The food here was horrible. The chicken chow mein barely had any chicken and tasted like mush. looked like it had soaked altogether in a big pot all day. I ordered bbq pork lo mein & bbq fried rice. Not busy, not even handful of people there. Rice way overcooked, huge kernels. Bbq pork lo mein made with stupid overcooked, bloated chow mein noodles, drier than sawdust, no sauce in container, just oil. Pork half assed cut/sliced, hardly any veg at all, wonky veg cuts. NOPE. Never again! This restaurant has gone to hell in a hand basket! Go to Olympia or Lacey and eat at Emperor's Palace, they still maintain integrity and quality. Food is aaaahmazing!!! Best Chinese food I've had since I left Seattle 12 yrs ago. And if you like egg rolls, this place serves up a steaming hot fatty that's still crisp on the outside. I don't know how they do it, but one alone could be a meal for me. Be sure to serve yourself up platters family style, bring your appetite, and enjoy! Oh... The food serving sizes are very good. The quality of the meals is exceptional and fabulous and superb. Very nice service, friendly atmosphere. It was a pleasure having the New Year's day dinner here. Would recommend to all of my friends, and even enemies Everybody deserves to at least once try this food. First time eating here. I wanted to order one of their combination dinners and substitute a different kind of fried rice. I was willing to pay extra for this but was told that was not possible. My only option was to take what was on the menu or white rice. I ended up ordering just the chicken chow mein. I was disappointed in it. Many of my friends consider Panda Inn the best Chinese food in town. The service is good and the portions are generous. If I'm honest, they're my second favorite Chinese place in Centralia, but the restaurant is clean, and the servers are attentive and nice, so I gave them five stars because I know they are the favorite of many locals. read more

Today I order food to go and when my son came home, we noticed that we don't have the chicken for the orange chicken. we have the sauce but no chicken. so I called back and let them know that were missing the chicken. the lady kept insisting that they put it with our order. I felt in her voice that she think I was lying about it. i told her that I order almost $200 worth of food plus tip and she think I'm lying about it. then she told me im busy you can come and get the chicken and then hang up the phone. I called them back and told them that I don't need the chicken, they can have it. I've been ordering to this place and almost all the time that I order to go I spend $150 or more and this is an answer that I get from her. That is a bad service and rethinking if I still want to order again from them in the future. read more

As someone with celiac disease (a gluten intolerance disorder) there are very few eateries I feel safe at. Our Panda Inn waitress, Carrie, was very knowledgeable and willingly helped me choose menu items that did not contain gluten. The big idea turned out to be choosing items where the garlic white sauce could be substituted for their soy sauce-based offerings. I did not get sick after eating there! And the food was delicious! This is our favorite place to go and we drive 45 minutes to get there. The food is always hot, always tasty, and you always get generous servings at affordable prices. The "worker bees" are very friendly and efficient. We never let Covid get in our way. We ordered take out and went to the nearby park and had our meal. Our family all loves this place. The food is pretty good. The prices are kind of high. Take out orders get messed up a lot (wrong items, inconsistent packaging). Our crrispy noodles were stale. I'm pretty sure we were way overcharged too. Not that impressed. read more

Food is a hitter mess have had a great food here I've had bad food here once I got the menu o spaghetti and it was terrible but the rice is good their chicken is good sweet and sour chicken I've had their beef steak with broccoli is also very well their soup was actually very good also I tried food from what my friends ordered some was a hit some of the mess the only thing that I didn't like was that while we were having a good time laughing we were told to quiet it down that just made my food not sit well as we were not obnoxious loud we were just in a group and laughing having a good time and being told to shut up was kind of rude and the end the lady said it wasn't her that it was another customers complaining but overall if I can enjoy my meal and have a good laugh why would I want to come back have anything I will order to take out so I can eat out and laugh wherever I like read more

I have eaten at this restaurant at least once a year for at least five or more years. The food is always great. Very big servings. The staff is not very sociable, but they do their jobs and they do them professionally. The restaurant is always clean and the decorations are nice. The server was very disrespectful and got irritated when we asked why she couldn't split an appetizer between 2 check with our guests, she also did not ask if she could get us any drinks we had to ask for them half way through our meal. She then asked how many boxes we wanted half way through our meal, 10 minutes after being served. She seemed to hate her job and the fact that she had to be working. read more
