She fixed the busted clasp and charged me $75 for which I was fine with. I picked the bracelet up and the next day the bracelet broke falling off me and I could not find it. I came back to the store and she told me that it was not her fault since the bracelet could had broken in another place. I send fine could you just at least refund the $75 I was not asking her to even replace the bracelet and she said no and got very nasty with me. I will NEVER go back there. I also live in the city and since she would not return my calls I had to drive out there to talk to her. She is a horrible business person and I will never but anything from her again.

I added some cash into the deal. I collected vintage from estate sales inexpensively, but was totally naive as to their value. The Rolex alone had value perhaps twice the Bertolucci. It must've been clear to jewelers. I see the rate Tiffany Rolex seeking for stunning prices. I was and am still stunned Manny would take advantage of me and the family. To be sure they protect your valuables. they photograph everything when you drop it off and give you a receipt for your items. You must bring these papers back with you when you come to pick them up. They won't release them unless you have these papers to ensure no one else takes your things. I think that's a great idea. We made an appointment for a week after we dropped our items off and arrived to get them right on time. We were greeted immediately and they brought out the jewelry. They take the time to go through what they found, item by item. They also clean your jewelry and tighten any stones. I highly recommend Daniel's for any appraisals, cleanings, and repairs. We didn't buy anything while we were there - they have a great selection and I understand they also make custom jewelry.
