    Berry waffles done right

Panepinto Bakery serves up amazing breakfast -- banana crepes, berry waffles, and a croissant sandwich stuffed with ham, cheddar, and even a hash brown. Cozy atmosphere, food is excellent, but service is slow. Come for the food, not if you're in a rush.

Such a cute little place ! Really great service, everyone was super friendly. The waffles were perfect and the syrup was oddly the thickest syrup I've ever had but it was okay. The amount of sweets to choose from is actually incredible everything looked so good and fresh! The coffee scent was so strong in there that even my coat smelled like coffee after I left and I didn't even have any. (Not a fan of coffee so this wasn't a plus for me)

Ham and cheese croissant with hash brown and tomato inside

Very friendly service and good food. I had a croissant with ham and cheese that also had a hash brown and tomato inside. Very filling and tasty.

Sweet, local bakery/cafe that's always busy and bustling with customers. Relaxing atmosphere. Pretty winter decor for the holidays. Soft music in the background. A few tables available for indoor dining. Service was quick and efficient. Breakfast egg dishes are pretty standard and nothing to write home about, so I'd suggest opting out for a sandwich or a burger. Chicken Marsala Panini with Sweet Potato Fries were simple yet satisfying. Didn't feel bloated from overconsumption of sodium, which was appreciated. Would return for this dish. Almond, pistachio & cranberry, and chocolate & cherry biscotti are a nice treat if you want dessert that's not too sweet and is not that high in calories. Good quality coffee. The seasonal desserts change, so gazing at all the display options is a true visual pleasure.

Came here for the first time to have breakfast. First impression it's a lovely place inside and outside with outdoor seating. I ordered a green smoothie (spinach, bananas, almond milk and peanut butter) and decided to dine outside. The server appeared rush and fluster in providing the menu. She came back maybe 5 minutes later to take my order. I ordered the waffle with fruits. The waffle was fluffy, fresh and delicious with the fresh fruits. I didn't like my smoothie, it was too thick with a heavy taste of the peanut butter. After finishing, I waited for the server to return to pay my bill, she never came back outside. I had to go inside to pay at the counter. It was an okay experience, but will not return again.

PBJ donut.. yummy but Peter pan's is better

Amazing breakfast place and bakery. Outdoor seating (dog friendly) Bit pricey ($4 for a donut) for this area but pandemic has t helped food prices. Ordered egg sandwich..good but needs salt, egg platter (good and hard to mess up), eggs florentine (good). Will go again. Large cakes are $50 and small cakes are $40

Sausage Egg and cheese to go.

We came by the day before Mother's Day, so they had pre decorated Mother's Day cakes. You can also place an order. Service is quick and friendly. We initially planned on getting a Strawberry Shortcake, as that seemed to be the cake to get. However, we opted for the Cheesecake, because we were able to add fresh strawberries (and whipped cream) on top! I'm not a fan of whipped cream, so I avoided that, but everyone seemed to enjoy. It had a good creamy texture and was not too sweet. The strawberries were indeed fresh. The pound cake was soft and airy. The vanilla flavor comes through. I will have to try the Marbled version next time! Note: Cash Only! A regular customer ordered the tiramisu cake; said it was the best cake ever, so will have to try that next time!

A friend recommended it to me, and I've already ordered two birthday cakes from here. The tiramisu cake was absolutely delicious, honestly one of the best I've ever had. I didn't even know you could customize a tiramisu cake since it's usually served the traditional way, but they made it exactly how I wanted. As someone who loves tiramisu, this really stood out. I also ordered a strawberry shortcake, and it was just as impressive. The buttercream was so good , light, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Everyone loved it, and there wasn't a single slice left. The owner's son (I believe) was super helpful, he really takes the time to understand what you want and brings it to life perfectly. I've also tried their croissants, which are huge and delicious, and the hero bread is excellent too. Just a heads-up: they only accept cash.I'll definitely be ordering all my cakes from here moving forward!

But turn the menu over, and you'll find that they're probably the best Indonesian restaurant in Queens right now. The food is excellent and fresh, the service is friendly, and the place is clean and relaxing--a trifecta that is not easy to find. On our last visit, we tried the Smashed/Penyetan tofu and tempeh, which were perfectly prepared and seasoned. You know a chef knows what they're doing when the deep-fried dishes aren't at all greasy or oily. We also had the Indonesian/Malay classic Char Kwe Tiau, a rice-noodle dish, and their Hainan Chicken. We've also enjoyed their Seafood Gravy Noodle, which is much better than what you can find at Tastes Good; the Batagor--fried tofu and fish dumplings served with peanut sauce; and their excellent Gado Gado salad. Their chili sauces and kecap manis appear homemade and are top-notch. This place is a gem!
