Not a terrible place, but definitely room for improvement. Husband ordered a combo with the chow mein, Jalapeño chicken and the ribs. He thought it tasted good but improvements needs to be made; the chowmein was bland. There were no vegetables or anything, only sauce (that he loved) but was not mixed thoroughly. I had the seafood soup, it was made fresh to order so it was super hot. I had to add sriracha to make it a little more tasteful. Prices were good, service was great. When we got our food, the beef was really fatty, and inedible, the orange chicken was Really sweet, and even worst, the chowmein was greasy as hell. It made us sick. Before and still this place does NOT appreciate their customers, the servers either can't speak or whatever, they act stupid as though they don't understand anything and the cook, the owner's son is so rude and does NOT respond when spoken to and doesn't wear masks when cooking. My review is only based on pick up orders placed by phone. I have never eaten in the actual restaurant. The food is great for what it is. The employees are friendly by phone and the food is ready quickly. I order by phone and pick up on my way home from work. My order has never been wrong either! You know when you come here you're coming for a panda express style or version of Chinese food. So take that into account. The menu is actually pretty good, providing things like spicy chicken, black pepper chicken, szechuan chicken, Mushroom chicken, and better orange chicken than panda express. They have the items IE the spicy chicken and black pepper chicken that i enjoy that places like panda express don't have. The price is affordable as well, you get more for your money and better food than panda. My food was maybe not as hot as i would have liked, but it was good in flavor and meaty. No really chewy bites either. Enjoyable, again remember you're not going to a Chinese restaurant who are butchering chickens in the back daily and hand breading everything etc. The chow mien is a lot better than most places i've been to where its generally overly thick which i do not like. I still think panda has the superior chow mien. Overall a solid 4/5. read more

Panda Wok is certainly a knock off of Panda Express. The food was fine, nothing particularly special. I was disappointed in the amount of chicken I got in the string bean chicken. I believe I literally got 2 small pieces of actual chicken with a mountain of string beans. I went in during my class break (20 minutes) on the hope of them having egg drop soup. I got there maybe 30 minutes before closing. When I went in the soup was empty. I was so sad but a man (I'm assuming the cook) was on his lunch break got up and made me soup with a smile. He made it super fast. I had hoped it wasn't that "get what you pay for" type of place because of how cheap it is - $7 for two choices. As I watched the servers make plates for the people in front of me, I saw that both the sides and meats were stacked! Maybe the customers asked to double the meat. But they put just as much for me! The flavor of the orange chicken was more potent than usual, the noddles legitimately tasted like plastic, and the beef didn't seem right. I thought it was just one of those typical "Chinese" restaurants that use the cheapest ingredients. So I let my stomach settle for a couple of hours before going to sleep. I just recently woke up with diarrhea and threw up at least half of the food I ate last night. I always feel better after vomiting because I got things out of my system, but not this morning. My stomach hurts so bad, I forced myself to throw up until I started coughing up blood. I thought Panda was bad, but this place is fucking horrible. read more

Nasty don't waste your money the server did not have her mask on correctly was coughing and talking directly over food. I asked her about her mask she said what about it. I explained she needs to put it on correctly.. she never did and continued to talk over food. The food.. shrimp fried rice as bad as it gets the rice was very heavy.. saturated with something and very dark in color. I have never ordered SFR that looked like this. it went in the trash the wife threw her plate away as well. I gave this place a second chance I ate here a few years ago could not eat all my food so put it away in fridge to eat later. After a couple of days I decided I was going to eat my leftovers. I opened up the carton to put food on a plate to warm in microwave and I was surprised at what I saw the chicken least that's what I thought it had did not look the same at all.
