Both jewelers were with another client but we didn't wait long before being serviced. She quickly sized his hand and was sure to be accurate. She also gave us suggestions which was very helpful in deciding. I want to say it was a one week turnaround time- two max? And it cost us less than $70 for a simple gold band resize. Can't beat that with great and quick service! My only regret is not bringing my wedding ring and bands for a complimentary cleaning but now I have an excuse to shop haha.

A representative phoned back and explained to me that I could drive back to the airport to exchange the necklace that I had for less than four days. SHe explained to me that they would not pay for parking and that perhaps I could take the train. Now this was already not turning out to be a positive customer service experience. I relayed this conversation to my husband and he expressed that it should not be proposed that all of the resolution be placed upon us, the consumer who had purchased a product that broke 4 days after buying it. He continued to have a conversation with the manager who was not helpful at all and did nothing to resolve the issue. He left another message at a "corporate" phone number found on line. No response. THis company does not stand behind it's products and in a day and age where there are so many companies that do, shame on them. Do not shop here.

Recently there is a sale for the sale 2caret natural 10k gold diamond bracelet almost at the exact same price plus $100 inflation from this year. And on another note I had purchased a 14k gold chain with a natural pearl and when I went to pick it up the chain was broken and they tried to give me a gold chain of lesser style. I spoke to Corporate to inform them that if their sales representatives are stealing from their customers then the representative are possibly selling from them. Now ironically the same 2caret natural gold diamond bracelet is on sale at or extremely close to the same price this Mother's Day.
