DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Ordered through GrubHub for my family and I and as I was dumping the Kung Pao Chicken onto my plate a cockroach fell out with my food! A FULLY COOKED COCKROACH!!! The manager was extremely rude and did not want to give us a refund after we drove back to the restaurant to show them we didn't eat any of the food, we just wanted our money back. She said we needed to take it up with GrubHub and also told another customer (who was about to pay for her food at the time) that we "ordered from GrubHub and brought the cockroach back from our home". She ended up calling the police on us because the customer who she told we brought the roach from our home got extremely upset and told the manager she was terrible at her job. The customer had proceeded to look at the roach as it was still the box from Panda Express and the manager told her to step away from the food. The customer told her she has a right to see what is going on in this establishment as she had just ordered from there and told them to give her her money back and refused her food. The manager told us all to get out because we were disrupting her guests. Half of us were outside with the manager blocking the doorway and as the other upset customer was trying to leave as well while the manager was blocking the door the customer told her to get out of her way since she wanted us out and shoved passed. The manager then told her she was going to file an assault claim against her. The customer told her go ahead and call the police, I will do the same! All we wanted was a refund and the form to fill out to file a complaint and the manager told us to come back tomorrow. The police showed up, got our side of the story and retrieved the paperwork for us. He let us know as well the manager was going to show him the video footage of the other customer "assaulting" her, but that had nothing to do with us so we were "free to go". The other customer also gave me her name and phone number so we can use her as a witness to what happened if need be. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Manager's name was Michelle so I hope none of you ever have to deal with her! Would have been a totally different story if the manager didn't call us a liar and was empathetic AT ALL. Instead she was COMPLETELY RUDE. I just want to know who would order delivery and purposely place a COOKED cockroach in food THEY DID NOT EVEN TOUCH just to drive themselves back for a refund????? We showed up on a Friday night at 8:15, when you go to open the door, the doors are shut and locked, knock on the door the young lady comes to the door does not open it says only the drive-through is open? I said why is it on the door? It says closing at 9 o'clock? She said we are understaffed, looking through the glass doors I see five employees behind her? Understaffed? I've been going to this location for years and the service has been decent. Today I went and they were extremely rude, specifically the employee who my husband thought their name was Marsha. Totally rude and got our order wrong from the get go. Even after correcting them with our order and parking in the front, they STILL got the order wrong!!! I am all for being patient with people just doing their job, especially in food service, but to get our order wrong TWICE and be so rude about it is unacceptable. On top of that, she never even apologized once for the mistakes. She had a bad attitude and couldn't care less. Panda Express has gone downhill in the past year in terms of the quality of the food as well as the quality of the service. I don't usually leave reviews, but I used to work at Panda Express, and any associate knows that this is not acceptable food quality. My string bean chicken was so brown I thought they accidentally gave me a beef entree :/ And definitely not an appropriate portion of chicken to string beans. There was also carrots from fried rice (which I did not order) and stems on the string beans. With the prices being higher at this location than others nearby, at the least I'd expect guest experience to match that. This is the worst Panda Express location I've ever visited. I work near this location and every time I come, even during lunch time, I'm told it will be a 10 minute wait for the item I want. I can switch, nope I will still have to wait 10 minutes. I foolishly ordered ahead today. Showed up about 15 minutes later to pick up my order and the employees looked confused when I asked to pick up my food. Guess what? I was told it would be a 10 minute wait.
