been here numerous times now and it's always been a big let down. I recently placed a catering order with Panda Express for a church potluck event a week ago, and while the food itself was good (as always), the experience around pick-up left a lot to be desired one week later. I arrived at the scheduled time, only to find out that my order wasn't ready -- it ended up being 20+minutes late to pick up some orders.. While I understand things can get busy, there was no communication beforehand to let me know there would be a delay. I could've adjusted my timing if I had known. What made it more frustrating was the staffing situation. There didn't seem to be enough employees to handle both regular service and the catering orders. I ended up having to leave and return over 2 hours later just to pick up my order after church service.. Not ideal when you're on a schedule and depending on things to run smoothly. That said, once I finally got the food, it was warm and well-packed. Everyone enjoyed it, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. I just hope they improve communication and staffing in the future for large orders -- especially catering, where timing is critical. read more

I am very surprised to see the low rating for this Panda! I am guessing it is because they are not consistent with the food portion and maybe even the freshness. We ate in and I ordered mine first. They were very low on the broccoli beef and I was told I could wait about 7 minutes. I stood there and watched Angelo serve about 5 people before the dish I was waiting for was ready. I was served by female who gave me portions much smaller than the other two servers! I had to ask for more orange chicken which she threw in a few pieces but I couldn't believe the discrepancy in the servers and I told her that. Not cool! But the food tasted good and fresh. I forgot how much I do not care for their fried rice and shouldn't order it but everything else was great. While we were eating in the restaurant I was completely impressed with the cleanliness. I watched Angelo clear tables, wipe tables, sweep and wash windows while we were there. He was also very friendly when my sister spoke to him. I also used the restroom and was pleased to see how clean it was. YC Panda, your store is one of the best ones I have been to! But, please please be consistent with your portion sizes!!! This is our go-to spot to order Panda Express for pot lucks. We frequently order large catering trays of fried rice, chow mein, etc. Everything is hot and fresh. Flavors were great. We had an instance where the large catered tray of chow mein was burnt so it was not edible. We didn't know until we opened the tray at our party already. I went back and spoke to the manager and she fixed it immediately. They made us a brand new tray with no issues. Customer service is great. There's plenty of seats and bathrooms are locked. Bathrooms were clean and locked which prevents anyone from using them. The line is getting long now so I'm glad I got in when I did but it's moving fast. TLDR: Ripped off! I was given HALF portion of an entree that I paid an EXTRA $1.83 for. Seriously?! I ordered a big plate meal through Uber Eats delivery. For one of my entrees, I paid the EXTRA $1.83 to have the honey shrimp and walnuts. When it arrived, the section of the tray with the shrimp was HALF shrimp and HALF orange chicken (my other entree). So I ended up with 1 1/2 portions of orange chicken and only HALF a portion of the shrimp. This is really lazy and unacceptable service - especially since I paid EXTRA for the shrimp! Total rip off! Nothing stands out really. They don't greet you or even say thank you but that pretty much every place now. The drive thru area is disgusting & very dirty. The broccoli in the Supergreen is too large and too crisp to eat without cutting it up. When I asked for a knife to cut them into smaller chunks, I was told that they don't have knives but that they have ordered some. I asked if they could cut them for me and was told by the manager that they are not allowed to because they are required to consider food contaminated once it has been given to a customer. This is understandable, so I asked if they could give me some broccoli that had been cut up. The manager said that the broccoli was cut to a standard size and they are not allowed to deviate. She told me that this has never been a problem before, yet they have ordered knives. It appears that the manager has no discretion to make decisions to meet customer needs. Perhaps the role of the manager is only to ensure corporate rules are rigidly followed without the ability to make appropriate adaptations to meet customer needs.. read more

I was missing chicken completely and the steak was chewy and fatty. I got about 4 to 5 edible bites, not good meat, edible for 12 bucks... Never again PANDA... You Suck.. We read the reviews, but stopped anyway, everything was fine. 1. Since it is buffet style prep, go at a busy time and the food will be fresher. We walked in At 11:30 and had no wait. 2. Meat to veggie ratio was appropriate- no skimping on chicken, temperature was appropriate. 3. There was a complaint/review about not having knives. This is common in Asian dining. 4. Offered us sauces and we had more than we needed. 5. Staff was pleasant, greeted us when we walked in, the Manager was part of the service line. 6. Dining room was clean, although there were two recently vacated tables that needed cleaning, and the staff were all at the serving line. The place filled up quickly and it doesn't look like the tables were ready when they were needed. Finally- I suggest patrons walk in and avoid the drivethru. It is always better to make your entree selections by what you see is freshest at the moment. We are taking left overs home for dinner. read more

The food took fifteen minutes or so to be given to us which I find to be much too long. Decided to order here since they were doing $1 delivery special. Ordered a bigger plate, a regular plate, crab Rangoons and egg rolls. Chow Mein and rice were flavorless. Teriyaki chicken was not cooked all the way and full of fat. Beef and broccoli was all broccoli and one piece of meat. I'm a big panda fan, but this location is the absolute worst. I walked in at 2:00 pm with 8 other co workers ready to spend our money in exchange for some good food. They didn't really have any food out ready, we took notice, understood and discussed going elsewhere but decided to stay. They gave us inaccurate wait times and couldn't get orders correct despite them writing it down on the plate. Food was missing and when we walked up to point it out, they wouldn't budge and wouldn't admit mistake. Rice was over greasy and the chicken was dry as hell. Do NOT come here. Do NOT spend your money here. Do NOT expect human decency if you decide to come. I'll never come back to this location and will urge the rest of the company I work for to stay away. There's plenty of good food options next door, across the street. They also don't enforce the mask mandatory that is posted on their door. This place is unprofessional and unsafe. So disappointing...First the girl that rudly took my order literally RUSHED me and i wasnt even able to get everything i wanted because she was acting like they were so busy but there was nobody in line at the drive thru but me. Then after i received my food, I simply asked for sweet and sour sauce the girl at the window rolls her eyes makes a comment to one of her male co workers then rudly hands me a handful of sauce and closes the window like I was bothering her. I get home to find that the teriyaki chicken I ordered only had 4 pieces and no teriyaki sauce.
