I went to this PE on a Saturday at lunch time, 12:30 pm. Thinking I'll get lunch and take it home. Had to wait several minutes to place order, nobody else in the drive through. I ordered a plate... server in the drive through asked me if I want rice, chow mein or half and half. I say chow mein, to which she responds we are out of chow mein unless you want to wait 10 to 15 minutes.. I tell server, I'll take rice. I then try to order my 2 main dishes, chicken breast and green beans, also Sesame Chicken, to which she responded WE ARE OUT OF THAT TOO?!?! It's lunchtime people.. your menu is limited and you can't prepare timely! Server was very bored, kinda snappy, I could have cared less... I drove through without ordering or eating. Well I had not been to a Panda Express in two years because I had a bad experience with the one in Yucaipa. I decided to try it again and I went through the drive thru at the Yucaipa, CA location to get a quick dinner for my husband and I. I ordered a chicken and string bean rice bowl. When I got home, there was literally about a tablespoon of chicken in it and the chicken looked like table scraps. The entire bowl was basically just rice with very little string bean and chicken. I made a complaint directly online to corporate because I tried to call the store to complain to the manager but no one would answer the phone. Needless to say, I tried them to give them another chance but I won't be back. What a shame. Also, the gentleman at the window was less than thrilled about being at work. read more

8/22/19 update - do not go here. End of story. Ridiculous how little is the entre they give you. The plate is all rice or noodles. And for an entire meal they only give you one soy sauce and one chili sauce. They don't ask if you want them to begin with and then they only give you one if you're lucky. Went back recently and their out of date pos card readers didn't read my card. Left with no dinner. Tried again a few days later and again, the card reader doesn't read my card. Went back again today 4-10-19, and I received my food and card and then a window in my face. No thank you, no goodbye, no enjoy, not even a receipt. DO NOT GO HERE. Wish I read the reviews before we went. Worst service ever. Went tonight at 6:30pm according to our receipt, Idakie S was the girl helping us in the window. She was very rude. She was rushing us. And she even judged our order! "3 orders of wontons" "Did you said THREE ORDERS of wontsons?!?" With all the attitude. Mind you there were two girls. Didn't catch a glimpse of the name map. They cut us off when we were talking. She asked if we wanted to donate money with a huge change in tone in her voice all friendly and then she suddenly rudely cut us off when we declined. When we got to the window it was clear she was just worried about her drive time and made it seem like a huge inconvenience just for asking for napkins. I know the drive time will keep going until my car drives away. She's not the only person who's had to work in fast food before. Also they hardly gave us any food. The bowls we ordered with chow mein mostly just had cabbage. They didn't fill the bowls or the trays. Didn't give us soy sauce. Didn't give us anything. Instead of worrying about your drive time worry about serving your customers. Maybe teach them something about good manners. Customer service training, perhaps. Rude and very unprofessional. This kind of service has happened here several times and our last visit was just the same. After speaking with the General Manager by phone about our drive thru visit (who identified herself as Elsa) I see why. She was very defensive and combative. Teams follow their leader's example. Will be taking a break from this location for awhile. Will spend $25-$35+ per visit elsewhere. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! (PSA: I also work at a fast food restaurant) This is mine and my boyfriend's favorite spot for quick food. The past two times i've come here, i've been met with horrible customer service. I let it go the first time, but at this point this place has gone so down hill. My boyfriend and I were going to go see a movie and decided to grab some food before we left. I got a bowl with chowmein and orange chicken and he got a bowl with chowmein and broccoli beef, we also got cream cheese rangoons. when we got to the window we asked if we could change it to a plate with double broccoli beef for my boyfriend. the girl said nothing and took his card, while rolling her eyes. when we got our food, there was two bowls, no cream cheese rangoons, no silverware, and no fortune cookies. my boyfriend looked at the receipt where we were charged for the plate AND the cream cheese rangoons, so we waited for her to come back to the window and it took 2 minutes for her to come back and when she opened the window, she said "what?" and when my boyfriend mentioned how we didn't get the plate, she walked away. a few seconds later she came back with a TINY box that had the smallest bit of broccoli beef and said "have a nice night" and at that point we were late to the movie so we decided to leave. read more

Worst fast food service ever!!! I went to pick up lunch for my kids at school (their lunch time) early. I go and they don't have the Kong Pau chicken nor the mushroom chicken. I'm not kidding they took 30 exact minutes to get my order. They told me to go wait in the car and they never came. So I went inside (went inside q couple of times) and they had forgotten what I've ordered. Not only that, but they even added so little of each item my kids barely ate anything. I don't think I'll go there anymore. This is not the first time it happened. I'm just tired of getting the worst service experience ever. I want to thank all the Panda Express employees: the one who took my order a day in advance, and all those on Saturday who cooked and put together a big order to help us celebrate my mom's birthday, Sept 2, 2023. We had about 30 guests who all enjoyed the very delicious food. The manager confirmed by phone the morning of the event, and when I walked in, the order was hot and ready to go on time for pick up. They helped carry the multiple bags to the car and made sure I had everything needed, including plates and sauces. Thanks, Panda Express, for helping us have a great party! There were so many compliments about how tasty the dinner was! We had beef broccoli, orange chicken, greens, and kung pao chicken for those who like spicy. This Panda Express has the worst customer service. I went to pick up an order with instructions from the store not to use the drive thru. I walked inside and was told that store was drive thru only. I mentioned the store note to not use the drive thru and they said I had to use the drive thru. I waited in line in the drive thru and when I got to the area where you order, I told them I was picking up an order. They told me to drive around and wait in front of the store (where I had just come from). I drove around and waited but they never brought out the order. During this time, they continued to turn others away who were coming in to pick up orders. If you're going to eat at Panda, I would strongly suggest not using this one. read more
