We arrived around 7:30 PM and were a little concerned that we might feel rushed since it was getting close to closing time. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The staffs allowed us to enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace, and we never felt pressured to leave. The dining area had two TVs showing family-friendly programming--one featured a Vietnamese cooking show, while the other was airing FIFA coverage on a news channel. It created a relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed a calm dinner with our 3- and 6-year-old children after a long day at the lavender farm. I also tried the Orange Thai Iced Tea. It was refreshing, though I didn't really notice much orange flavor. There are two individual single-stall restrooms available, and both were clean. Families will also appreciate that high chairs are conveniently located near the sauce and drink station. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely return. Sooo disappointed in this place!!! About a month ago my boyfriend and i went thru the drive thru and got our usual, only to drive all the way home and realize our food is inedible, the orange chicken old and stale and dried out, as well as the chow mien, clearly not fresh... and the cream cheese rangoons completely burnt, like how do you serve something when you clearly bag it and it is burnt??? You wouldn't want to eat that, so why would we? I gave them a call and they lady I spoke with was very rude, but she said she would put my name down and that they would replace the meals we had purchased, great. Today was the day we decided to give it another try.. we ordered and I told the drive thru server the situation but when we got to the window our name was no where to be found in the book, and that there was nothing they could do unless we had our receipt.. well that would have been nice too know, I would have been glad to hang on to the receipt if I was told it was necessary.. a month ago mind you. Now another lady Elsa came and said there's nothing they could do because we weren't in the book, and that's my fault how? We left without a thing, very upset that they couldn't apologize that our names never made into the book. There went $20 in Chinese food. Sooo incredibly disappointed with this place. Well today we decided to try again.. we order and I explain to the drive thru server the situation and when we get to the window some other lady comes to the window and says my name is not in the book and I must have my receipt to have any discount.. well no one told me I had to keep my receipt, I was told my name would be in the book and it would be reimbursed. The lady was completely rude, she obviously assumed I was lying and didn't even compromise a little. Sorry I didn't hang on to my receipt from a month ago.. but I'll save my self the agony of ever returning to a place after throwing away $20 in Chinese food only to be even more disappointed in this place. I really wanted some Chinese food and when my boyfriend got home with it I tried all my food and it was ALL STALE, the rice was crunchy and the cream cheese rangoons were like they were left out overnight. We called the location and they told us they could only refund us if we came back with the receipt and with no food eaten. (how would we know it was bad if we didn't eat it) and when we tried to explain that we had to eat it to know it was bad. the girl hung up on us. And we called back again and she DECLINED THE CALL. We had to call from a different number and ask for the manager and she said that the manager is on her break and to call back later. Almost $40 for spoiled food. And not good customer service. I ended up getting sick from the food they sent us with. read more

I could live with the smaller portions that this particular location serves, I am totally aware of that coming here, I could maybe even forgive the fact that my order is typically wrong so I make sure thatvi check the bag before leaving but I will not stand for the poor attitude I often recieve like I did tonight. Uncalled for and absolutely inappropriate behavior. I can pretty much guarantee that every time I go there the girls working will slam the window before I can ask for hot sauce. Not sure why this continues to be the case. They didn't inform me that was how I would pick up my order on the receipt email or on the app! All other Pandas have you pick up phone orders inside! I will never come back to this one. read more

I walked in and was told that the grill wasn't working. This is not the first time there has been an excuse involving the grill. Other times, employees have said they just cleaned it and couldn't use it, and when you question it, you're met with attitude. Tonight, the manager basically said there was nothing they could do and didn't seem empathetic or concerned about losing a customer at all. How are you a sandwich shop and running out of bread at 7:00 PM when you're open until 9:00 PM? The customer service at this location has never been great to begin with, but the constant issues are becoming ridiculous. Management and corporate seriously need to look into this location because they are consistently losing customers. I'm literally less than a quarter mile away from this Jersey Mike's, but now I have to drive 15-20 minutes to another location just to get a Jersey Mike's sub. How does that make any sense? At this point, despite living so close, I'm done making attempts to come to this location. I'll gladly drive farther to Highland rather than waste my time walking into Redlands and being told they can't make what I came there for.
