At first glance, I was a little apprehensive about trying this restaurant. It's located in a strip mall and didn't look very appealing from the outside. However, I decided to give it a try since the ratings were very good. Upon entering, my family and I received a warm greeting from the staff. Each of us ordered a different entrée, and the food was reasonably priced and came out quickly. It looked and smelled delicious. While visiting Nashville, we were looking for some good Chinese food! This place was maybe 20 minutes from the place we were staying. The area wasn't a place I'd necessarily like to be after dark, but it was okay. I was going to order online for pick up, but there were extra fees I could avoid if I went inside to order. It was quick and easy to order. I ordered two dinner specials which came with the main course, fried rice, and an egg roll and then a side of chicken fried rice. Our food was ready within about 15-20 minutes which is not a bad wait at all. We both enjoyed our main courses and the fried rice. I thought the egg roll was okay, but my husband didn't enjoy it. The fried rice that came in the meal I think was vegetable fried rice, but it tasted no different from the chicken fried rice. My sesame chicken had plenty of flavor and sauce. It tasted freshly made to me. I had the fried rice for a leftover dinner a night later and it was still delicious! The dinner specials came in microwave safe containers which is a bonus. We moved from Miami to Nashville three years ago and had been on the hunt for some cheap, tasty, basic, no fuss chinese takeout and this is the place. It took us years to find this gem. This time we had Boneless Ribs, Honey Chicken, and House fried Rice. The staff is really nice and the food is hot and ready when it says it should be. The crispy noodles are an extra couple of cents on the menu which is lame and I'd recommend getting a drink elsewhere but aside from that everything is tip top. read more

Finally found a Chinese food place less than 20 minutes from me. I was super excited and ordered most of my favorites: chicken lo mein, pork egg foo young, chicken and broccoli, and egg rolls. Other than that I picked up my food, took it home and it was all still warm by the time I got home. The place was clean and the staff was nice when I arrived to pick up my order. The pricing was good for the amount of food you got. Most all of the food was good! Chicken Lo mein is my favorite and it looked amazing but sadly was very bland which is the only reason I give it 4/5. Other than that I can defiantly see myself going here again. read more

We order lunch delivery through Yelp/Grubhub to our hotel. The Yelp app gave about an extra 30mins window for the food to be delivered, but we got a knock on the door about 10min before the window even started. Honey chicken was delicious. Nice crispy chicken chunks in a sweet but balanced sauce. The Szechuan beef had good flavor (but we were hoping for a touch more spiciness). When we lived at Glastonbury, this is where I ran for some quick Chinese food I could bring back to the house. Because of Subway, I honestly can't say how the place has stayed in business, there's always next to no line. My husband and I used to joke we were the reason keeping them open, although judging from the tip jar, that was far from the case. They had the traditional fare, and when you got your meals to go they came in plastic containers that I began to reuse at home. You can't NOT like a place that pretty much gives you free dishes, now can you? I have no complaints here. I was a bit hesitant to come try it out at first for 2 reasons. The 1st is location. It's in a small plaza next to a laundry mat, a convenience store and a Subway off Briley Parkway. I'm told by others that frequent here that the score is pretty consistant. We ate in and all the tables were clean and it was well swept. The food was very good and made fresh to order. I'm very picky about eating Chinese food because a lot of places will add msg and they will tell you otherwise. I can tell the difference at about 30 minutes after eating my meal because I'll get an excruciating migraine. The people at Panda House told me they do not use msg and I had no headache after I ate so I'd say that was a win for me! They also have lunch specials that come with rice and soup for $5.75. Fantastic deal! The people behind the counter were very helpful. I told them I was new and they were open for questions and were able to also offer up some suggestions. While one person was on the phone, another person came out to greet us and speak with us until the guy on the phone was done. I love this place! I'm a repeating customer because I love their crab rangoons, dumplings, seasame chcicken, and sweet and sour chicken. The shrimp plates are amazing too. It's literally the best. I would suggest getting chicken plates instead of beef/pork because I had beef and broccoli once and it wasn't as good as all the other chicken plates. You have to give them a try! I like the chicken on a stick but like Anthony Bourdain, I like anything on a stick. I love the garlic shrimp, you get so much shrimp. Tofu with black bean sauce is also one of my faves.
