I have been to this restaurants drive thru 3 times so no one can say I didn't give it a fair shake. However all 3 times I encountered the same problem, burnt food. This is for the drive thru only. I have never gone into the dining room of this particular Panda so I can not comment if there would have been a difference. The drive thru I can say that for some reason the food was always burnt or over cooked. Whether the warmers are too hot or it sits too long because the drive thru doesn't do the volume the dining does so the foods sits longer but it is not palatable at all. Maybe the dining room would be better, maybe I will try it in the future. But will never go through the drive thru again. So I took a star off for each bad meal I got in the drive thru. So disappointing...First the girl that rudly took my order literally RUSHED me and i wasnt even able to get everything i wanted because she was acting like they were so busy but there was nobody in line at the drive thru but me. Then after i received my food, I simply asked for sweet and sour sauce the girl at the window rolls her eyes makes a comment to one of her male co workers then rudly hands me a handful of sauce and closes the window like I was bothering her. I get home to find that the teriyaki chicken I ordered only had 4 pieces and no teriyaki sauce. We were visiting family and Panda Express was an easy choice to satisfy a number of different preference. Ordered through the app and only received half of the order. :( We called Panda Express and staff was deeply apologetic and tried their best to make it right. Unfortunately the easiest option (to give a store credit) would t have worked for us because we're not local. But one staff member (didn't catch her name but she was amazing) went above and beyond to get us our food when DoorDash opted to not send another Dasher to pick up the food. Definitely got food poisoning after eating here last night. My orange chicken was pink on the inside (I'm sorry I didn't take a picture but I promise I'm not lying). It was also very noticeable in my vomit... I won't ever eat at a panda express again let alone at this location. This is the weirdest experience I've had a Panda Express. There's a reason Habit next door had a line inside and the drive thru was full and no one was at Panda. This is the second time I've been to this location. The rangoons are so over cooked that the last time the cream cheese wasn't even in it because they had cracked. But today takes the cake. Isabella, the girl who helped my boyfriend and I, was so rude and had such an attitude. So we go in and she asks my boyfriend what he wanted "I would like half chowmein and half fried rice". She starts making his plate and then starts making another one just like it and then looks a me and "goes anything else". I look at the plate " want white rice orange chicken and broccoli beef". "So you don't want to plates." I repeat what I wanted. She rolls her eyes turns and another work asks her what happened, she dumbs the ToGo box and then starts scooping my food into the SAME container. She makes my food and I get rangoons (way over fried) and spring rolls. "She'll help you" and points to the cashier. Leaving the food far enough on the counter that I'm not comfortable reaching for it. Then we get rang up and the cashier doesnt give us our food. She walks off. "Excuse me, can I get sweet and sour sauce, we got the spring rolls and rangoons and they normally offer them to us and then can I have our food." The cashier also has the same attitude. Like I bothered them. I would assume ever customer should be asked about sweet and sour sauce. I didn't think I was asking for anything outrageous. I'm starting this place off with 5 ! We arrived on their second day of opening! The food was great and the service was exceptional, especially from Ashley! She was very professional and displayed a lot of patience all with a smile! She was very accommodating when my wife asked her to sample a few things; even though the line was backed up. The line was pretty long when we arrived and twice as long when we left. The establishment was very clean (hell, the place is brand new) and everybody was hustling. Whoever trained them did an outstanding job! The folks working the food line called out an item that was empty and the cooks had it out in a few short minutes. Talk about a well oiled machine! We sampled their Walnut Shrimp and Teriyaki Chicken and they were pretty good. We ended up ordering the 'Bigger Plate' (3 entree plate plus side) with Wok-fired shrimp, Broccoli Beef, Black Pepper Chicken, and Super Greens instead of rice or chow mein. I never knew that was an option before. I actually felt like I ate a healthy meal and didn't feel weighed down as I usually did after eating my entrees' with Chow mein or fried rice. I think from now on I'll order my plate with super greens. Everything was flavor packed. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and were crisp to the bite. This place should do fine at this new location and I wish them well. You can't beat the price for all the food you get! I paid $11.42 and my meal fed two people. read more

Was told it would take 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I'm sitting waiting on my order. I called in to check on my order as I can see through the window they were cutting the chicken but it was going to other orders and not mine and the lady was very rude and had a horrible attitude towards me. I waited another 8 minutes for her to bring out my order after she gave everyone waiting in the parking lot their food before me even though I was waiting there before all of them. I finally just pulled up to the window, hoping they would take my order if they see me and also to find out why no one would take my order. I waited another 5 or so minutes before a pimple faced young lady told me their speaker box wasn't working. I asked her "Why didn't someone just put a sign on it saying it wasn't working"? She actually replied "because the manage just doesn't want to!" Whent there twice 3/28 and 3/31 both times they weren't busy just a couple of people picking up their order, i notice female cashier wearing gloves handling dirty money amongst leaving her station to perform other tasks without never changing gloves or using any kind of sanitizer, grabbing food containers and putting them in bags, the part that concerned me the most was when I complained about her handed me a couple of unprotected forks, so I complained about it and asked for someone else handle it, the manager Whent to the back and handed me a set of plastic ware sealed in a plastic wrap. When the girl named "LIZ" brought me my food there was no sauces or utensils so I asked her politely if I can get some and she said they're inside and just simply walked away! I was like ok maybe shes super busy but when I literally watched her walk in and start wiping down the counter I was like on shes not that busy. So i go in myself to get some sauces and utensils and right off top this same girl liz started being rude like it was an inconvenience for her and when I told her she had really bad customer service then she started mimicking my voice(like a gay feminine voice) and being super condescending. Terrible service and food. I waited in the drive thru parking spots for my food because they were in the process of making something. I asked how long the wait would be while I was in the drive thru and they said about 8 minutes. We got our food almost twenty minutes later. The food was horrible.
